No . I woke up this morning for something completely out of my control. If you sleep and never wake up..what is that called ? Death . The only reason existence exists as forms is because of the existence of the formless .deep sleep is formlessness and this experience right now is form. If I ask why is there something rather than nothing ?..its because there is nothing that there can be something. Try this experiment..sleep-deprive for a whole week ..zero sleep ..this is the result: you will realize that this moment right now is NOT existence or something Ness or consciousness. Why ? Because without sleeping and erasing all experience you can't have its opposite. Without nothingness there cannot be something Ness.

Forget about thoughts for now ..whats so special about a thought which makes it more tricky to define than a cheeseburger? It's a matter of the metaphysics of definition and what is isness itself regardless of its content ? A thing is a thing is a thing is a thing . Define a thought as electricity in the brain ..OK so what's a brain ? An object .. OK so what's an object ? A thing .. What's a thing ? Reality is made out of itself.

Few points about Islam..Muhammad and the quran : Muhammad didn't write the quran nor write anything else..what they call Hadith ..there are literally thousands of sayings of Muhammad which Muslim scholars literally believe that Muhammad said them .other people have compiled the quran..he was illiterate. I Don't think That's healthy and just not doable as well . You obviously need to sleep . If you mean you gonna become too alert and anal about it even when you're laying in bed drifting in la la land ready to sleep then you might consider loosing it up with demonising thinking and wandering.
