If there's even such a thing, I think it happens on it's own where the mind just falls away. (I) (have to drop) (the mind), is something trying to do something to achieve something. If there's a totality (which you agree there is), how is that even possible. Something outside of something else has to be performing this act and it's all happening inside this totality which is not separated.

The problem I see with this is, one is using the mind to try to accomplish this. Let's say you've accomplished this, what instrument will use to tell itself it has been accomplished. Isn't that the mind....

You're right. Still some things are obviously opinions without it needs to be stated as such. Low or high-quality is relative and depends on whose determining that. I didn't feel the need to have to state it was only an opinion which I still stick to. My opinion is that those podcasts are not of high-quality. No need for me to expand on that.

You have made a lot of assumptions here. Maybe what's not good about the mind is the stories it concocts and it's interpretations about what was said or asked; which, to me, serves a good purpose in trying to relay a point's accuracy from which the question came. Observation requires movement of time - past and present and something to compare it to. What does your observation consist of. How does one observe, by looking...how is someone observing without past, present future and to call those observations accurate. In 2 minutes worth of remarks you have said so many contradictory things that it's obvious you're not even understanding what you're saying.

You have missed the whole point. A mother/child relationship does not apply here in the sense we're speaking about. You're looking at it as a female doesn't or shouldn't give anything to anyone which is ludicrous. She can even give to her male counterpart and it still applies. Your question implies, imo,.that a son should be giving to.his mother and a nephew to his neice and a brother to his sister. The post is referring to male and female relationships as in intimate relationships. A woman can give her husband gifts and it still applies. This is not about that but more of expectations on both sides that will nurture both sides energetically.
