Direct experience. What else? You know you are alive (for example) by directly experiencing it. There is no need for any of that. No guessing or believing is required when you have direct access to reality exactly as it is all the time. -

@VeganAwake what's wrong with knowing stuff? Are you epistemological nihilist? Do you believe all acquisition of knowledge is impossible? -

What do you mean by "God" and by "conscious universe"? -

@Zigzag Idiot lol. It means no conscious observation at all. No humans and no animals etc. To illustrate that consciousness is fundamental. -

Especially negative emotions. To suppress or express them? For example.. If one is feeling like crying .. Should he let himself feel it to the fullest or suck it up?

Yes. Consciousness is the only thing there is. Without consciousness there will be nothing. -

With New Eyes I lay still as if I were a breathing corps. My heartbeat reminds me I still live. My mind wanders aimlessly; It drifts in and out of the borders of valid conception, and withers to its content. Am I alive, or waking from a prolonged dream? These thoughts contradict my understanding of this world. They break the grips of my reality, and plunge me into the unknown. Although the notion tinges a world of fear. My perspective shifts; My consciousnesses fades away and is vibrantly replaced by a wave of blissful euphoria. This is a strange existence. Time is irregular; It means nothing here. Days seem like seconds; minutes seem like weeks. O' to what a mishap, a folly happenstance, a fringe to conventionality. To who or what pleasure do I owe? Part of me wishes to leave this place. Albeit a part wishes to remain. I am in love with this realm, yet I know there is somewhere else that I must be. So now I set sail to find the world that I came from; with a pleasant gift from the one I left. I look upon an old existence with new eyes.

How is voluntary suffering not suffering?
-
Again you deny external source of suffering and reduce it all to resistance. I don't resonate with this. I gave you a concrete example but you just skipped over it. From my experience.. Which migh be different from yours... Life is the house of illusion.. of narcissism.. of love. If you can't submit to that.. and if you're not efficient enough.. you're gonna get kicked out soon. Life cares.. but death doesn't. Life wants you to spread delusion.. to spread love. It's all fine. Maybe you don't belong here. Maybe you're already dead. Who knows? Life is also the house of duality. of balance... of opposites. You can't just go and live in the extremes. Like this everything is love nonsense. You gotta always level down to where things are at. The more paradoxical and complicated you are.. the more blessed you'll be. Life worships complexity and it walks over simplicity. Deny that and see. You will die.lol

@Tim R There you go ? -
I'm probably off-base here so I guess I'm asking more so to poke holes in my thoughts.. 1) non-being is impossible a la Parmenides' "is not". Thus existence must exist. 2) Existence must exist in such a way that what is outside of it is not non-existence. The line between existence and non-existence can not be analogous to the line that separates an inside from an outside. 3) Consciousness is this dividing line that details existence. Consciousness itself is the very shape of reality, the form of existence. Without Consciousness of existence there would be non-being, and similarly without existence there would be no Consciousness, and so non-being. The two arise equally and are dependent. A dependence of the objective on the subjective, and vice versa. *there is still room that our Consciousness is necessarily necessary. It seems this form of Consciousness is still allowed to be the result of evolutionary game theory with the above points. If there were only infrared-sensing consciousnesses then that would be existence, but existence could still exist. I'm not quite sure what connects point 2 and point 3.. I'm probably wrong somewhere

There is a paradox/contradiction here.. You implied that the resistance is to an external suffering thats already separate and independent. Then you say it's the resistance that causes suffering. But resistance to what? To an already existent suffering. Then it can't be the cause of it. If you bite your tongue.. Does the mere sensation cause suffering or your unwillingness to experience it?? Why does resistance to certain experiences exist in the first place?
