Yeah ? So folks like Richard Dawkins and Sam Harris believe that consciousness is fundamental to reality ? -

Actually no . There is no external reality as in objective reality . I know I'm contradicting myself a lot when I talk about this point..but recently I've realised reality is an appearance in my mind .it's a dream. Just like a dream at night. I've broken through the illusion of The waking state and realized that it's also a dream in consciousness. Ta-daaaa! -

Yes in fact even though I said I'm logically convinced of idealism but in my everyday life I act as a materialist. I assume that my car keys are always where I left them. The mind is afraid of idealism because it makes the world like a ghosty world. Malleable and not fixed . -
Don't get me wrong ..I myself was buying into this whole nofap thing just few months ago ..but honestly..now I understand my body and my sexuality better ..all because I started masturbating again just recently. Here's the thing ..if you guys want to know if masturbation is beneficial or harmful for you ..just try the following experiment: Don't masturbate for a week and see how you feel. If you feel good then masturbating isn't for you and you ought to be a celibate nofap monk .if you feel sexually frustrated and irritated and uncontrollably horny ..then you should start masturbating. Then take another week and masturbate 2-3 times .and see how you feel . If you feel low energy and depleted then you shouldn't be masturbating . So it depends on the person . There is no black and white formula that works for everyone . Now..let's talk about porn . Honestly..I love porn ..but I gotta saty the truth ..where porn industry is at today is really troublesome. I have seen some fucked up scenes recently. Porn can be extremely addictive and toxic to the mind. And also what you see in porn has nothing to do with real sex . It's all fake . Fake boobs . Fake moans .Fake orgasms etc Recently ..I stopped watching porn clips ..the shit you find on Pornhub and other such sites ..and started purchasing porn "movies ". The movie lasts about 1-2 hours . It's pretty hot and not like the 99% shitty Fake porn sites . The bottom line is..porn is mostly unhealthy for everyone unless you find quality porn. And masturbation depends on the person's genetics .

again.. cheating is less about the behavior and more about telling lies.. keeping secrets.. and breaking relationship trust. If one partner’s porn use is agreeable to both parties and not kept secret or covered up..it’s not cheating. Otherwise..it’s a betrayal of the relationship and counts as infidelity. And she knows that I watch porn .

If you kill them quickly ( a painless death) then it's OK. But if you torture them then you should go to hell. -
Well they say testosterone level hit the pinnacle every 7 days after ejaculation. So it's enough to recover and regain your sexual appetite . Of course it depends on diet and genetics etc

@Roy It's mostly because I'm so obsessed with sex in general. I need to talk to a therapist.

That's duality. Plus you are demonising the mind . If the mind was not important ..God would not have created it . The point is not to get rid of the mind but to accept it as part of yourself. And know it's limits so you should not ask existential questions such as "why the hell there is something rather than nothing?" Don't expect that you can find an intellectual answer . But you need a healthy functioning mind for everyday life . As Alan Watts once said "without a mind you wouldn't know who's sho6e to wear in the morning "? -
Great ?. BTW I also noticed that spicy food in general Is good for you down there .I get super horny when I eat ?
-
I do . One day I literally could not get rid of my hardness .I had to take Zyprexa pills to reduce the blood circulation in my body . Its very effective for men. So I thought I would share it if someone here have ED problems. . Its mostly for men though. So you cannot enjoy the benefits ?

@Schizophonia Just try it and call me on my BS if you don't wake up with a boner.

Masturbation is a natural and normal process that every human indulges in. However..however..a brain addicted to porn will use it as an addiction as substance addiction. It may seem a bit far-fetched..but ive read studies of brain scans have shown that people watching porn experience the same effects or pleasure that alcohol gives them. It is a neural circuit that releases pleasure hormones when you sexually pleasure yourself by masturbating to porn. I can't masturbate without watching porn .that's how I know I'm addicted to porn . But I realized also the quality of porn played a role. If I masturbate to a short clip and just cum quickly..it feels like it's not worth the fuss . But with long porn movies I get to slowly massage my penis and that creates a satisfying experience.

It can be a stress relief to wank one out at the end of a long stressful day . But like you said ..it can be a way to escape from facing negative emotions head on and tackling real life problems . So like I said it has both pros and cons . The trick is to discover for yourself whether or not it's healthy and not addictive for you and then follow that as your compass. P.S what's with your signature ??

From God's perspective There is literally nothing wrong with having sex with a cat or pissing in a mall or raping your own daughter . Because God is absolutely everything and infinite. Now i understand how shocking that can be to some sensitive folks here ..but God/existence/consciousness is a radical thing. The purpose of life is simply to be absolutely open to absolutely everything. To have unconditional acceptance and love for literally everything within reality . Even if you find yourself stuck in a hell chamber filled with boiling lava and you get to be there forever. You must love that . There is a famous quote from Sufi sage who i forgot his name..he basically says even if I'm given a choice to enter heaven or hell ..it won't matter to me ..because I'm both ". You guys understand that God is omnipotent..so all the the physical limitations that you think are restricting reality don't actually exist. If you think god can’t turn Jesus into a woman..or can’t make you live at the bottom of the ocean..or can’t make you grow a third leg overnight..or can’t make you get younger with every passing day...etc...all of that is BS. God can literally do everything. Both good and bad .and in fact everything is always in a state of equilibrium. I read few days ago In a physics book that the amount of positive electric charges in the universe is equal to the negative charges. That means everything is balanced. You will go to hell and to heaven...but be like that sufi master and accept both .total acceptance of reality...is what enlightenment is about.

Thanks. And have you been to there before (the Godhead)? I prefer a pretty face over a sexy body ? -

Consciousness is not abstract . Consciousness is literally everything that you are experiencing right now . So if you asked me to point to Consciousness..I can simply point at any thing in my visual field and that would be me pointing at Consciousness. The subconscious on the other hand is what's abstract like a thought. And of course you can't point to it . Now Of course.. I do use the word “unconscious” ..but only to describe certain conditions or the quality of my or other people's behaviours. I might tell you that “John is currently unconscious”.. for the sake of describing his present condition. Or I might tell you that “Last night..at that party.. I was behaving rather unconsciously”.. all in an effort to have my behaviour be excused as that is not how I usually am. However..all in all..the idea that the mind is inherently divided into three or any number of parts does not resonate with me. In fact.. to me..finding certain activities happening rather unconsciously within yourself would be the equivalent of you simply walking down the road with your eyes closed. That's it. You're unconscious for as long as you keep your eyes closed..but inherently speaking you are a full blown Conscious-Mind and nothing less. -

Well..Can you point to it ? -

We could argue about this endlessly. The bottom line is this ..when you see an object..the very act of seeing it is created by you or your brain if you will ..it's like the classic "if a tree falls in the woods and there was no one around observing it ..then does it make a sound ?". Quantum Physics literally shows the electrons are being made by the act of observation. Also..there is no such thing as the subconscious mind . Because dreams aren't created by unconscious mind ..but via consciousness. Just like the waking state. If you realize you are 100% responsible for creating everything around you ..then you should be careful with polluting your mind with toxic ideas because that will make them more likely to happen . That's my advice to Holykael . -
