Christ LITERALLY rose from the dead on the third day. Israel LITERALLY was freed from slavery.etc

@Bazooka Jesus Christianity (all religions really) are house of cards . You are doing a metaphorical interpretation of the gospel or bible. Same as sone Islamic sects like Sufism trying to do reinterpretation of the quran . But the founders of these religions (in this case Jesus and Mohammed )were literal about what they are teaching. Its Prefable to be alone where nothing can disturb when you are doing this .just sit comfortably in silence. Close your eyes . If you need to listen to soothing music before you start or smoke a joint then so be it..just get yourself relaxed and comfy . Now I want you to look deep into yourself. Turn your awareness inside so to speak ..usually your awareness is directed at the external world..but try to focus your awareness on awareness itself. On your own true nature .that's it. Nothing complicated about it.your true nature is pure awareness. Pure being . Notice the longer you sit in meditation the more blissful and peaceful you become . Your essence or true nature is NOT your personality ..that's all society's conditioning. You have been taught to be serious and regrious. But I tell you the truth ..life is a game ..a play. Nothing is serious. There is nothing to be afraid from .all is well .everything is exactly as it should be. . So you are not your personality..you are not even your body or your thoughts or your gender or sexuality or political stances.. this is all bullshit that you've Been brainwashed with by society . If you look deeper inside yourself...you will immediately notice the following: peace..relaxation..serenity etc. There is no need to know anything or to figure anything out or to discover new multiverses etc ..just sit and be aware. Stop and slow down. You’re not fooling anyone here dude. Spiritual people since the dawn of time knew what unconditional love is. Yet anyone here claiming to know love or have some degree of awakening you meet them with mockery.. cynicism..and you start making it personal .. to deflect from looking at your own inner self talk and behaviors. Love can be applied practically in infinite varieties thus making it hard to describe verbally. I think we all recognize love when we see or feel it.. so definitions are quite useless anyways.

Especially now in the Internet era where there is a connection to endless varying and different and conflicting worldviews ..it's easy to be confused. I have experienced a huge confusion in the last year ...didn't know anything. Start even with 10 minutes walk. Best option of course if you join a gym . But you should do some cardio as well . You know why? Because What makes an erection? It's the blood circulation. If you exercise you improve your blood circulation.
