Nice point. Very nice. Didn't think of it that way and I'm always the one saying "that's just a word". Never thought to correlate it with the word MIND. I guess it's the mind that didn't want to call itself "just a word". See how tricky that mind can be. It calls everything else out, but to itself, it wants to be THE MIND. The only word not made up.

I understand exactly what you were saying. I've had cats all my life and i currently have one here now. I've always wondered something strange happens when I stare into her eyes but couldn't put my finger on it. She would turn right away sometimes and sometimes stare right back. Something in that cat speaks to me more than it's just a cat or cat communication. Your comment up top rings a bell.

The mind is my favorite thing to discuss in Spirituality as, to me, it's the bases of all understanding. In essence, ALL IS MIND, so It's crucial to understand how the mind works in order to get at the core of one's being. Basic psychology was my study in first year of college (only year), won't get into that, but with Pavlov and his dog lol, but that's low-level stuff compared to what I'm learning while engaging with Spiritual work and how the mind works. I'm always up for this kind of stuff. I've been observing my own mind and, boy, it's a piece of work. I have to constantly be putting it into check and trying to apply certain practices that I've become familiar with from certain high-level teachings. I prefer to understand why these practices work; and as I see the results, it gets more embedded within me. I can spot certain conditioned programs easier now; and I can see where I'm being led by them instead of consciously choosing. I've noticed changes that already came from constantly, and over time, instilling new thought patterns just by repetition and not allowing the mind to instill fear and doubt; but it takes for different programs to change one by one to see an overall change in identity where all areas of one's life has been transformed. It's really deeply embedded in one's psyche and takes more than just affirmations and blueboards.

I learnt that from RJ Spina. His explanation resonated with me and made a lot of sense, just like you're saying here. Yes, that's the distinction I wanted to get clear with. I understand my inquiry better now thanks to all you brilliant "no minds". Hehe.

Your story is all written in the eyes. It screams HELP!. Loosen up a bit, relax, explore and become comfortable with yourself. You're not a bad looking guy; but looks can get you so far. You won't initially scare women away and they'll talk to you but after they sense the desperation, it'll make them not curious to want to get to know you further. That will take a bit of letting go of the attachment to needing this to work out.

This is the key right here in regards to my inquiry. Thank you. That's the difference.

I like that. Meditation is definitely needed to put the conditioned mind in that state. It's the best state to be in for healing to occur more rapidly.

Can you explain this a little but more for me, though. When you say "program that is held in the Mind", do you mean the Universal mind - the field of consciousness as you stated before, or in the individual's mind as in subconscious mind.

I guess when you say "you", you're speaking generally and not about me personally. Thanks for your input.

Yes, this makes sense. I see where you're going with this and it actually answers my question on the deep level. It's a misunderstanding of the ego mind identity.

That's just a belief; not actuality. I know what you're saying but I've heard of women raping babies and little girls even though a man is usually an accomplice. This is Infinity. Anything goes.

The thing is, for someone (in the second video) that says the "I" fell away, surely says the words "I" and "me" a lot. I get all that he's saying in that video but the "I" isn't really there for any one already, so there's nothing special about his being than anyone else's. It's just what's happening in his experiences is the energy is operating from a different mechanism. He didn't do it, it didn't happen to him personally. It's just another expression of the Absolute appearing as someone that appears to have the "I" energy fall away. It's still just an appearance that I wouldn't attribute to him personally. It could have been anyone else, it just happens to be that character the Absolute is playing.

I don't think there can be a point of life for life itself, as that would be a limitation. Life is just life. Always was and always will be with no point as to why life exists. As you say, we give life meaning. We create our own meaning; and we paint the picture on the empty canvas. Only thing with that is that life is also doing that. We are life. Life has limited itself to dig deep into itself. It is alive and conscious. It is sending back information to itself, reflecting on itself and interacting with itself. It keeps expanding and evolving and going around and around performing strange loops around itself for eternity. All that are just appearances because nothing is really happening only appears to be. That's the paradoxical nature of existence. Same things happening over and over and over again, but with different contents. Appearing differently. That's why we say "history repeats itself", synchronicities' happen, psychic phenomena, and intuitions are possible. That's my take.
