How will the world look like 1000 years from now? If we didn't go extinct because of some nuclear war or because of the stupidity of people in power ..and if we keep advancing in science and technology..then what can we dream about to see after a 1000 generations from now ? Do you guys think that there are limitations upon technology because of laws of physics ? or if we keep exploring the universe and physics we will actually keep advancing until we literally create Heaven on earth ? Here's some examples : 1-cure for all diseases. 2-immortality . 3- instant travelling. (You don't need a car or airplane..you can just use technology to jump from place A to place B in a matter of seconds ). 4- VR headset that allows you experience every single thing you want. You literally just type in what you want to experience. Any world you want to experience and you just wear the VR headset and live your dream experience. 5- no need anymore for labor workers ..farmers..etc . We can just make robots do the physical work. And even the theoretical engineering or designing a bridge for example we can make AIs do it . And so on and so forth ..thoughts ? I'm very excited about hearing from you guys about this topic .

Well said ! I'm curious..we have right now enough resources to turn the world into heaven right now ..we don't actually need to wait thousands of years . The earth has enough resources right now to end all world hunger in places like Africa and such ..and for everyone to be In middle class at the very least ..why isn't that the case already in your opinion? Keyword is "I believe ". I'm speaking from a materialistic scientific perspective. Once your body decays and turns into mud and rot ..that's it .bye bye forever. There is no soul or metaphysical brahma to live forever. Keep in mind though that I have no idea what I'm talking about 🤣. Life is for today .right now .right here .are we gonna waste our lives and cause existential crisis to ourselves about some imaginary death that might not be even real ? That's not a life I want to live.

Death is eternal rest . You are still young you haven't gotten yet to experience the nightmare of being old. Once you hit your 60s you will actually find the idea of death and resting in peace very attractive. And the only reason you wont commit suicide is to not hurt those people who love and care about you . But you yourself will be so done with life that literally nothing would matter to you. The more you age the more you accept death and make love with it .it's your ticket to salvation from Samsara.

I agree 👍. That's the only purpose for humanity to aspire to . Unfortunately humanity is stupid enough to destroy the planet using technology like what has happened In WW1 &WW2..instead of utilising this scientific advancements in the good direction.

Yeah we obviously won't witness that generation. I'm talking about the future generations.. But who knows? Maybe part of the technological advancement in that time is the ability to bring dead people who turned into ashes alive again

Free will is a total horseshit . If you pay attention to your experience you will notice that. I like this experiment.. Try to stop your thoughts and movements for just few seconds.. And notice how your body will carry on thinking and moving on its own. It can be a very scary experience. You have zero control over your body. I had a hard time with this realization few months ago. I thought Im losing my mind.

@Caoimhin impermanence Is a core concept to understand reality . This is obvious enough. Nothing at all stays the same even for a nanosecond. From the planets and stars to the atoms and electrons . Everything is constantly fluctuating without stop. You are asking how do we ground ourselves? How is it that we can ground ourselves in a reality that is constantly changing?..How are we able to do it?.. The answer is we aren't. As you just described your life is a mess and a cocktail of chaos .thats not a mistake .thats how its supposed to be.

If you think about it hypothetically..you can zoom into any object forever . There are molecules then atoms then electrons then quarks etc..and it doesn't end . Reality is infinite zoom. That's how you can think about it . Yet in direct experience you only see the surface of objects and things .you see a human body and you only see its skin .you don't see the bones and the digestive system. Why so ? If the human body (or any object for that matter) is infinite zoom you should zoom into it in practice not just theoretically .yet everything appears as just the surface appearance. No infinite zoom . Do you guys understand my point ? Any insights ?

Because if reality is turtles all the way up and all the way down then I should experience this fractal right now without using a microscope. But apparently it is not like that for this moment of experience. The infinite fractal hasn't yet came into existence. You can see it in microscope or when you take psychedelics but not in sober waking human consciousness .therefore I concluded reality is not infinite zoom 🔎 right this very second . Hi princess 👸. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for this comment. I did exactly what you're suggesting and it worked . I knew I had to do that but was second guessing myself . In fact I know there is no shame in watching porno..every young male in the entire planet watches porn. I think after a decade from now I will naturally outgrow it when I get married and raise a family . And when my male kids reach puberty I will sit with them and kinda teach them how to explore their sexuality in a healthy way .
