I’m kinda in the same boat. I would say more so it has to do with my schedule. I could definitely go to bed earlier. I’ll go to bed between 4-6am. Probably a good idea to get this to around 1am and wake up around 9-10am. If you are staying up insanely late this is a good place to start. If you have any emotions that are keeping you from falling asleep, look into why you are creating them in the first place. If this isn’t something to do with your beliefs or emotions then diet and cutting out caffeine would be the third thing I’d look into. Also, is there any environmental factors? I’ll wake up when my girlfriend is getting up for work and because it’s sunny already sometimes I’ll be wide awake at that point having only gotten like 5 hours cause she wakes up early.

The Golden Thread / Inner Child work - This is a very powerful self inquiry that raises your inner child and actually gets you to realize you need to take responsibility for your emotions because you are creating ALL of them yourself. Wim Hof breathing (lots of variations, Leo has a video on Holotropic breathework) - This is a technique that can bring about body awareness and calm your body down when there is stress YOU are creating. Some also have their consciousness raise while on this technique.

I believe the majority of people here are not ready for serious spiritual enquiring and this community does not have the safety nets in place for catching people who go off the deep end into the ocean but don’t yet know how to swim. It’s like giving the most powerful fireworks to a child. Most people would benefit much more focusing on the other sections on this forum than the spirituals section and psychedelics section. There are some great discussions here how to really improve all areas of your life and this is mostly a positive environment. Yes, I have done a number very powerful Ayahuasca ceremonies. Anyone here who is actually wise will tell you doing these substances does not automatically earn you stripes or make you “more developed” than others who have put the work in elsewhere. I would listen to yourself and use it as an indicator that what Leo is prescribing is not working and not the right fit for you. There is so much more to spirituality than What’s here and the language used here. I think you are wise for pacing yourself and focusing on what’s right for you.

Nice, this would be an accessible option to learn the golden thread process he teaches!

There have been many channels and teachers over the years that have brought about change in my life. Leo’s channel was some of the first self help content I took seriously. This was back in 2017. I listened to Sahdguru, lots of stuff like this, took psychedelics and had life changing deep experiences, spoke to trans personal therapist, coaches, lots of self practices, etc. I would say as of 2022, this channel and what I’ve learned working with the guy who makes these videos has hands down been probably some of the biggest growth I’ve ever experienced. Things deeply clicked for me. I would say the main things I’ve come to really truly realize are 1) I am the creator of my emotions, not the victim of them 2) life in general is just unfair sometimes and it doesn’t need any explanation for why 3) inner child is probably the best label I’ve found for the part of the mind that is fragmented. Some call it the ego, shadow, etc. inner child approach is the most compassionate and loving way to go about it from my own experience. 4) acknowledging responsibility is life changing 5) I was criticizing, judging and comparing and it was prevalent throughout my entire world view. I’ve since acknowledged that’s coming from me and that I’m doing that. No one is forcing me to. I’ve acknowledged I create the victim mindset and that these beliefs do not help me in any way. 6) everyone has true value no matter what and no matter if they are rich or poor or what society thinks, so it’s best to align with true value instead of society values.

This is exactly where working with David will help you bridge that gap. It’s funny you say that cause I was saying the exact same thing and through his sessions I was able to reconcile exactly what you said. I would say I understand on a mental level I am creating my emotions BUT it’s “trauma” or “my body is holding it” “I need more time” “I’ve always been this ways so maybe it’s deeper and meant to be” all sorts of stuff that takes the responsibility away from me and the truth that humans have the faculty to create their entire inner experience and there is nothing stopping that from happening except themselves. Just like you and I have the faculty to use our bodies for things. We have the exact same faculty to use our mind and emotions for things but almost the entire population thinks they are the victim of these faculties or partially the victim (they will take responsibility and own the good feelings and thoughts and ideas they create but not the bad ones they don’t like). I noticed even in his videos he says his clients will say this. It’s so interesting how there are these sort of overarching trends in human psychological belief structures that we form as kids and keep us unaware of our true inner faculties that in truth we always have control over even if we don’t recognize it. He will ask you to stop say “feeling” and reorient to “I am believing.” The premise of his model is that feelings are the kart. The horse is the belief. So simply focusing on the feeling doesn’t really lead anywhere because the base of it is actually the belief. He calls the ego and that sort of inner split or “shadow” the inner child which I am in agreement is probably the best way of framing it because there is a level of compassion and understanding and recognition the other terms lack. I would say finally he teaches you how to actually, genuinely listen, listen without any sort of judgment or criticizing or restrictions , which is something I’m still working at improving at. You basically learn to listen to your inner child which can have some pretty crazy stuff to say and some pretty crazy beliefs but you understand why your feeling side came to believe what it did and a lot of that stuff just resolves within days of once you really understand how to do the golden thread process he teaches. good luck to you !

