  1. I find it useful to distinguish beetween Free Will and Will. Free Will I would define as total freedom to choose any one out of infinite possiblities. This is obviously false within the context of this finite dream. But Will is a much more subtle notion. I would define it as consciousness' intrinsic capacity to influence the unfolding of the dream. This capacity has levels and it's in direct proportion to it's wakefulness. The more awake, the more conscious control. What you are debunking here is your own idea about how Will works, and it's loaded with many assumptions. Will does not depend upon the existance of an individual self. Will has nothing to do with your capacity to guess your future thoughts. And it's not some gross mechanical process in which you are somehow displayed many options out of which you pick one. It's way more direct and magical than that. Realizing Will is more of a mystical experience than an intellectual excersise.
  2. Love to hear that. I've doing it for seven years now, so feel free to PM if you want. I'm also very experimental with my Spiritual practices, but Imagination Developement is what I'm most hardcore about, becouse it has been ridiculously effective for me. You'll probably be suprised to find out that just like with Psychedelics, you can keep developing it forever. At a much slower rate of course, but enough to make your baseline radically higher in a couple years. That's how it should be
  3. I didn't mean Meditation and Self- Inquiry. Those I would put into the No-Mind category and they are not very good at taking you in the Psychedelic God-Mind direction. But spend at least a year seriously doing something like Imagination Develepement and tell me if your Consiousness doesn't become progressively more Psychedelic-like. Anyways, just sharing my experiences, I have no interesting in getting into a debate over this. Love your work.
  4. I feel part of the reason is becouse of the discordance beetween the No-Mind spiritual practices you are most familiar with VS the God-Mind territory you are passionate about exploring. I'm NOT saying one can go as far as achieving God-Realization levels sober. Pyschedelics are definetly an extremely useful took for this work. But you are far too negative about rising one's baseline IMO.
  5. Let's take a look at it. You believe that I am conscious right now as opposite to let's say Hitler becouse he's already dead, right? Notice that implies that time is real, beyond and meta to consciousness, and both of our bubbles of perception are contained within time. Read that again and think about it very carefuly. The Godhead includes infinite posiblities but only one exists as an actuality, which is the present moment you are experiencing. Do you believe that your own 2 year-old self is conscious right now? Wether you answer yes or no (and you can think about it both ways paradoxically), contemplate and realise that time not being meta to consciousness, there's no difference beetween your 2 year-old self consciousness, my consciousnes, or the consciousness of any living/dead being you can think of. Either no moment exists but the one you are experiencing, or all moments exists simultaneously beyond time. Which is exactly the same.
  6. I've been working on this skill for months now and came up with this guide of 3 progressively difficult Steps. I know some of you are into these kind of psychic practices so here we go: 1. Learn how to put your consciousness' focal point into different parts of your own body. By consciousness' focal point I mean your sense of location. For most people it's the head most of the time. Notice that you can change this focal point to different body parts by means of will and concentration. I suggest you start with your hands. The more you can isolate a particular body part and stop feeling the rest of your body the better. 2. Feel external objects as if they were a part of your body. This is difficult to describe. Imagine that you stick your hand into the object and it becomes your new hand. You should feel the object's shape as it was your own hand's propioception. 3. Fully transfer yourself into the object. The goal now is to completely stop feeling located in your body and fully become the object. In order to do this, concentrate harder and longer in order to isolate the objects perceptions just like you did with your own hand in Step 1. Keep in mind that there are many levels to this skill. Even after you get to Step 3. The main benefit of this practice is that it will make your consciousness much more flexible and fluid, by experiencing non-human consciousness. Which is important for magical practices. Hope it's useful, all love.
  7. If you reach a certain peak of concentration you are completely absorbed and your mind completely still. There's no ego no human thoughts and no memories during that absorption. You are not even a sentient being.
  8. I got into non-human states of consciousnes. I did not gain information about the object's past/future or something like that. I know people who can do these kind of things, I'm not there yet.
  9. "Other bubbles" don't exists in the way you think of, as some external thing exits which exists somewhere out there as an actuality. All of reality is superposed in infinity, beyond time. But no other possiblity exits as an actuality except the one you are experiencing, the rest is just potential. You don't think your own 2 year-old self is conscious right now somewhere outside the scenes right? Well the same is true for my own experience from your POV. I am no more real/conscious/alive than your own 2 year old self.
