I meditate 1 hour everyday in the morning. I just simply watch the blank space between thoughts. And that's it . That's all it takes to calm down your monkey mind chatter and relax and enjoy the present moment. Because that's all there is to do in life . Drop completely this notion of finding your true self . The pount is to stop seeking and remain present. If you are seeking something you are doing meditation wrong . I mean imagine you have so much free time ..what the fuck are you gonna do with your life? Yes you can try this and that ..but at the end of it all you will be back to baseline and bored. So all that is left is to just bask in being and chill out on nothing.

There is only you to awaken . Awakening is realizing only you can awaken . Its like you are in a dream and you are trying to convince dream characters that this is all a dream . If you truly get that this Is all a dream in your mind you wouldn't try to convince dream characters that they are dream characters because they are dream characters.

If you read any spiritual tradition..you will find that founders have awakened when they abandoned society and isolated themselves. Take Buddha..he left a luxurious life of being a Prince and went to the woods meditating until he either wakes up or dies there . Take Muhammad..he awakend in his 40s after he became fed up with his society's worship of idols . He used to meditate alone in a cave before he awakened one night . Same with Jesus..Sadhguru..Ramana Maharshi etc. If you want to seriously awaken..and answer existential questions..you must spend some time alone away from the noisy toxic society . There is no other way around it .
