  1. Hey guys i'd really love to get some help from you. My sleep was pretty bad from when i remember - i may establish nice sleeping routine (going to sleep at 11 pm, getting up at 7/8 am) but when i wake up i'm tired. Either little tired or REALLY tired not having energy to get out from bed. I have noticed some pattern. When i sleep better or atleast relatively better i digest better. For little context i excercise and eat like 3,000 kcal a day. My diet is usually 50% fats (red meat, avacado, nuts) 30-40% protein (cheese, milk, chicken) and 10-20% carbs (rice, groats). I eat pretty clean, i don't drink soft drinks etc and i dont eat sweets (maybe sometimes during weekend). Usually i feel like i eat really loads of food to grow muscles, but being honestly rude with you guys - i shit really small amounts and i feel like i'm not completly empty after going to the toilet. I sense that somehow my sleep quality and my digestion is connected, but i don't know how and which causes which. I'd really love to be able to defecate fully and feel rested after the night. Any ideas? What should i check and look at? In addition i have to add that i have some skin related problems - my skin itches in different places and i have to take some histamine bloker to stop the skin itching.

  3. @Michael569 Woah, that sounds crazy. I actually bought right now brown rice and rye flakes, lets move this gut. However i still don't know whats about that itching.

  9. Hello guys. I think this topic was discussed before however it's importance and my realization made me post this piece of advice. How important is your breath actually? PRETTY FUCKING IMPORTANT. Recently i struggle with tension in my body. It appears when i'm alone and especially in social setting. I wondered why does this happen? Am i upset about something all the time? Somebody pisses me off? Am i sad or what? I really get lost in searching for a reason of that. And i got it. One thing helps and takes away the tension - breath. Focusing on my breath and breathing fully is something put of this world. It makes me more charismatic, more energetic and i can't help but name that feeling an alphaness. In social situations i focus too much on various things - did i do this thing right; how to behave now; i get lost in thoughts wen listening to somebody; etc etc. It really made me stressful and wanting to avoid people. Now, what helps is focusing on my breath, especially when i'm talking to others. It's just another level then. I can say anything freely and it's ok. Like i've been stripped off of anxiety. Now guys - breath and take it slow, you are great arleady, just give yourself a space to feel that. Peace.

  11. I'm a music freak. Not only i do love music for itself, but for the message it sends. Recently i've stumbled upon crazy project made by english producer - The Caretaker. In his recent and final gargantuan work he focuses on the topic of memory loss. For everybody interested in te musical component of his act - he manipulates and changes the samples from 20`s and 30`s ballroom`s music. The project contains 6 stages representing process of memory loss. As the first stage contains a little crackling samples the other... sorry, you just gotta check yourself. It's 100% worth it. But beside this project i wondered - what if an enlightened person, let's say our favourite guy Leo, gets dementia? Does he slowly become more ego driven? How would the one react? What is the most possible result? Would he lose his enlightenment? PS. the link for The Caretaker's project.

But i want to spot the main difference here between what we do intentionally through psychedelics, meditation, self inquiry and what they experience - being forced into losing their sense of self along with their awarness. That's quite different i guess.
  13. @allislove i get what you mean but i think you didn't really grasp what i'm trying to say. As far as i'm concerned enlightenment is the result of realization and direct experience, realizing Oneness. And as far as dementia goes - you not only lose your memory but also basic cognitive functions (awarness included). Now, how does this affect the feeling/realization of Oneness.
  14. Breakfast is crucial. Mine is essentialy 7 eggs and 120-170 grams of bacon at 7:30 am, and at 9 am i start my training as i'm on my low carb diet. It works wonders. Have you checked your T levels?

  16. Hey guys. I've got plenty of experience with shrooms, however it was small doses (around 2-3 grams). Last time i took shrooms they weighted 4,5g dried. I had MASSIVE realizations, i suffered really hard during the trip. I re-lived many of my trauma and cried a lot. This time i'm wondering what could i expect from 5/5,5g dose. Will it be much different? I've heard a few times before that doses over 5g provide sensation of ego death, but i can't really wrap my head around what that would really mean. Unbearable suffering that gives clarity and enlightement? I'm curious to hear your about your experiences.
  17. Cool. Freshly squeezed lemon juice is a powerful pro tip. Last time i tried it it helped me much in case of digestion.
