  1. She is. Is just this enlightenment term is over used and misrepresented in terms of what it actually means.
  2. Now this is starting to sound sexist. It's you though yimpa so no worries, you're both genders. Lol
  3. You better leave my girl alone before I put you to sleep.😜
  4. This sounds like and resembles the energy of neurosis.
  5. You're sharing her and saying she seems to be enlightened when she doesn't even consider herself enlightened. As far as she's concerned, we're all already Awake. She's just there to point us to what's already there.
  6. What do you think addictions are, but plenty of people still try their best to not let it overpower them or get too out of hand. What you are describing is not normal. If that was the case, you would see plenty of men just walking around society trying to hide their erections. I'm a working girl and even men who know they're about to get some form of sexual gratification, still need some form of direct stimulation before getting hard. You're calling it force of life. Some women squirt. Do you see women squirting all over the place, and don't say men are more visual please because that's besides the point I'm making. If you can't contain an erection just from walking in public with an attractive woman who shows her cleavage, that's not normal, bottomline. Why don't you try going to a section in town maybe at the beach or where very scantily women and men are and lol around if you see most men there trying to control an erection. I haven't.
  7. Nice to know. I need some help around here. Joking, but it didn't matter because women can be sexist too against other women. It's called Internalized Sexism. Anyway, I've realized that it's not so no need to harp on that. I don't know the answer to your question, though, as I'm not a big fan of enlightenment as it is usually portrayed and understood to be. by most.
  8. Is this gonna be a sexist topic.
  9. That's what people don't understand. If you're going out to try to meet people, going solo is best. For men, wingmen are there to emulate, to copy from, to study which you can do from a distance. For women, guys approach women who are by themselves quicker than if she was with other girlfriends.
  10. You can have other people show you how to do stuff, learn passively at first and gather information, but when the time comes to do the work to get results, it's only you that can get the job done.
  11. If that apartment is imaginary, like he said, then that court is also imaginary and also that argument.
  12. You people keep saying how life goes on and people gotta eat and bills need to be paid and blah blah blah. Yes, that's the case but those bills came from somewhere, that apartment came from somewhere, money came from somewhere, everything came from somewhere, the car the house the food. If it's all coming from the same place, then how to maintain them will also be coming from the same place. They all came from a thought, a thought within consciousness. So the bills that has to be paid is also within consciousness and the money that has to pay for those bills is also a thought within consciousness. So why not go to the main source where everything is generated from. So if we understand that there is no outside world and that everything is being generated from within consciousness it will make those bill paying easier and also maintaining that imaginary apartment.
  13. It's OK, it's not your time yet, enjoy your suffering. Not saying I don't suffer too, we all do, but nothing else is more important to me than to understand Reality, how the mind works, Consciousness, Awareness etcetc. If you want to call your world and how it's being created mumbo jumbo, suit yourself. I'm not in the business of suffering and delusion and I will continue to learn who I am, become self aware, and trust in the know. If someone tries to show me something I'm not aware of, and what might eliminate my self-inflicted pain and suffering, I will investigate it, contemplate it and use my own discernment before just blatantly dismissing them and calling what they have to say mumbo jumbo just because I'm not familiar with it. Suit yourself and feel free to fight the world from the outside in. It's a mental Universe so I will continue to develop my mind and use it - not let it use me.
  14. I'm referring to the apparent outside world.
  15. I'm trying to show you how claiming things as yours will inflict pain and suffering. Perfectionism now found itself a home and because it's not welcome it suffers. You have to start to dissociate one from the other. Perfectionism is a label you have put unto some form of behavior and now you're claiming perfectionism to be yours. My arthritis, my depression, my weight, my anxiety, my this, my that. Ownership. The ego doesn't like to lose anything. You are creating your own suffering by claiming these things to be yours.
  16. The world is an illusion so how can you view it based on truth. Delusion is if you don't recognize that it's illusory. Then we can experience it accordingly.
  17. When you say "you're having" who is the "who" you're referring to?
  18. What's so good and fun-spirited about disrespect. "A ring don't cover a hole?" Is that what you say to somebody who says they're married. You even call it a comeback. Why do you need a comeback for when somebody says they're married. At least make it a respectable comeback like, lucky guy, or ok then, ill leave you alone or something of that nature. Then you say girls crack jokes like that and worse all the time as if to justify your tasteless joke. Easy to say that when there's no proof, to blame others for your disgusting, tasteless, disrespect. Even if girls say stuff like that, why would you want to be like them. Why compare yourself to those types of girls. Do you murder people because other people do it too.
  19. Are you agreeing with the OP, though, and everything that was said and you're just adding to that?
  20. I'm still trying to process this, but this makes sense when we say life is a dream. What about you to the other person. You keep saying the other person talking is just our own thoughts. Am I just their own thoughts too. What about the saying that we are not thinkers and thoughts are just appearing. How does that fit into this. Something isn't clicking for me.
