  1. my parents would have outbursts of rage in public. now i have a fear of general confrontation.
  2. do a sport or learn something like a martial art. i had negative feelings in my body that wouldnt budge and i found i just needed to do something different in my life, so i moved out of my mums house and now the feelings in me are changing.

  5. I think understanding is a important think to do. acceptance can come across as happy slappy so we accept things that arent true. i think loving understanding will be my new stratergy. its nice to find a place that has posts on love. I feel better already lol

  7. i like catharsis. I was doing a thing calld osho dynamic meditation. Its a catharsis meditation, very worth while if done well.

  9. i find that when i have a orgasm it takes me into a intense mind trip satori like experience. i try to surrender to it but there is always a adgitation during the orgasm that i cannot shake off. i feel i have screwed up my explosive orgasm because of the fear i feel when i have one, and the resistance and disgust that comes along with it is painful, its like a deep shame for what i have done. i have had some sexual experiences (with others and by myself i.e porn) that i am still trying to intergrate but i just feel i never have a fulfilling orgasm and i am left feeling wasted and empty. sometimes i have good ones and whatnot but rarely and the compulsive masturbation makes me waste the energy.

  12. @AlwaysJoggin I started going to the gambling machines everyday from the beginning of last year but now the coronavirus lockdown has happened i cant go in there anymore. That has helped me find other things to make me feel better. Also actualized material helped me in a overall sense so i dont need to find things to make me feel better as much, and a lot of other things lol.
  13. try using nlp and conversational hypnosis techniques, They are really good for developing the language skills to speak to people. as always, develop more self love and there will be less fear of other people.
  14. You are selfish because you are in need of more love.. Maybe someone stole from you because they needed more love in one way or another, fundamentally always a need for love. I remember as kid in primary school looking up at the moon during the day and realising that this tv show i would watch showed the sun during the day disappear,, then the moon would appear during the night. That feeling of challenging what i was told is true gave me a strong sense of trusting my own opinion. This work has reignited the curiosity to investigate things and find my truth.

  20. i love to dance! There are meditations that you can do that involve dance. check out the osho active meditations, they are great fun, that is if you have an hour to spare. well worth it imo
