I was taking a nap and in that nap dream I was watching an ant and suddenly I felt like the ant was moving with me. Like the ant was also myself. And then I felt like I took acid, sound started warping my chest started feeling weird. But the feeling didn't last very long becasued I was scared and I somehow stopped it. But I wanted it again so it was like that for 3 separate instances. Any one had a similar experience like this? And if so what happened at the end of that? Ps: Also come to think of it, I had some similar experiences like this in my sleep.

How does one remove heavy metal in the brain and detoxify their brain? Anyone tell me.

@Leo Gura What are your thoughts on this? I think there should be a separation between drugs like coke,meth and psychedelics. And treat them differently.

So I have a psychedelics or bust kind of mentality, and I feel like the more I listen to Leo praising psychedelics, the more it leads to that conclusion. I can't use psychedelics due to my circumstances so feel like I'm stuck.. I know Kriya yoga exists but too rigorous and complicated for me. Am I just being a lazy bastard?

So as I was mindlessly going about my day, I suddenly had an epiphany. It's that I've been heavily relying on Leo to give me all the juicy insights and this lead to me not trying to figure it out myself. Is this OK if you get the things Leo says? I have a psychedelics or bust kind of mentality and since I can't do psychedelics I feel like I have to do the rigorous hours of meditation or kriya yoga which I can't make myself do..

@Leo Gura So in Leo's video "35+ Subfields Of Self-Help" Leo said about mental illness "You're not the first person to have this problem, people have been having this for thousands of years, and there are experts and books and materials that have been designed and written for just your situation, so you don't have to reinvent the wheel, you don't have to be in the dark, you just gotta go and be willing to do research and find that specific expertise you need in your specific issue." In my case that problem is that I was diagnosed mild schizophrenia. I'm having problem with researching about my problem, and I keep on finding only "there is no cure but only treatment and management" Anyone know of anyone who's outgrown Schizophrenia or have any information about curing Schizophrenia? @Leo Gura Do you have any idea what Schizophrenia is? Any deep insights about the matter? Also in your recent blog video "My Health Situation" you talked about the guy that dealt with Bad energy and stuff, I thought I might also get some benefits from that guy as well.. but I don't think you'd like to talk about sourcing and stuff so ..
