Getting jacked obviously 🎃. I'm an introverted loner so I don't want to move my butt to the nearest gym.. I've got two dumbbells that have 20 lbs of weight on them. They can be adjusted. A weight bench with 100 lbs. I also use a stick to do pull up to help me get taller. I do push ups as well. I've gone down from 50 to 200 per day in about two months. I do a lot of running.. it's kinda my jam. Unfortunately if i could just kick out the habit of smoking ..I would be on top of the world..but I just can't.

Nope. The answer is consciousness. You become conscious of the true nature of that qualia of a dream . Likewise...entertain the possibility that you simply can grasp directly what this qualia of this moment actually is . No.it has been answered .but it's so radical and mind bending that you cannot accept it . "It’s not like my car has vanished into nothingness until I perceive it" That's ⬆️ literally the case . Just like the dawn has its beauty ..a sunny afternoon has its beauty ..the black creepy night with full moon has its beauty etc. Same with the seasons. You can learn to appreciate winter. Go dance in the street when its raining..wear some headphones and play your favourite music album and enjoy the breeze. 😘

Well good for them. No I haven't attended his classes..but I've watched quite a bit of his YouTube content. Anytime you hear about channeling ..Aliens..vibrations and shit ..I just know that its sheer hippy dippy doo.

but what you're not seeing is you're creating the duality between conscious vs unconscious. Go and try and verify an actual difference between something conscious and something unconscious. Sure you can say a rock is unconscious and a human isn't... but where's your evidence for that? How you know people are not philosophical zombies and as a corollary how do you know rocks don't feel..see and hear ? Maybe you are unconscious and AI is conscious. How do you know ? I know im being an epistemological nihilist bro. Ofcourse there are dozens of assumptions here. But I can't go prove to you every single one of them. You just gotta take some stuff superficially as they appear to be. Nothing suggests that rock hears or sees then its not conscious. Go figure out what the fuck is consciousness.
