lol dude the US government is not a very effective roadblock from accessing psychedelics if it's what you're looking for. probably some of the easiest stuff to acquire online and make your own plant medicine brews at home. if anything the US is probably one of the best countries to live in to do psychedelics. there are churches that do ayahuasca that are legal and peyote is practiced legally in the US.

There is some second, third and forth order stuff so to speak for sure when it comes to gender and how society/culture views it. This stuff can be molded easily like most societal constructs and can change quickly over a single generation, but there are deeper aspects to it (masculine/feminine) I'd say as well that have to do with both material science and the spiritual.

If all you have is 5k... just keep it in cash as an emergency fund. you will probably need 5k in cash before you can commit it away to long term investments you plan to sit on for several years. don't invest in silver/gold. it's something mostly clowns do that don't invest in stocks. if you already have an emergency fund and this 5k legit could go out the window then open a brokerage account with fidelity or vanguard and put it into index funds and mutual funds. if you are in the US and you made all of that 5k this year open up a roth IRA and put it there.

I tested high for both ALT and AST and am going to go in and get tested for Hepatitis b, c, Hemochromatosis and a few other things to see what is up with my liver. The first two should come back negative since I have not been exposed to either and have been tested before where they came back negative. Aside from tests and cleaning up dieting, what are some ways to improve liver health in general? I've heard Milkthisel, turmeric, and dandelion should help detox it. Has anyone here had success doing liver detox and getting their ALT and AST in order, or treating fatty liver or iron heavy liver?
