I know I'm contradicting myself a lot about this solipsism stuff...but please guys hear me out ..I think I finally got a grip on the truth about solipsism. You see ..I'm conscious right now ..I'm conscious..that Is undeniable. But others are literally images in my consciousness. I know I'm looking through my eyes ..but no one is looking through other's eyes because that's not in direct experience. You see? If consciousness is fundamental to reality and consciousness is everything then there is no escaping the solipsistic implications of this. I don't know who I'm talking to right now. But it replies so it's fun... I guess ..so there is absolutely zero point in making this thread. Once you know the truth you will shut up forever and maybe go live in a cave a lone in your solipsistic bubble of god consciousness. I mean I struggle to accept this but Sorry to break it to you ..as God..you have absolute consciousness. You and I are not "alive" at the same time. Both of our lifetimes were imagined at once and then God decided to watch them like films..one frame at a time. You are god imagining everything into bein.gretroactively past and future. The present moment is one and has always existed. Think of this. Really contemplate what "others " are .

Don't worry I'm in such a good state of consciousness right now that I have literally magical energy to endure sleepless nights. Fuck sleeping. We spend half of our lives sleeping .better use that Time into something useful like contemplating. Of course(in both senses ).

@Carl-Richard keep playing these intellectual games and you will never awaken. Yes . Others appear as if they are conscious. But is that enough evidence that they are conscious? People in your dreams also appear to be conscious..does that make them conscious? Yes you talk and others talk . You eat and others eat .you go to the bathroom and others go to the bathroom etc. You did not definitively prove that others are having a conscious experience because the same behaviour happens from others in your dream (all these correlations you mentioned). Solipsism is one of the most powerful Epistemological positions. And yes it minimises unnecessary assumptions. Which makes it all more powerful . You have not disproved it yet in the slightest. I don't understand what you are saying here . What assumptions are the solipsist making ? It's self-evident that you are having a conscious experience and that everything (including objects ..time ..space..others etc) have no reality or substance outside of your experience. You close your eyes..the visual field goes poof . You go to sleep ..the entire universe goes poof . Are you Peter Ralston's son ?

My deal is very clear my love..but you are purposely trying to let it in one ear out of the other ... If you want to deconstruct concepts like space ..time ..the self..the whole fucking universe..sure ....but why don't you deconstruct the notion that other people who you see around you don't have an inner experience of reality (call it subjective experience or qualia or vanilla ice cream etc it doesn't matter )..?
