  1. Leo's Meta upon Leo's Meta pointing to Leo's Meta.
  2. Yes, I'm aware of that, we all are. So am I on your pov's. So it's pov's upon pov's pointing to pov's.😜
  3. Sure, when it is done and he releases it. Nobody here, except for Leo, will know the answer to this. I'm surprised you even expect anyone to even know the answer to this. Leo himself probably doesn't even know the answer to this question as of yet.
  4. Ok. I'm not going to get into this topic too much as I've never tried this lifestyle and i don't think it's for me either. I respect your opinions on it and what you have to say, even though I still think you're drawing too many assumptions that are just based off of your own thesis and not from actual experience.
  5. I'm not sure of your blood and body type which sometimes is a requisite for knowing which specific foods to stay away from and which ones are best. E,g. some people do very badly eating nightshades (eggplant, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, to name a few) and those foods are considered healthy and mostly from the earth. Others, as in those with celiac disease, cannot have wheat or gluten. So, it's not that simple as to just recommend whole foods or foods from nature as some bodies have immunity to certain whole foods. However, it's best to start from there if there are no known allergies and work backwards through the process of elimination. You say you work in nursing and probably work in a hospital where the food there is usually terrible, so I empathize with that; but, and not to sound callous, if you really wanted to make a change, and your health was of vital importance, you would find a way instead of giving into just what's available to you. It's called taking responsibility for your health and not putting it into the hands of others. Doesn't have to be perfect, but humans usually do find a way where there's a will. We use too many excuses for our lack of willingness to make the changes we know we need to make to improve our health. It's really not that hard to do. I used to work in a restaurant as a waitress and I would sometimes bring in my own food to eat because the healthier options there was so limited, and I got tired of eating the same thing. I would even bring in my smoothie maker and whip up a smoothie from their greens, bananas and whatever else i could find. So, like I said, where there's a will there's a way. I didn't let the excuses of the mind creep in, in that respect.
  6. If you're not on a healthy diet, symptoms will appear worse. The nervous system also has to be able to handle all this Spiritual stuff also or it will cause the body to go into shock. It's like an electrical system, where if overloaded, can cause an imbalance within the body. This is why physical changes happen. Mentally, changes happen also but the symptoms are different and probably harder to spot as the physical is easy to pinpoint and bring your attention towards. So having a healthy can help to ease some of these symptoms where the body gets help in it's performance.
  7. You come up with some weird conclusions. Makes no sense to share with another woman if it's for economic reasons. FYI, some women are into this stuff and willingly go into it.
  8. (Negative) Changes in my diet. Cravings. (Positive) More calm and less agitated or triggered. If that happens, it's short-lived.
  9. My thoughts are OCD-ic.
  10. Yeah, i've seen this quote before; but I think it says, "how you do one thing is how you do everything" - not sure. I've noticed this to be somewhat true in myself and others.
  11. I have no problems in this department. In fact, I think I developed writing OCD from being badgered in Secretarial College. I'm the type to dot my I's and cross my T's and when I see typos I get anxiety. Lol If you see a rant post from me, or if I'm telling someone off, I'll expect points as that's not me writing but my other half who's currently asleep at the moment and isn't aware of this strict policy. I ain't telling her shit. She scares me. Hehe No, no more ranting and raving. My new motto is just to say "ok". Now, my writing OCD is going to get worse; and I'll have triple anxiety from seeing Leo's typos.
  12. Don't be so quick to assume I wouldn't read it. I did read it and thank you for posting. One question. I thought what goes in the body, the body absorbs. There are recommendations here in the link above that has tips and suggestions on how to use topically. I.e. hair, foot soak, etc. Doesn't that mean the acv is still being absorbed in the body.
  13. Idk. Never did an IQ test. Why, do I sound dumb?
  14. Doesn't matter to me if vinegar is good or bad, I will continue to use it. It's not like I'm drowning in vinegar everyday. I'm also eating chicken that might be laced with antibiotics, strawberries that might have pesticides, apples that are probably GMO, red wine that might contain lead and the list goes on. I'm still alive and in good health so far. I will not let food make me paranoid. I already have fairly good knowledge on nutrition, health and vitamins. I do my best when I can. I refuse to live my life with this type of paranoia. I already don't drink soda, don't do artificial sweeteners, no red meat nor dairy, I watch my wheat intake and simple sugars. I don't buy half the shit in supermarkets and mostly shop on the outskirts where the fruits and vegetables are. I don't eat potato chips, doritis, Pringle, milk chocolate, McDonald's burger King subway, Wendy's. No franchise restaurants like cheesecake factory, Fridays. I mean I could write a book on what I don't eat. Sometimes it's what you don't do than what you do. Vinegar here I come. If you dehydrate me, I'll just drink coconut water and replenish.
  15. @Adam MYour tone about this stuff seems so angry. I consider having a light more stress-free outlook on life more rewarding that not consuming acv. There are soooio many more things in life that needs to be avoided and the stress of counting every calorie, watching every single minute thing we consume and overly complicating this stuff can be more detrimental to our well-being because we are focusing on the lack of health rather than seeing ourselves as healthy and let that come forth through consciousness. Thanks. I'm through with this thread.
  16. Been living all these years. I don't see people dropping dead all over the place from consuming apple Cider Vinegar. Don't be so strict about this stuff. Use your own judgement.
  17. Go for it if that's what you feel you want. Keep in mind, though, just like anything else in life there are ups and downs; so be prepared for that. We can come up with all sorts of scenarios why something wouldn't work when all we need to focus on is why it will. As long as all in involved are aware of what's happening, and you treat all with love and respect and not just in it for your own selfish wants and desires but to be exploring this part of life with a curious lens for the experience and have all's best interest in mind, I see no reason why you shouldn't. You might decide later on after you've tasted a piece of the pie that it's not for you; but until then, you will always have this in the back of your mind and will not be all in with any one particular relationship you're in, so you might as well get it out the way to see if it's for you or not. All you're doing is spreading more love across the board as long as long as the above mentioned are in place and all are happy. I've heard of instances where people have made this work and are happy with it and also the opposite, so it's up to you to figure out the best approaches. Maybe go online and join sites where these communities are interacting or maybe put your own personal ad out there on sites that welcome these types of lifestyle.
  18. No I haven't; but I've heard of her and seen a few of her videos before.
  19. Nice video. Touched me deeply. Resonated also.
  20. Coming from someone who claims to know this. IOW, according to you, you don't know if nobody knows anything.
  21. I'm aware that Medical Medium suggests to not ingest vinegar internally because it's dehydrating and also all fermented foods. I love a drink i make with Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar, raw honey, ginger juice and cinnamon. It's delicious both hot and cold and sometimes I add turmeric juice to it for a delicious turmeric lemonade tasting drink in the summer. I don't drink it very often; but I don't think I'll suffer from any degenerative diseases by drinking it on occasion, so I'll continue to do so. Plus making salad dressings on occasion with ACV. I try to stay away from the really bad stuff but "a girl gotta live a little".
  22. No need to come off so strong. People are learning this stuff at their own pace and there is so much information out there on health and nutrition that it becomes difficult to wee d out the good from the bad stuff if one isn't a nutrition expert or has somewhat studied this stuff for themselves. Take it easy a bit.
  23. Very Powerful Message.