  10. Yes, but I don't reach that level every time. It takes a great deal of concentration. Or doing it on Pshychedelics.
  11. I also think it's his most advanced video about spirituality so far, he took it to a whole other level. Those of us who are serious about this can clearly see it.
  12. @Leo Gura You've been saying for a while that your understanding and experience was beyond that of many teachers, but I feel your teachings and explainatory capacity hadn't catched up to that level until this particular video. Which is why before it kinda made you look bad to make such claims. I understand the direction you are pointing to and absolutely love the fact that you are taking your teachings beyond basic no-self spirituality.
  13. Glad you've had some success so quickly. Keep working at it and you'll be suprised
  14. Have you ever heard of moderation?
  15. @kinesin Gave it an overview and it seems interesting. I'll read it carefuly when I have more time. Thanks for sharing!
  16. Just like you couldn't create the color red, or the feeling of love, or the sound of a waterfall using lego-bricks even if you spent a million years trying out different combinations, the same way science will never be able to explain consciousness by studing brain cells' conections, because there is no possible conection (no matter how complex) that's equivalent to consciousness or even qualia. Consciousness is just not possible under the materialist paradigm. There's nothing rational or logical about the idea of consciousness being the byproduct of interconected cells. It just seems that way becouse of massive social indoctrination.
  17. I developed a taste for it. It's natural you feel that way once you deconstruct your conditioned mind. Nothings is mundane anymore, every single perception and existence as a whole is magical and mysterious.
  18. Hahaha yes I get that quite often, nice descrption. Reality is insane.
  19. Do you feel you lack the courage to assert yourself in those situations where you freeze? The agresiveness could be a defense mechanism against the fear you feel when you need to defend yourself but don't have the emotional strenght to do it, so you need to completely lose it in order to do something about it.
  20. This is a recurring topic on the forum so I want to share my insights about it in the most comprehensible way possible. Does anything exists outside of your perception? No. Am I having a conscious experience? Yes. How to reconcilie these two? Actually there's no contradiction, but to realise that you need to take a closer look at how the ilusion of time tricks you. You probably have no problem considering the possiblity of future or paste incarnations. And still, you don't consider those to be bubbles of perception independent of yours which are right now happening outside of your perecptual field, right? At the most you could say they "exist" as a part of your infinite potentiality as God, but NOT as an actuality. Well, the same is true for "other beings". Are there an infinite number of conscious experiences? Yes. Can God experience more than one at a time? No, because there's no fucking time!!! That's the key to understading non-dual solipsism. A am I having a conscious experience? Yes. Am I having it somewhere outside of your perceptual field RIGHT NOW? NO. For you, I, or your mother, or your dog, or whatever, are no more alive/real/conscious than Albert Einstain, or Hitler, or a million year old dinosar, do you get it? I know it's not a perfect explaination and you can get techanical or smartass about it if that's your thing. But it's as good as I can explain it using language.
  21. You can't even understand what we're discussing on this thread because of your inflexibility regarding the use of no-self terminlogy.
  22. Says the cult leader
  23. The key insight here is to see how the ilusion of time distors how you think of other conscious beings. Ordinarily you would believe that I am conscious right now as opposite to let's say Hitler becouse he's already dead, right? Notice that that assumes that time exists as a real thing in which both of our bubbles of perception are contained. Read and think about this very carefuly. If you've had awakenings, you must know that there's no time in reality. The Godhead includes infinite posiblities but only one can exist as an actuality, which is the present moment you are experiencing. Do you believe that your own 2 year-old self is conscious right now? Wether you answer yes or no (and you can think about it both ways paradoxically), contemplate and realise that time being an ilusion, there's no difference beetween your 2 year-old self consciousness, my consciousnes, or the consciousness of any living/dead being you can think of. Either no moment exists but the one you are experiencing now, or all moments exists simultaneously beyond time. Which is exactly the same and that's the mindfuck. My apologies for not writting this using "no-self terminlogy". Try to look past the language and get it, instead of bombarding me with the "nobody exists" cliché
  24. Could be that. Or that he feels this is something extremely difficult to convey and can easiliy be misunderstood. I thought this post was quite comprehensible but it seems it isn't LOL Or just that he hasn't gone deep enought to get this. There certainly are levels of awakening. I personally didn't have this realisation until a couple months ago, in spite of having had many Awakenings in the last 5 years. This.
