You will never reach enlightenment with this mindset, why do you assume that it should be easy for you? Sounds like ego. and you are bullshitting yourself regarding death, you’re survival is of the upmost importance to you, else you wouldn’t be here. Enlightenment requires humility, wisdom and discipline. If you don’t have these, or actively work to attain them, you may as well go elsewhere because it will end up backfiring. -

@RMQualtrough just ignore them. They’re obviously ignorant about meditation all together. Carry on, carry strong ?? -
Contemplate: Imagine if mirrors, or any form of physical reflection, didn’t exist when you were born. This should give you some taste of what it would feel like to not have an Ego/sense of self. There would be no character to construct your life story around, no perceived physical and social laws you’d need to follow to survive. It would be is pure “Is”-ness, with no grounding. In relative terms, consciousness has made human realms much easier to navigate by inventing mirrors ?

Profound experience, my goodness. There is no "me" looking at this screen as a type. I have no physical face or head. What I call "my" body is just an appearance in reality, like everything else. I have fooled myself thinking I actually was the person in the mirror, when the person in the mirror was simply gazing at (the real) me the whole time! How wondrous it is being formless

Yes, I am noticing this state is not as stabilized as I want it. It somewhat comes and goes, the Ego can be persistent in doing everything to shut this down -

Advice needed: I am working on a life coaching certification (field of parenting), that I plan on using to start a coaching practice, as well as an online learning center for parents. My life purpose to make conscious parenting a norm throughout the globe, through providing resources. I want to make this lucrative, but also pure by not tainting it with marketing schemes for more dollars. I want my conscious life purpose to come with a conscious / high quality marketing strategy. Any ideas?

There is only consciousness. Dreams can't be connected to consciousness, because consciousness is all there is. Consciousness connects to consciousness...to infinity. -

@OneIntoOne Not true. What you must understand is life purpose is relative notion. And there is no truth in anything relative. What's worth doing in life understanding that worth is a construct, and depends on who's life we are talking about. Chart your own path consciously, else you will be doing it unconsciously. -
@vindicated erudite Thank you. YouTube is probably the biggest platform I could leverage for vlogs.

Knowing the unknown - quite a tricky paradox. Who we are is unknown to conventional senses of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch, but actual knowing transcends everything that is conventional. Ask yourself, how is it possible to know the unknown? It is done through the sixth sense..and that is knowing. All senses are birthed from the sixth sense of knowing. That sixth sense is also who you are...God itself

Didn't know which forum category to post this, so hope doing it hear is okay. @Leo Gura have you ever thought about speaking engagements or live seminars/workshops? Maybe you could be the next Tony Robbins of enlightenment lol. I for one as a follower and supportive of Actualized.org would love to see this happen.

@kras Best thing to do is not frame this as an issue in the first place (or some inherent wrong of your personality). Sounds to me that you may just be introverted, but you could also be socially awkward. There are practical resources that can find (articles, books, coaches, etc) that you can leverage to become more social...if that's what you want. Society makes a big deal out of socialization, but if that's not you..I wouldn't sweat. However, if there is a desire, then know that it can be improved. If fear holds you back, you'll want to be honest with yourself about it. That would be the first thing to tackle. Best of luck.

Notice that this a construct your mind is coming up with. Could it be that you are afraid of the responsibility that having high confidence entails? Being able to talk the talk is also being able to walk the walk. It's challenging, but confidence is a much needed ingredient to be successful in any arena of life - including spirituality. -

Reality has no starting or end point, it's infinite..therefore there can be no simulation in which it comes from. -
New insight: the existence of free will is contextual. In the Absolute sense, the human does not have free will because it doesn't actually exist. If one gives any belief to the actual existence of humans, then it is easy to believe that your human form, through science, is responsible for this present moment. But you, as God, are imagining and manipulating your human form like a puppet. You as God holds Absolute Free Will over all of present existence (ie. the universe in its entirety). The problem is giving your limited human identity all the credit. One has to really grasps what it means to be God to solve the free will puzzle. It can be quite maddening when you find out that you don't have free will, but you must be able separate yourself your human form, at least for a short while, to prevent it from freaking you out. Once you realize this, you understand you've always had free will. This only happens through choosing to see the "I" that is you, as infinite...and not the finite human you imagine yourself to be.

Realized something quite profound. What we call “mind” is not something confined to the interiors of our skull/brain..as traditionally thought of from a materialistic perspective. Imagination does not happen in the head. Mind is everywhere, your brain/skull/head is only one aspect of your mind. We are literally dreaming, and the dream doesn’t belong to the human body. When the word God is used, it is pointing to the Being that is actually having the dream. That entity is you, dreaming up your entire existence, including your body and thoughts. The implications of this makes me want to melt into pure bliss! Oh how lost I have been! ?❤️

You are completely wrong. @StarfoxEpiphany is clearly in denial that racism exists. This is pure horse shit, and exposes their endorsement of racism and the status quo of systemic oppression. See, egos like this cannot stand to be exposed for who they are...devils. So what better way to deny their devilish actions and thoughts. -

You are beyond deluded with this statement. In fact, only someone with racists sentiments would say such a thing. It’s a common smokescreen tactic used by many bigots. I cannot wait for society to ousts this kind of idiocy and denial of truth. You will be on the losing end. I suggest you awaken to your own bullshit ideology while you still have time -
Thought I’d share this with the group, as I’ve sometimes fallen into this trap. In short, we all need to realize that awakening alone will not solve all of the pragmatic complexities of human survival and well-being. I see a lot of forum users communicate in ways in which I can tell that there is lingering trauma, chaos in that person’s life. You can have a metaphysical and existential understanding of reality, and become frustrated with it because you still are in a low position on Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Awakening will serve you maximally when your survival needs are met in a healthy way. Life is suffering, but it is also beautiful. Life is also eternal, so there is no escaping it. Mold your life into something beautiful on a material level, and your awakening will tie it all together. Good luck ??

@Thought Art thanks for sharing your story. It takes a lot of courage to be vulnerable. Instead of dissolving your Ego/sense of self, you may want to find ways to build it up, in a healthy way of course. Universal love starts with self love. Therapy, meditation, yoga and being in nature are good ways..one of many. Also, pay attention to your self talk. It’s very important, as the easiest thing for us to do is to kick ourselves when we are down. Book Recommendation: The Six Pillars of Self Esteem -

Exactly...all of this is resistance to God realization. You are God guys, therefore you can become enlightened..as God only, not your imaginary human identity. -

Very eye opening. Culture wars can make it hard to see things from a meta perspective! Of course, the Green motivation (although bias in its own right) is higher consciousness than the Orange/Blue motivation for their anti-vax stance.
