How is happiness my true nature? Could you explain that? Do you suffer? Do you feel pain? Do you ever have a bad day? So you agree that pain is intrinsic but "suffering" is optional? To me these are just semantics and don't serve any actual purpose for ending human suffering. Do you think suffering exists? And how do you define it? And how to end it permanently? Is that even possible?

@roopepa @Nahm fair enough. How to achieve uninterrupted true genuine happiness? ... Please think this question through and without denying that suffering is inevitable and pain is intrinsic part of life. @Adamq8 nice pic bro ?

What does it mean that truth =happines?... Exclusively?... What about suffering? If Truth is infinite then it must include all sensations and emotions and not just happiness?? (I think we've had this kind of discussion before).

My main point is the double standards... Why is killing human bad or wrong or evil while killing animals for food is not?????? I'm not saying we should then justify killing humans... I'm saying why are we using double standards?

@SilentTears then why do we kill insects and animals? Doesn't the same principle apply to animals and other life forms? As I said it's only selectively bad which is my main point. If we can justify killing an animal for food.. Then we can justify killing people or else we will be using double standards.

I'm dealing with difficulties recently. Anxiety and stress and mild depression. This is a journal for tracking my experience and my battle against it.

Don't understand what you mean... Did you even read OP? The question is why reality the way it is??? Why does earth orbiting the sun. Why you have two eyes.. Why lack of sleep makes you tired.... Why all these laws...? Where did it come from?... Why is it this way and not some other way?? For example instead of being tired due to lack of sleep.. You feel energized. Etc
