It might be because of dry air. I had issues with breathing, drynesd in my nose and sometimes also blocked ears. Air humidifier solved those problems. The might be also other issues like infections (I recommend taking astaxanthin daily), allergy and misaligned nasal septum.

I think that I solved my issue ? I started using Armodafinil (1/2 pill three times a week) which seems to raise my permanent level of consciousness. I started noticing that even a small amount of caffeine from coffee make me slightly energetic but significantly decrease my attention span. It doesn't feel healthy anymore. I still drink an equivalent of ~2,5 espressos a day. However every time I do it I feel it makes me anxious instantly - even if it's just a half of espresso. What I used to do was drinking a coffee, when effects of caffeine were wearing off I would drink another one to maintain a stable level of anxiety. I don't think that it was a caffeine that was my real problem. I wasn't able to sustain high level of consciousness I had to do something compulsive to lower it. Oh. Sleeping on my left side also seems to improve my energy levels. -
After having a good 5 MeO DMT breakthrough something cracked open. I'm able to have a short but powerful nondual experiences on the daily basis. It's enough to lay on a bed, inhale deeply few times and push the air in the right spot - it kicks me out of body. It's very similar to 5 MeO in nature but lasts probably few seconds. Definitely much stronger than anything I was experience on LSD. The issue is that I'm not fully comfortable. There is always a feeling of terror. I also have an impression it's just a release of trapped energy. I can push this energy only once, than there is no potential energy left to repeat that. Overally my consciousness level is quite low. I feel anxious, have very short attention span - maybe I just became more aware of that. Things just do not feel as smooth as they should be and I fell energetically dirty. My impression is that I should do some kind cleansing before attempting 5 MeO DMT again. I ordered some Armodafinil, I hope it will give me some leverage to overcome me bad habits. If I remember well I had 3 g of 5 MeO DMT - enough to use it on a weekly basis to burn karma/energy blocks. However my intuition tells me that it will only destabilize me even more. Any advices?

I tried 40 mg (??? I don't remember well) and it still wasn't enough for me. However vaping ~17 mg was absolutely craz. For some reason plugging didn't work for me. Maybe you (we) insert syringe too deep. -
I need to go to dentist.. I have this issue because of dental filling - one tooth is too low and food like meat is getting stuck there easily. It's getting better but it's challenging to heal it if I eat.

I have my basic needs met but not in a sustainable way. I didn't have any interest in playing survival game on someone's else terms. I tried to work on my life purpose but I'm not financially successful. Transition into turquoise gave me a kick to to sort my basic needs (health, diet, daily routine and finances). When I was yellow I had many great ideas but I was struggling to implement them - I thought that I can solve my problems by thinking. -
I would just gradually lower caffeine intake. Coffee with less caffeine is a good idea. I have an impression that my free will / willpower is very limited, so I try to be strategic about using it. I would rather try to drop addiction in 6 months or even a year without making serious effort. I prefer to use my willpower for other things like sticking to physical exercises, learning and fasting. I'm also about to drink another coffee

I was also abusing coffee. Recently I got a smallest possible moka (1tz / 50 ml) instead of 100 ml one. I started with drinking more often but smaller amounts. Very often I wanted some coffee but I had to drink whole big thing. If you drink 4 cups a day it's better to split it into 8. However in reality you will drink less cups (instantly). It also makes easier to cut amount of caffeine if you do it in very small steps. Reducing by 25% is hard. Another idea is mixing ordinary coffee with decaf. I'm not sure why (maybe due to Armodafinil usage?) I became very sensitive. 25 ml of moka feels like way too much now. Probably I will start mixing coffee and decaf in 1:1 ratio.

I'm not sure if 5 meo is necessary. With LSD you peel your layers gradually. Vaped 5 Meo gave me less insights but it was more obvious and undeniable. Personally I would get an apartment (a place to trip) and a good amount of 5 Meo. I got 3 grams for about $200. It's relatively inexpensive. -
@Rolo Are you using porn when you are anxious? You may have deep fear about something and this is the way to release. Maybe you are scared of being dominated by a female, or you are afraid that your girlfriend will be transgender, or you hold strong indentification with being heterosexual. Maybe you should imagine yourself being gay? When you hold strong preference you create a tension. Watching uncomfortable videos (confronting with your great) help you to release it.

And Aren't you selfish too? I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with you. I think that [currently] you have a mindset in which you lack something and expect someone to fill that gap. Probably they have similar expectations, they might be even more "needy" than you. Try to improve quality of their life without expecting anything in return. E: take into account that I do not have any family problems. I feel that I got more than I deserve.

I think that it turns you on because you think it's inappropriate. That's how repression works.

@Breakingthewall Really good explanation. What I mean by telepathy is a glimpse of oneness. It works in a similar fashion to electrical circuit - certain parts have higher or lower resistance between them. -

Maybe we look at it totally wrong and this is very biased linear perspective. If someone in "past" had similar energetical structure I might be able to communicate "telepathically" with them and because of that I think that it was past me. Traditional understanding of reincarnation makes sense only when we believe in time (which is false perception). *By telepathy I mean communication based on similarity. You can communicate well with yourself because you are very similar to yourself It's relatively easier to do that when you have similar core / or there is a polarization (eg. masculine - feminine) / or you are being in a state of no self. It depends how you define it. There can't be any existence without a falsehood. If you are too enlightened you may get disconnected from your body accidently. -
I did use binaural bits. I had a mystical experience once - I was kicked out of body It's not super strong, it may give you that 10-20% gain in effectiveness. If you don't have an access to psychedelics it can give you a taste of altered states of consciousness. I use mostly alpha and theta waves when I need to focus on some task.

@Breakingthewall It is all relative word game. However I don't think that ego = energetic structure. I would compare human to plasticine. You start with some amount of it, you change it's shape and add/remove some over time. After death plasticine (energy) is left and it forms something else. There might be some kind of continuity. However it is relative thing to say that a person incarnated into something. You can't be "FULLY enlightened" without complete destruction. If I take LSD I am enlightened but energetic structure is very similar and I still experience my body. -

Just realize that you aren't always there. You are not conscious all the time. When you take a psychedelic gaps are filled and weird things start to happen. You gain control over reality and you can more control over it. I experienced something like jumping between timelines - lack of stability. This is also why it's good to meditate - to learn how to be present no matter what. I believe there is something like reincarnation after physical death. When your body is destroyed and you can no longer be attached to it, "you" will find something energetically suitable. -

We are reincarnating constantly. When we have a glimpse of pure presence we are born again. Identification is what keeps us grounded in same (or rather very similar) reality. -
Snacking itself isn't healthy. I would stick to two or three meals a day. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZKpiH7R8HS8

It happened to me to share something. The issue is that people do not have any first hand experience so they can't relate. There is a risk that they will get things totally wrong. If it is possible I would encourage you to share it. It's dishonest to keep it for yourself. Treat it as a possibility to become more authentic.

@Gesundheit Most females in 8 to 9.5 range I wouldn't even call attractive. I think as long as someone is healthy attractiveness it's quite subjective.
