It's tough to find such meat . And it's expensive. Most animal products are filled with artificial hormones and other kind of crap. They feed chickens corns and that's not healthy. Even then I can't easily find chicken or meat that is organic fed.

You don't know me . I'm highly intelligent and creative individual. I've read probably over 200 books on deep philosophy from the greatest philosophers ever .from Aristotle to Plato to Descartes etc. And I consider myself qualified In philosophical questions. That's what I've been doing on this forum for over then 2 years now : deepening my philosophical curiosity. Im not saying I understand better than kant. But have read his famous book"critique for pure reason " and i also read Descartes' book "the meditations " and I do have some stuff to say about it and share my understanding with the whole world. I'm dreaming big . Perhaps you should motivate me instead.

How to go about Starting a brand? I have been thinking about starting a business for a while now. I thought of many things, but this one seems the most appealing to me, even though it's nothing new or full of potential. I want to start my own brand. Has for many others, this has always been kind of a dream to me. Create and build something from scratch, with my own hands, and my name on it. I would focus on books .initially, and maybe expand to long novels and other kinds of literature. maybe on Online store plus platforms like eBay or Amazon ? I've been doing lot of research and calculations during the last week. It would take a lot of work to do things properly. But the initial investment could be affordable. I need to do some more research though and, eventually, come up with a nice business plan. What do you think of it?

This speaks for itself .you don't know the truth about God. And here comes the role of religion. Religion Is not just a bunch of old outdated myths and fairy tales. It sure seems like it on the surface .but the root of religion are enlightened people like Jesus, Buddha ,Mohammed etc who discovered for themselves the ultimate Truth . Now did you yourself discover the ultimate truth ? Seems like you didn't. -

Reality is not rational in itself. But it corresponds to our mental activity. So I can throw a rock up there and calculate with 100% certainty when it's gonna fall .its called consistency. Of course I have perceptions. I have five senses .I use my senses as well .not just my mind . Something =nothing. -
Thanks for your response. I will definitely check the link But bear with me please, I have few questions ... I know that We obviously are not able to create a "perfect" diet at this point in time but I was wondering if there is a recent or running list of what is required in the "perfect" diet as far as what we know about nutrition today? Obviously there is conflicting research in the field so it wouldn't be a 100% consensus but is there one that is accepted by the majority? Others have pointed out that I should focus on the nutrition not the calories. But I said that I feel hungry on a low calorie diet ..so how can I switch to veggies and salads and survive without carbs ? I read an article online which says The "requirement" for the "perfect" diet is a wide variety of whole plant foods. Fruits, vegetables, dark leafy greens, intact whole grains, legumes, nuts and seeds. Lots of variety. Ok sure? Humans are omnivores. You can live on fast food or be a vegan if you want, but it's far from ideal. The fact that you have to supplement B12, omega 3s, etc. means your diet isn't optimal? Also are Humans "natural vegetarians"? as claimed by some people. I mean There is a reason humans have adaptations to meat consumption that primates do not have. Our guts are much shorter than all other primates, we don't have a large colon to digest fiber, we have adaptations to our teeth to chew through meat better, and we require a much more calorically dense diet than most other animals on the planet. We can't live on a low fat, low starch, low protein, and low sugar diet (all at once) like all other primates can. I dont understand what does that mean . Thanks .Will watch it . Most animal products are filed and injected with artificial hormones and contain high levels of heavy metals .

I would somewhat agree with you if you used the word "inconsistencies" or "contradictions", not "paradox ". reality is not avoiding anything in any intentional sense. It just is, and I believe it is wholly consistent and rationally accessible, at least in part. If it weren't, reality would not be reality, and it really couldn't be anything. So I couldn't even have any perception of it. BUT ..to understand it fully requires you to become infinite to encompass it completely since it is infinite . And I asked you on my first post here that "how you would go about achieving this"? How would you become infinite? -
Someone here replied to Thought Art's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
It can understand that it can't understand. Lol Think about it ..a complete and total understanding of something which is INFINITE!! Meaning it doesn't end . Do you see any flaws in this line of reasoning? -

Well ..in the quran there Is a hilarious verse that says God can't have children because he doesn't have a wife ?.. Nice story . This present moment is all that exists . Its not repeated .its totally fresh like a newborn baby . Are you aware that you are God? If not then you should definitely worship him as though he is separate from you . Don't fool yourself believe that you are God when you are actually not God-realized . That's a huge mistake . ?? -

Neither you will figure out the whole nor the parts . It will never be fuly understood .its an endless mystery. -

I think from the Abrahamic religions..Islam has a very very coherent concept of God. : god is one and only one with no any sort of a partner, who can not die or have any human characteristics or superior to human characteristics such as being the most powerful and all-knowing. Christianity, on the other hand, says: “He’s three but one: 1+1+1=1,” “God is Jesus who is son of god who is god who created Mary,” “Jesus dead for our “sins,” while we are NOT born sinful.” It just doesn't work with me to accept such madness..this trinity fucking shit -
Yup. I was so "professional " and in love with playing with mathematical equations in high school that I would literally play some music and put on my headphones while solving algebra problems. Oh the good old days . I'm now shit at math ?

