This is so personal. You can't tell someone to go pick up swimming if they can't swim. They will first need to learn how. Someone with a weak body frame isn't suitable for boxing before they develop a stronger frame. It's too general of an advice to give without knowing the person's character, personality and or body type. Figure out what best suits you and stay away from the ones that are more likely to cause that specific damage like boxing or football.

Ah, those beautiful sea creatures from Leo's recent blog post. Rare but interesting creatures.

My breakfast this morning. Broccoli & Red Pepper Omlette/Homefries/Sliced Tomato/Avocado. Below is a simple but very delicious tea I make using ACV, raw honey and ginger juice. Splash of vinegar (2tbl), 1tbl honey, pour in cup and add hot water. Grate a small piece of fresh ginger and squeeze the juice in the cup. Add a pinch of ground cinnamon, stir and enjoy. I cannot tell you how delicious this is. (The remaining grated ginger after squeezed in what you see in the pic. You can keep adding to it, dry it for like a week or until totally dry, ground it in blender or coffee grinder and use as ground ginger).

The one on the left is regular eggs. The one on the right, pasture raised. (See the very first pic in this thread). You can see the difference.

Where is the S(s)elf that is trying to get enlightened. How can enlightenment mean the knowing of Truth when you ARE Truth. How can a human become unlimited (limitless) when that is what it means to be human. If we say we are not really human but God in limited form, then why is God trying to enlighten itself. Is this another trick God is playing with itself. Can a human fly. I'm that bird in the sky. That bird in the sky is only a bird in the sky because I've differentiated myself from that bird, so now I think I'm me and that is a bird. Can a bird get enlightened. Why not. Is enlightenment only there for humans. What about Aliens. Are they enlightened or trying to become enlightened. Why is it only humans who see this as something to achieve. Then what. I'm enlightened and you're not. I'm different than you. I'm me and you are you. Isn't that separation. Is that only in the imagination. An imaginary separation. An imaginary boundary. Is it.

Where did you see me laugh. That was a sarcastic comment I made. In any event, telling a married woman that a ring doesn't cover a hole is not funny. Doesn't even sound like a joke. This is not about raunchy bar jokes. I've heard plenty of those in bars. If a guy approaches a woman and asks if she's married and he comes back with the line you made, that's not the same as a stupid camera joke. That was a stunt. Totally different scenario.
