  1. It's not a dream. Self-observation. Sit down and observe where your thoughts and actions come from.
  2. @Javfly33 Why are you comparing it to a dream? Don't see the connection.
  3. Life is pointless. Which is not a negative btw. It just means there is no objective purpose waiting somewhere to be discovered. You create your own purpose...or you don't.
  4. Been contemplating this question for a while... Why is reality structured exactly the way it is?? We have 3D space.. We have planets and galaxies.. Human beings need air.. Food and water to thrive.. There is special physical laws like gravity and conservation of energy etc..... It's as if reality is a grand design and everything was sit into place intentionally Is this reality a design ? And why is it designed this way and not some other way?
  5. @The_Truth_Seeker yea yea yea.. You have no idea what you are talking about.. Death is no joke.. You are scared shitless by the smell of death.
  6. This is a journal for quitting my smoking addiction.
  7. @flowboy thank you
  8. @flowboy sure.. Go ahead
  9. I'm back to smoking again after a month of quitting... Need to take this seriously once again. Day zero. 30 days challenge. No smoking. 0️⃣?
  10. @Nahm thank you for trying to help. Nothin. I'm stuck at a taxing job where I have to show up every day for five hours while being a uni student simultaneously. It's taxing on me and I'm not optimistic about it. It makes feel hopeless and depressed. Yes I can come up with these lists. And I can go about achieving them ASAP. Hope that help. Although I doubt it will, in the long run.
  11. Is morality just a subjective relativistic matter? If so.. What's stopping you /me from stealing all your money and raping your wife and killing your kids(aside from the government and law) ...? After all...you kill bacteria in your body by millions every day.. We kill animals for food.. We kill insects because they "annoy" us... It's not like killing us objectively or universally wrong or evil? What is evil after all other than a bunch of flimsy opinions? ... As with the example of killing.. Killing is only selectively bad.. It depends "who" are you killing, right? Killing a chicken for lunch is OK while killing your kids is inhuman crime??
  12. Yeah. Why is asking for a reason. Look it up in the dictionary
  13. @Javfly33 @Breakingthewall thank you for your input. Appreciate it. Good questions.i need to contemplate them deeply. I've been recently diagnosed with anxiety disorder. I'm anxious about everything. Every fucking thing in life. Even the mundane everyday stuff seem like a chore. And in general I feel like my health is going downhill. I've had enough of this thick material plane of existence. It's taxing on my body and mind. I don't like life. I like to question existence a lot.. And as I dig deeper I feel like I'm losing my mind or myself and not finding answers.. And /or finding answers that drive me insane. Questions like what happens when I die seem to cause me panic attacks when I contemplate it enough because my mind says "anything can happen. You might go to hell etc).
  14. @allislove thanks for the suggestions. Will look her up. I get you now. What about the body? Lol. Yeah.. Ofcourse. Disagree. I'm asking you because I'm suffering in my life and you seem to claim to be enlightened and have transcend suffering..
  15. You don't even know what anything is.
  16. @Leo Gura does reality have an end? In terms of time ... Am I going to have a final experience? Or this stream of experience will keep going forever?
  17. @allislove I'm not experiencing peace or happiness in my life. I'm suffering from severe anxiety and other issues. And it's hard for me to accept that. Akshay Yes. Where it is?
  18. How is happiness my true nature? Could you explain that? Do you suffer? Do you feel pain? Do you ever have a bad day? So you agree that pain is intrinsic but "suffering" is optional? To me these are just semantics and don't serve any actual purpose for ending human suffering. Do you think suffering exists? And how do you define it? And how to end it permanently? Is that even possible?
  19. @roopepa @Nahm fair enough. How to achieve uninterrupted true genuine happiness? ... Please think this question through and without denying that suffering is inevitable and pain is intrinsic part of life. @Adamq8 nice pic bro ?
  20. What does it mean that truth =happines?... Exclusively?... What about suffering? If Truth is infinite then it must include all sensations and emotions and not just happiness?? (I think we've had this kind of discussion before).
