Because ultimately the only real thing is nothing. The Self is not any form or thing.. And since suffering is a form.. It is not "ultimately" real.. It's half real and half illusory.. Just like everything else.. That's why suffering ultimately is illusion. Because it will die at the end like everything else and only nothingness will remain untouched forever. The problem is identification. As long as you believe you are this body and that you must have everything your way you are doomed to suffer.. And the more you are attached and identified with forms and your body - mind the more you suffer. But don't worry because you are not this body and mind.. You are not in control of anything.. Everything is a temporary passing show.. And nothing truly can touch who you really are.. Nothingness.

There is no difference between imaginary and real. We usually think of the dreaming state as being imaginary or illusory.. Yet what is the difference between the waking state and the dreaming state? Nothing. A dream pain is as painful as a "real" pain. Yes God creates suffering and pain and will experience it and there is no soultion to this. Because God is a madman. You are a madman. You dream up nightmares.

@Javfly33 Maya =truth. Awakening =delusion. When you are having a dream at night sleeping.. You are caught up in the illusion of the dream while at the same time laying in bed completely as your real nature untouched by the dream. you are fully awake and fully not awake right now.

There is no "how" to love someone. If you love them you love them because of a quality in them that attracted you. By you being a finite form that needs, to survive you cannot love everything or everyone because hating that stuff that threatened your survival is good for you. To try to "shed the resistance" is a resistance in itself. Resistance can be a natural state. If you are feeling pain.. It's natural to feel resistant to it.. It's unnatural to try to resist the resistance. Although from other perspective that's Also natural because it IS.. Anything IS IS..let it be resistance.. Love.. Hate etc. So the "natural state" is not to love everything.. The natural state is whatever IS.. Even if it's an experience of hate or resistance. If it's happening.. It's" natural"(in a specific sense of the word)

@Franco as long as you are looking for "who is ware of X Y Z ?" you still not getting it. There is no distinction between the "I" thought and the awareness of the "I" thought. There is no "one" aware of thoughts.. The one who is aware is a thought made of awareness.. And awareness is not aware of thoughts.. Awareness is the thought taking the form of it.. So ultimately all this battle inside your head to catch "who you really are" is pointless. It is for you to recognize that it's pointless because all these dualities must collapse ultimately. Observer =observed =observing ="I" =thoughts =awareness=being.

@Javfly33 think about it as pieces of a puzzle. Every piece only makes sense by there being other pieces that fit with it. So how can you as this little form this human puzzle piece be the only thing out there and there is absolutely nothing other than you in reality? Do you realize you appear to be a limited form? So your being a particular puzzle piece with particular edges requires an explanation. There must be other puzzle pieces along with you that forms together a perfect harmonious unity in the biggest picture possible. So "you" as this human form is NOT the only thing that exists.. Others are also real.. If you are the only one out there.. Then Where the fuck did all this universe come from??.?? ... But ultimately the whole universe is YOU which is the entire puzzle pieces together. So others are real. But ultimately others are YOU. But not "you". Dig that?

@Nahm potential VS actual is a duality. Yup? Infinite potentiality that "can" appear as anything =infinite actuality that is everything. So whatever is possible is actual. And since what is possible is infinite.. What is actual is infinite. 1 - I don't know. I mean I don't have experiential answers to that so to not be kidding you and myself. But just think about it.. Why would that be impossible for infinity?

Well you can take a psychedelic and experience absolute infinity directly. All I can do help you sort it out somehow conceptually . Contemplate... can reality be limited? You should realize ultimately there is nothing that could limit reality because every limit has to be inforced by another limit and so on.. To infinity. So reality ends up being absolutely infinite. Not just in the spatial dimension. But in every possible dimension. Therefore we can conclude that the possibility of you being born as this particular human form and not some other way must be included in this infinity.. And so there you are!!

INFINITY. If reality is absolute infinity there is no place for "why" "how" "how come" "this but not that". Every single possibility.... IS. You are you because absolute infinity means someone has to be you right now or absolute infinity wouldn't be absolutely infinite. Ta-da! Lol

Free will.. Two words.. Will =assuming there is a seperate entity in the body called "you" that is "willing" or creating thoughts and actions etc.. Which is just not the case. That's it the question ends here. There is no you who have will.. Let alone whether this will is "free" or not... But what the hell does "free" mean anyways lol? Free from what? From causality? If everything has a cause and that cause has a cause then where is the freedom in this? You might say causality is an illusion which is actually true because there is no duality of cause and effect.. reality is just ONE happening.. No freedom and no one to be free or not free..every single item in the present moment is entirely spontaneous creation out of "your" "control". You can notice this.

I'm not sure what are you experiencing but since I'm going through somehow similar things... What worked for me is.. Spend more time by yourself integrating . Just relax and chill. If possible.. Don't do so much stuff out of your comfort zone or something challenging that requires your maximum attention . Connect with the present moment and get out of your head. It can be difficult to do that. Try to focus on the senses.. smell sight touching taste and not so much on your thoughts or the awakening filter that you have now. Good luck.

Good for you bro. But unfortunately I haven't had any such experiences so I can't take your words for it. It has to be my experience or it's just a belief. I understand that I'm not the body. But that doesn't say anything about what after death? It seems like there will always be some kind of experience since reality must be infinite.. But again that doesn't say what kind of experience. You see we can agree there will be consciousness after death. But we can't get the details. And that still leaves room for some fear and doubts.

@nitramadas OK Einstein.. Explain to Me how death is "not physical".? If you see a dead dog in the streets how is that not a physical phenomenon? Make sure this is not a word game. What should be understood from the "mental" it's something my mind is doing and has no basis in reality. We know as a matter of fact the body will die.. Will end will collapse will dissolve will disappear.. Call it what you wish.. How is that not a physical phenomenon? And what does that even aiming for? Yes or no the body will die? Yes ofcourse.
