I remember Leo saying he did a 14 day water fast. Did he ever end up talking about his results from the fast? @Leo Gura I have an autoimmune condition myself and I've been doing some research into water fasting and how it can potentially cure diseases - it's something I'm planning on eventually trying out. If anybody else has any insights or experience with water fasting, I'd love to hear it!

I just watched your carnivore diet video! How is that going - still getting amazing results?

Oh awesome, I seem to have missed that blog post. Watching it now! Crohn's Disease. The main thing I've done is completely change my diet - super strict with what I eat now. And vitamins, probiotics, herbal supplements. Also things like Wim Hof breathing, cold showers, chakra meditations - anything that might have a slight chance of helping. I'm taking immunosuppressive medicine but obviously I don't want to do that for the rest of my life. The condition is under control right now but I stopped taking the medicine for a couple months to see what happens and it got worse, so I had to start taking it again. So it's clear I haven't found the root issue yet.

I've always wondered about this. I like watching horror movies from time to time but sometimes I decide against it because I'm afraid it's going to lower my vibration and thus negatively affect my life. But maybe I'm just being stupid lol. What do you guys think?

Today I've been going through a bunch of videos on YouTube about Covid and the vaccine and I can barely find any positive comments - it's mostly people against the vaccine. What is going on? Are the majority of people actually against the vaccine, or does it just seem that way because those people are more vocal about it online?

I'm a big fan of Ralph Smart - I love his general energy and vibe. But I gotta admit I've been disappointed with his recent views on Covid. It makes it kinda hard for me to watch his new videos. This is what is really confusing to me. The right wing ideology. I would think that since Ralph is super Stage Green, wouldn't he be more left wing?

This guy is an ex-con who tells a bunch of stories about his time in prison. I found his channel a few days ago and watched a lot of his videos. Really insightful look into a stage red environment!
