  1. I don't get into that stuff. Not saying it's not something there; either way, I don't really know. I think they might influence your behavior in some way shape or form that causes you to act in ways that prove their validity, but that's just because you believed it to be so. I focus more on mind stuff, beliefs, frequency and vibration. To me they are closer to how the Universe works.
  2. People usually aren't suffering their circumstances; they are suffering the narrative that goes with it. Just like you said, mental drama. It's an awareness issue. Once you realize that that's what's happening, one can become aware and realize that was just a thought. People should test this out to see for themselves. Next time you're suffering, notice it's the thoughts you're identifying with. Notice in the moment what it is that you are doing while the thoughts appear and be in the moment with that. Every time you find yourself suffering, ask yourself, what am I currently doing, whether it's sitting, driving, walking, etc and be in the moment. If you keep doing this, the suffering energy will not appear as often, and will start to lessen.
  3. lavender essential oil. Few drops on pillow.
  4. NP, just passing on the wisdom that I've learnt, while seeing it for myself.
  5. Of course you do. You already know this to be the case deep down.
  6. The mind cannot make you enlightened. Thinking about enlightenment cannot make you enlightened. In fact, enlightenment is not something you can think your way into. The reason I say it's not a thing is because a thing implies something separate from you. A thought. Knowledge. How can one know if they're enlightened or not. Knowing you're enlightened is separation because knowledge is separation. One cannot be enlightened and know they're enlightened. Enlightenment says you have no more self and are one with everything. Who will know that. You are not seeking enlightenment, you are seeking liberation from thought, from the mind. That's really what you're after. That's impossible because the ego, which seeks enlightenment, is thought and mind. When you stop identifying with the ego, and realize it is not who you are, then enlightenment is the case. It already is.
  7. It's not about effort as it is more about aligning. Effort is for the dogs. What gives more results is to become that which you want to be. A change of identity. What do you say after the words I AM. Where is your focus and attention. Is it on what you don't want or is it on what you want. Is it on the lack or is it on where you see yourself. What would it be like to.....(fill in the blank). From your post, it seems you're focusing on the not having or being where you want to be. When I say effort, I don't mean not taking action. Inspired action will come from a change of focus and identity, not trying to make something happen by force. Read Power VS. force by David R. Hawkins.
  8. Key word, "idea". Enlightenment is only an idea.
  9. That's because emotions are forever changing. They come and they go. They arise from the stillness of peace and calm. That peace and calmness is you. You were unaffected then too, you just identified with the passing sensation that is forever stirred up by the pebbles. My statement was the pebble and you took it personal and thought it was thrown at you. The waters got still again and your true nature shun through. Until you identify with another pebble thrown. Then you'll get stirred again. And again, and again. Welcome to the journey of life. Abide in that stillness and that's how you master emotions. Much love.
  10. What's so rude in my comment. That's not what being rude is. I'm very rarely rude on here. Even when i'm being insulted , I don't get rude. Why would you get angry. Is that how you live your best life and handle your emotions. Isn't that what your book is trying to teach others how to do. I simply don't understand how you can write a book teaching people stuff that you aren't doing yourself. If you can show me a comment that I made that you consider to be rude, I'll acknowledge it and apologize for my rudeness. The last thing that I want to be is rude, but only if it's being really rude and not just me speaking in a direct tone and without any insults. Please learn to decipher rude from direct or to the point. I just checked your book overview. It says knowing how to handle negative emotions constructively. Enough said.
  11. So why tell people to meditate and go to retreats. If we're not important, then what's the purpose. You constantly contradict yourself.
  12. Could you please stop projecting your own ideas of me and who you think I am and what it is you believe i'm doing or not doing with my life based on your assumptions about me. What I say about you is a direct response to your posts and not what I think you're saying or what I think about how you live your life. I don't tell you what to do with your life and your spiritual journey, I'd appreciate you do the same. If I make a public comment and someone directly challenges me on it or if I've exposed myself and tell the world what I'm doing, I'd expect for people to respond based on what I've said, not what they believe I'm saying or what the belive I'm doing or not doing with my life. It's one thing to have those beliefs within one's own mind, but it's another to project those beliefs unto the person based on your own assumptions.
  13. Nice, but you might want to change the second "body consciousness" to " soul consciousness". I believe that's what you meant to write.
  14. How are you telling an illusion to surrender and to realize what love is. How is complete surrender a path. You pretty much comment the same thing for every post and answer the same way for every question. While in human form, there are certain things that apply. You don't take care of your child and say to them you are nothing so why bother. You still eat something to feed that nothing body and something is coming out of your mouth.
  15. Babies do not have fear, that's why they need to be supervised to not put themselves in danger. They have not developed a sense of self yet, so therefore they have nothing to be afraid of. Saying do not let go of fear, is the fear in you that's talking. It has found a place to live and has made you their home. Fear is crippling.
  16. I was responding to a comment he made about enlightenment. And no, i'm not enlightenment itself. Enlightenment is a made-up word by humans who seek to escape their current situation because they're unhappy with who they are. Not realizing that who they think they are, which is a bunch of thoughts ideas and concepts, made of thought. Thought seeking to enlighten itself. I am Awareness. I am aware of being and that which I'm aware of, I cannot be. So if I ever tell myself that i'm enlightened, that's just a persona I've created for the Avatar which houses the awareness that I am. Who i am truly is void of all titles and identities. I have come to recognize this myself because if I strip myself of all that I've acquired including the notion of being enlightened, all the knowledge and stories, awareness remains.
  17. Do you consider yourself enlightened? Are you enlightened?
  18. How you have a published book about how to live the best life and pact with all sorts of details on how to maneuver challenges and whatever else your book is about but don't know what success with women entails. Even asking for the attention of the whole forum. You would think knowing what you know to be able to write a book of that magnitude, something as knowing what success with women is, would also be known because success all boils down to one thing- success. Can't live the best life without knowing how to become successful in what you do in all categories.
  19. Nice, but I also do think that some negativity is essential for the balance of the polarities and to steer us in other directions that may have otherwise led us to further negativity. Learning how to alchemize the negatives and not just be in negative states is best. Too much positives can also swing the pendulum too far which can make for the negatives to swing too low. In order for the energies to be properly activated to give rise to balance, I think both are needed; the difference in how we see those differences is the key, imo. I don't really consider fear to be in the negative or positive but a type of frequency we embody. The frequency of fear gives rise to negative emotions and too many negative emotions gives rise to dis-ease.
  20. Yes, it's starting to be like a competition. Who's going through more fear than whom. As if it's normal.
  21. Exactly. There's a difference between danger and fear as I was trying to point to in my comment.
  22. Ok. Thanks. Please do. This is a quality post and much needed to balance things out.
