My apple/banana cakes. Simple. 3 ingredients. Banana, apple, rolled oats. Cinnamon for an added touch. Smash 1 ripe banana, add rolled oats (ground or whole or both), add chopped apples and dash of cinnamon. Blend together with a fork and fry in coconut or olive oil. Separate into pieces for frying. Yum, yum. Drizzle with melted coconut oil and raw honey if desired. (That's my pancake syrup, great with lime or lemon zest and a dash of the juice)..I'll make someday and post.

First time trying this brand Kombucha. Pretty darn good. Ditch the soda and try kombucha instead. Takes some getting used to. GT is my favorite brand but I like to explore. I've been drinking kombucha for years and except for water and an occasional fruit juice bottled by knudsen brand, I buy nothing else to drink, not even coconut water. I buy the coconut and drink the water straight from the coconut. Unless I come across a brand that has nothing else in it other than coconut water, I stay away especially Vita Coco. I think Pepsi owns it but don't quote me on that.
