Not sure if my answer will help or sound whacky; just ignore if it doesn't resonate: This is unconditional love/freedom/liberation already. Which means nothing is exempt. NOTHING. Even hate. There's no one hating. The energy of hate (as we call it), just is. We, as the individual believes it's our hate. We believe we're hating something, but we're not. It's just raw, unfiltered energy that feels like hate to the individual. It's not yours, but you can't see that because from the moment you identified with the body/mind/ and as an individual/person/human who is at the center of the Universe, everything now revolves around you. It's an illusion. There is no one hating. It feels like you're hating but it's hate appearing and you've attached to it because the person can't help but do that. It's what it does and it does that with everything. You want to be free but freedom is not for the individual. It can't be free. It's impossible. Why? Because freedom is already the case and it is impersonal. If you identify as a person, you have now conditioned it. It's so free, it can appear to not be free, which is what you're experiencing. If you want to be free of hate, you will have to not see hate, not define what you're experiencing as hate, not see yourself as a person hating. You and every other individual being has a sense of self, including myself. I'm not saying you need to do anything about that. Just recognize that it's not the case, what you feel is a result of this energy that feels like a separate someone and just notice the emotions come and go without judgment. Allow for them to subside on their own. When that feeling of hate comes up, let it, do nothing and sit with the feeling while going about your business. The more you fight it, the more it latches on. Take no action to try and do anything about it because that's how you strengthen it's attachment. If you don't want to feel hate, don't identify with hate allow hate to be there and it will go back from whence it came without any problems whatsoever. Don't give meaning to it, don't try to manipulate it. Let it be. This takes practice, but the more you do this, the easier it becomes and you will find yourself free of that energy because it's not responding to the energy that you're emitting anymore.

This is an interesting take. It's partially why we as humans feel the need to control (not lead, but control, there's a difference). OP is feeling a need for control. It's slipping out of his hands and now fear takes over - hence the need for this post. To try and gain back the control it feels it's lost. Life will show us whose in control sooner or later the more we experience it.

The energy is you. There is no human, it's all energy at play. It's intelligent and forms itself. The body is energy appearing in form. There are no humans observing energy. Energy is observing itself - so to speak. Responding to itself. It's all energy. Energies are not coming in contact with you. Energy is coming in contact with energy. Replace the "you" in every sentence with "energy". There's no you. Unless you want to call that energetic pattern you call a human, you. You are like that blind mole alright because the eyes do not see, they are information codes. The senses are not what they appear to be, there is no one seeing anything. Seeing is just happening. It's the seeing energy. The blind animal doesn't learn by awareness. There is no actual awareness. Awareness implies duality of which there is none. A subject and an object to be aware of. That's the dream of duality and it doesn't really exist. How can there be awareness within Oneness, explain that to me. Nothing is separate. That's the illusion.

You'll find out quickly in life that life does not care about your tendencies and how you would like it to be. She's your sister, not your lover. You probably wouldn't have chosen a personality like that to be your lover anyway. Why do you think it's your right to change the personality of anyone, much less your sister's. That's not leading, that's controlling and manipulative. If you were a true leader, you would also know how to lead yourself and know how to deal with people like her and how to not let it bother you. You seem to need others to be submissive in order for your true leadership skills to shine. Leadership roles doesn't work like that, that's weakness masquerading as a wanna-be leader. Allow your sister to be who she is as long as she's not being disrespectful or abusive. Maybe if you stop butting heads with her, she might not see a need to compete with you. Maybe it's because of the dynamic you guys have when communicating why she's that way with you. How about instead of trying to change her, you change the way you respond to her. Not saying to be submissive with her but find a common ground where you'll still feel like your own authority but not hers. The best way to change how someone responds to you is by changing the way you respond to them. You'd be surprised how that works.