He is a bit expensive, probably the one downside, his sessions can be a bit inaccessible if you are tight on cash. I have a tip for you going into his sessions you can do before. Just start paying attention to people’s posts on this forum. They will say “I feel” and write in a way where their thoughts and emotions are happening to them. Where their emotions are just this thing that they have to work around and where it’s just “biological” or “natural” and it’s jsut happening to them but they don’t fully understand why or they place some sort of will into the emotion and it’s now out of their control. For example guys in the dating section will sort of make “approach anxiety” a thing they have to overcome (how can you overcome something you are entirely creating yourself in the first place?). He really points this out and how steeped in victim mindset and a lack of taking responsibility most people have with their emotions. I would say the main breakthrough from his sessions and really one of the biggest ones to be had is “you are the creator of your emotions, not the victim of them” agree or disagree?

I’ve worked with him and done around six sessions. I can hands down say his golden thread and inner child approach are incredibly powerful and each time my baseline awareness was raised and I became more aware of my beliefs and what I was choosing to leave on autopilot. What I found shocking was that it was so subtle yet It was resolved… Baseline consciousness permanently raised. Sometimes I would go into a session and it would pull up all sorts of core beliefs and I would create a lot of painful emotions examining those beliefs, then I’d follow up with him a week later and I’d resolve those beliefs, happened twice now. His approach is not flashy and does not come with the fireworks, psycho babble or risks that a psychedelic trip does, or the come down. probably the most advanced person I’ve had the opportunity to work with and I have nothing “magical” or mystical to say about him. He didn’t bless me or use some yogi powers or recite some stupid poem to me about how I’m the universe or speak in some esoteric language. It’s simply a joy and blessing to have the advanced realization every emotion and mental state is entirely created by myself and it’s possible to end all emotional suffering.

I’m interested in this as well. Not sure how to even start working in this field.

The USA left makes little room for men and masculinity. The best you can hope for is to caucus with the left and sit as a centrist or center left and you will still be shit on by these leftists and called a racist. It’s been turned into a “safe space.” stage green in the USA is a mess.

I know it’s corrupt there, but I know it’s better there than it used to be because the EU has standards for it’s members and there is an effort from both Brussels and Romania to clean up corruption in Eastern Europe. Especially since the war started a lot more power and attention is being brought to that region and we are seeing a much stronger political alignment in that region with western democracy over corrupt mafia rule the east is used to there. By the way I’d love to visit your country. I heard it’s fun there and there is some good night life and great people. Also Transylvania is great to see and the history.
-
I don’t think that’s the primary force behind his arrest though but it’s a nice consequence of all this. I think Romania is trying to shake the corrupt Eastern European country look and their rule of law there is much stronger now. I’m glad the EU holds their member states accountable to uphold lawful standards. Tate is not actually very clever. If he was he would of kept off social media and been fine for years to come running his shady sex trafficking operations. Sometimes I wonder how much easier the survival and comfort part of my life would be if I threw all ethics out and ignored my heart and got into some sort of scam buisness or selling some sort of vice because it seems like it’s so much easier to lie to a million dollars than creating actual value that contributes to the well-being of everyone.

