Like really appreciate the miracle that we are here . Every step you walk you feel your feet touching the ground .when you open a door and it makes some ASMR noise. Touching a stone from the ground and making love with it just by touching it . Looking up to the sun or stars . Feeling the warm shower on your body . Smoking a cigarette consciously and really let that smell enrich your senses . All of life is orgasmic. Its like we literally exist 😂. And we live in a beautiful world .but beauty here is an absolute .not just sex and food are beautiful .but even being depressed has a bitter sweet beauty .isn't it awesome to listen to sad songs playlist while sipping coffee in a dark night ? My point is you can develop appreciation for all of life and all of experience . Another interesting insight that just occurred to me right now is that the past is real. If you are feeling nostalgia and you hate the world now because it's so artificial and dumb and you feel like daydreaming about past memories and good ol' days..then don't worry the past is not lost forever. Obviously it exists at some universal store in gods infinite memory lol. Otherwise it couldn't exist in the first place . Just some thoughts .