I'm trying to eat all organic. I'm trying to rely on veggies and fruits .but it really doesn't satisfy my hunger like a juicy steak. Or white rice with fish or chicken soup etc . So the dilemma I'm dealing with is the need to reduce my calorie intake and eating less calorie dense foods to get rid of my belly fat while at the same time struggling with "hunger attacks " too often .
-
Of course I have to be full after eating ..otherwise what's the point of eating ? It's to get rid of the hunger .I'm not aware of any other purpose lol. If I eat half my plate and I feel full I should stop eating .but if I eat my whole plate and do not feel full then I need an additional plate .
-
I think there is a relationship between calories and satiety. The more calorie dense the food is..the less you gonna eat before you get full . And again the whole problem is I don't get full easily even if I eat giant ass meals like grilled chicken and potatoes. As far as exercises..I don't have enough energy or mood to workout because I'm busy with university projects and assignments. I will check the link you attached. Thanks .

@Thought Art I don't know . If you consider the sheer amount of information available to us even in our Internet Era is actually less 1% of the information that is still unknown in the universe. Astrophysics tells us that we only have access to 1% of the "observable universe ". And if we consider the amount of information that is not just "unknown " but" unknowable " ..then it here begins to show the limits of human mind . We think we are far advanced technologically, but in terms of understanding the whole fucking universe..we are still learning how to walk baby steps. So I'm not saying it's impossible. But it's not gonna happen in our lifetime. -

How would you go about achieving this? Do you think our chimp minds have the capability to grasp infinity in all its tricky details? -
I know .I already said that in OP. But as I said I struggle with constant hunger . If I eat low Carb (let's say a salad with Tuna ) I don't feel full for more than 1 hour and then I start craving high calorie foods like Pizza. Im already trying to add more fresh fruits and vegetables . I eat breakfast cereal with fruits .but it doesn't give me enough energy to last me throughout the day until lunch time . I guess my whole problem is as follows: I need to eat to low calorie foods to lose that ugly belly ..but at the same time I feel hungry on a low calorie diet .

Thanks. AI is another fascinating subject to me as well. I think it depends more on understanding how consciousness and how the brain work more than it is about math. however, The real-life applications of Mathematics are endless. We are surrounded by numbers, equations and algorithms.. especially in this age of data science, with huge data sets that can only be understood through statistical models and analysis.
-
Mathematics isn’t everybody’s cup of tea. But that’s ok! Personally i get an adrenaline rush by spending hours tackling a problem, the very same problem can make others to want to pull their hair out! Thankfully, I am of the former category.

Recommend to me the best book you have ever read.

What the fuck Is divine masculine? -
Someone here replied to Razard86's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@Razard86 you are falling into the trap of hedonism . No amount of sex or food or drugs or music or travelling or stoicalising will ever make you truly fulfilled. The truth is: We human are designed to adapt. The pleasure of winning a lottery, buying a new car, or even meeting the man or woman of our dream does not last forever. We adapt to our fulfilled desires and eventually stop finding them as desirable as they once were. As a result, in order to experience the same level of pleasure we have once attained, we now need to seek new desires with higher intensity...a greater wealth, a more luxurious car, a bigger house, and perhaps for some… a new relationship or even a new marriage. Contrary to our original intention, the pursuit of pleasure has become a vicious cycle that consumes our life in a rather undesirable way. -
recently I got hold of a few novels that were so good that I had no time comparing them with famous or established writers. I liked the story and that was enough for me. So Yes ,I care about how people think of my book . That's obvious. It's a sign of success. I'm still a university student and didn't have my first job yet . So if I could make profit out of publishing my book . Who doesn't want to be recognised as a great author? Thanks Can you please explain to me how exactly to use these to promote my book? I'm a little disappointed because today, mostly all people order books from online book stores or in most cases get the book immediately from Kindle or Google Books. People read reviews on some blogs or on Goodreads or Amazon. If all sounds convincing, they go and buy the book. Also a survey of young readers showed that books by new authors are more interesting and holds fresh or unheard stories. Thus, they pick up books that they like to read over deciding their reading preference by looking the name of author or publisher. So if that's my first book ...how am I gonna promote it via Amazon ..no one is gonna want to buy it . Especially because the author(me ) is unknown. Thank you .Will check it out .
