I eat it a few times a week It's a great source of protein and a very healthy meat. I'm thinking of switching over to canned salmon. Tuna is a predator fish and picks up way more metals b/c of this. I'm planning on doing a some heavy metal detoxing though but I can't cut out fish from my diet b/c I don't eat mammals or birds and fish are an amazing source of nutrients.

Firstly I don’t see people as ugly per say. They may not be attractive to me but every person to me is beautiful on a meta level. secondly I don’t think good looks help men nearly as much as women at least when it comes to dating. They help some but not so much.

Zuckerberg has a very clean way of going about his free speech shtick. He doesn't get dirty using libertarian talking points. I can't tell if it's because he's too lazy and afraid of disturbing his business the way facebook handles this stuff or if he has some hidden ideology or principles where he believes in libertarian free speech "you have the right to lie!"

This is why I only smoke for personal development. I can't smoke it recreationally anymore after doing psychedelics. I kinda miss this but it's probably for the better. I also think modern weed is too strong sometimes. I smoke one hit of flower from my tiny bowl pipe (more than enough) and lie down and do some breathe work if I feel like it. It's a good way to have a psychedelic experience that isn't too intense. It makes me feel sort of foggy the next day though.

He was legit for sure. He said some cooky things though like someone put a hex on him i think later in his life? He is perhaps a bit more eccentric than other teachers. The problems at his ashram seemed to come from people bellow him that he delegated much of the day to day stuff to. I haven't seen the documentary but from what I have heard he was pretty hands off on that stuff and didn't really do much managerial stuff at all.

Bill Gates has some yellow shades to him but to be honest I haven't really done a study of his current dealings so I can't say for certain. He seems like a deep systems thinker and has a grand scheme for human development.

I think most rich people are more competent and productive but maybe only marginally more conscious. Seems like a lot of lower tier rich people just fall into ridiculous mind traps like this woman and then are able to fall back on the comfort of their wealth to keep them from examining them and growing.

I think you need a certain type of psyche/ego to become incredibly rich. It seems like most rich people aren't really that interested or concerned with bettering the lives of others. I think there are exceptions for sure but I can only think of a few stage yellow CEO billionaires. They are few and far between.

The protein compound is better for building muscles than plant based proteins and this is quite important. I sprained my ankle 6 days ago and it has healed quite a bit since then. I think I would of broken my ankle if I didn't lift weights like someone in my family did. All 100 kilos of me were on it and I think strong joints are very important to maintain especially as you age. It's hard to get enough protein just through food cause I don't have the biggest appetite.

pretty disgusting and unethical behavior maybe in some kinky porno this scenario is hot but in reality this is wrong people's livelihoods are on the line and it's messed up how he is putting pressure on women who are just there to work I'm sure there are some exceptions where it's fine as the boss/owner of a small business to ask an employee out but it is really murky water