I’m still kinda surprised this thread is as long as it is and this guy went as viral as he did. I remember hearing about him years ago and he was a nobody with almost no following and just flexing online from all the women he rape sand enslaved and I never thought he was special in any way in terms of charisma or what he had to say. I think the outrage factor and left wingers like Hasan platforming him made him big. Left wing social media loves the clicks they get for platforming these guys. they are not above rolling with pigs in shit and have some responsibility in what they platform. A lot of red pillers have kept the quiet part quiet. They will take the convo up to a point but won’t escalate or just blurt out it’s ok to rape women like Tate does. Anyone remember Roosh V he basically had the same outrage factor as Tate but was a broke PUA who made all his money from books sold on Amazon. As soon as he went viral his books were removed and he went broke. Would actually be funny if this trial basically made Tate broke and him in his brother get out of jail in some years broke. Thing is I think he laundered his money to Dubai so he probably has some stashed away.
-
Too loose and you will really feel it when you’re broke Too tight, you might have some stability but you will probably miss out on some beautiful experience and some worth while purchases that will genuinely improve your life. Balance, like what’s already been mentioned. And also make mistakes and learn from them. Do not be afraid to make mistakes. We learn from mistakes.
-
Agreed, Tate will forever be “the guy who never seen star war because he’s a multi millionaire” he was a meme before he went viral on tik tok
-
They’re impressed by his wealth. Roosh V basically said the same stuff over five years ago and he got straight up buried cause all his income was linked to Amazon sales and he never had the same amount of cash.
-
I think this is the reason why he was mass canceled. A large portion of the people who made him popular were young guys (14-21) on tik tok if I’m not mistaken? I’m 31 and I don’t even use that app. He also does seem to have an older fan base as well. Seen them on Facebook.

I don’t believe what I’m doing is bullshit but I do have my beliefs, double standards and preferences and I am working towards having a more truthful relationship with less self bias to it. It’s not so simple I believe at first but it definitely is something I can work on. There are a number of choices I’m making that I am working to become conscious of, reevaluate and change. I am complicating the relationship (so is she) but I’ve found that happens when people haven’t worked through all their beliefs. Relationships can be very messy and complicated sometimes when people want different things, double standards, or pasts, beliefs, we even bring what society says what a relationship should be into it as well. I won’t try and say I’m above that and I have the most conscious relationship where neither of us are creating negative emotions out of thinking we aren’t worthy of love. comparability is interesting because I think this can change over time and sometimes it takes time to real come to the conclusion neither person is compatible. At that point both people can be very intertwined and ending the relationship and starting over can challenging. I don’t think it’s possible to just have one or two relationships and then just magically find the perfect person, maybe it happens for some and not all. We need to make mistakes and learn from them to relate to people better and be right within ourselves to maintain these healthy relationships. probably 90% ofwhat I originally wrote just comes from the belief that I don’t want to get married yet and still want to date around while she is ready to have a man fully commit to her, but I don’t want to fully commit right now at this stage in my life.
-
I think people do it for a number of reasons in their mind. I don’t think it’s just “TRAUMAAAA” but it definitely can and does play a role for many people. I’m not sure this post could list off every single belief or reason why people cheat. There is also cheating in the moment and having an affair. I personally think it’s best to avoid living a life that lacks integrity. That comes with a lot of problems. I agree. Both people have to be aligned with their true spiritual value instead of societal value, or else their beliefs will always lead back to some form of “not being good enough, “not worthy of love”, “not being capable”, these type of beliefs.

I don’t think either of you are totally off. There is some truth to what both you said about Russian women and my gf. She does have low self esteem and past traumas. I’m doing what I can to help her boost it, but I can’t magically “heal” her. She also wants me to fully commit but I’ve stated it clearly to her I’m not interested in planning out my future with her and don’t want one relationship for the rest of my life. For the record I’ve never cheated on her and I don’t want to live a double life like that. I think it is more a patriarchy style type of relationship I have and Russian women have in general, and I could be exploiting her in some ways (I believe she is doing the same to me as well) but I don’t know any sort of alternative to this. I don’t yet have the life experience like that to choose some ideal relationship free of beliefs that are embroiled a lot with what society has laid out. The only alternatives being sold to me now are stage green feminism relationships which look utterly dreadful. I don’t want to date a woman with a manly vibe to her and I might as well turn in my balls if I’m going to date how I see them do in New York. I believe this alternative ruins the passion. I would like to hear about some alternatives and your thoughts on this because I want to be with someone who is arousing and passionate for me and I feel like a man around (my beliefs of what a man is, maybe could use some working on) and when I’ve tried on beliefs to do with stage green relationships it basically kills all, what we can call “old school” sexual tension of being with a feminine woman.

Meh I’m not interested in going that deep into this rapist’s life. Im sure there is wisdom there but I have other stuff to learn about. I’m not convinced he’s more than what I described him as but I do agree prison will do him some good.

Taking notes can help. Also, I think broad strokes of the right material can be remembered and brought into your belief system. I think if it’s book you are forgetting, it might not have been very good or helpful in the first place. I would like to read more. Do you have any tips for making reading a daily habit?
