Super juicy topic! I have a question for you, @anaj. I did many psychedelic trips and I have already had many experiences (and insights) of oneness, I am God, everything is a perspective, I am not my body, I am nothing, this is just an Avatar, everything is a perception etc. but even if I understand everything on a conceptual basis, I still cannot pierce through the ego mind and obtain enlightenment. Why is that? What can I do about that? Maybe I am still not ready to give up my identity because I want to obtain certain things in life first (creating a business, having new experiences with women, travels etc.)? What do you think? -

Gym + laying down meditation (I usually lie down to relax more). -

I love the clear way you expressed it. -

Me. I have had many vivid and symbolic dreams, some that felt more real than the "normal" reality. Many dreams are symbols/warning/feedbacks/messages that are left out for you to interpret them. Or they come rather as a form of release, or they want to give you hope and signaling you, in which direction you should go (and much more). Try to write those details down and understand what this dream is really trying to tell you. I want to suggest you a book that talks about dreams, dreaming, how to understand dreams, quantum mechanic and more. This book helped me among other things to understand how dreams work and how to understand their meaning, no matter which dream you have (this is not a dream list book). The book is called Mind Power and was written by John Kehoe. I suggest you to read his other book, Quantum Warrior, as well -

He is thinking of Good with the capital G. The absolute Good. This is a nondual teaching. -
Your answer doesn't make any sense. It is as if I asked you: "What's your name?" and you would tell me: "It's 9 o' clock". "Responsability" is a relative concept and means nothing. You did not think hard enough. Try again
-
"It got to the point where i try to take responsibility for other peoples problems and try to help them when I should be sleeping lol." 100% responsability applies to YOUR life. You will burn out by doing this and obtain nothing. You cannot take responsbailites for the actions of other people. That's their choice. "When I need to do something I try to give it my all for example with cleaning the house or playing games like board tennis." Why are you doing that REALLY? Ask yourself, wheter you are doing that to get approval and acceptance or rather due to real passion (or a mix of both). "I asked a girl out but no response now I will study dating seriously." This is really black and white thinking. You don't know, why she did not reply. There are thousands reasons. "also tried to think up of a solution from COVID 19. What if you could make a cure that spread the same way the virus does but instead of doing harm to people it’s cure them for CODVID 19 that would fix it fast but probably hard to make something like that without it has serious consequences." If you are not a scientist or such and you don't wanna become one of them, leave it be. It's a waste of energy. Again, ask yourself, why you want to find the cure. To get approval, praise and glory or rather due to genuine passion.

The void is a subjective word. There is the peaceful emptiness you can reach through meditation, yoga, psychedelics and such and the emptiness that follows such a traumatic event/realization of something/a breakup. Those are different kinds of voids. -

By the consciousness itself. I told about that in my message. -
He has talked A LOT about it. He made an entire course around it, his life purpose course! On the top of that he made many videos in the past about intuition, being spontaneous, doing what you're most passionate about etc.

It still applies in a certain way. Well, then I will just offer my point of view of free will based on trips, contemplation and some awakenings I had. Is there any free will? It depends from which perspective you are seeing it. If you consider it from a human/egoic standpoint, the answer is no, there is no free will. You can tell me now: "Well, if I want to throw myself in a well, I can do it. If I want to do this over this, I can do it. It's my choice. I have free will!". Well, this is not so easy at all. here is some parvence of It still applies in a certain way. Well, then I will just offer my point of view of free will based on trips, contemplation and some awakenings I had. This is a really complex topic and I still don't have a super big picture about it, but I can surely throw in my 2 cents Is there any free will? It depends from which perspective you are seeing it. If you consider it from a human/egoic standpoint, the answer is no, there is no free will. You could tell me now: "Well, if I want to throw myself in a well, I can do it. If I want to become an engineer, instead of becoming a waiter, I can do it. If I want to read a book, instead of eating a sandwich, I can do it. It's my choice. Therefore I have free will!". Well, no. This is not so easy as it seems to be. This only proves that there is an APPEARANCE of free will, but not that there is any free will at all. Why can't you have free will? Because you have an ego. The ego and the world where you live have specific laws and are built in specific ways and you have to submit to these laws and to the way they are constructed. You cannot fly, if you throw yourself from a bridge. You will plummet into water and probably die. Can you don't burn yourself, if you put your hand on a fire? No you can't. You will burn yourself EVEN IF you say: "I decide with my free will to don't burn myself". Without considering that almost all your actions are influenced by specific psychological/egoic mechanisms such as good/bad mindsets, personal preferences, self biases, self deceptions or even past traumata. So, if you are a human, you must live as a human (and with all limitations). If you are a fork, then you'll live as a fork (and with all limitations). If you are some stardust, you'll live as a stardust (and with all limitations). If you consider the free will from a consciousness standpoint, then there is actually free will. The entire "sandbox" (all universes with human/not human beings, objects, particles, physical and psychological laws etc.) was created by consciousness itself ON PURPOSE (therefore due to free will). Everything has a role and exists, interacts and changes in the exact ways as they were planned. With awakenings, higher consciousness (and ultimately with enlightenment) you can go gradually over this notion of free will and understand there is actually no free will from a human standpoint (and that there is no "you", so there is ultimately no free will. Who has/hasn't the free will?). I could tell more about this, but the post would be too long. This should suffice to answer your question Hope it helps! -

It depends of the kind of depersonalization we are talking about. Some are illnesses and some are meditation/spiritual induced. -
Vittorio replied to Focus Shift's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Leo made an entire episode about that. I suggest you watching it. -
Vittorio replied to Nate0068's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Detachment/depersonalization is a really powerful technique to calm yourself down and to reach high stage of self inquiry. You can get depersonalized by focusing on the present moment and doing that as you were some spectator who is watching a movie WITHOUT judging or labeling anything. So, if you hear an airplane, resist the urge to label the sound as an airplane sound, but rather focus on experiencing the sound. Just focus then on the perceptions as a spectator. This is really hard to do, but if you're good, you can feel yourself detached from yourself within minutes. Formal meditation practices and psychedelics will help you to detach yourself further. -

P.S. Leo seems to explain the "real" solipsism in his video at this minute (just click on the video) and he basically says what I told you -
Vittorio replied to Dazgwny's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
I'll quote his message to give my 2 cents. This is a really good reply and basis to start building up from. This topic is not an easy one and I still don't have enough first hand experience besides some awakenings, god/oneness/all is a dream realizations and some contemplation I did, so I'll try to do my best. The "standard" way of describing solipsism is to say that all there is out there is you and that everything other is imaginated. People get confused by this phrase because they don't understand what is meant by "you". By saying "you" it's NOT meant: 1) a person 2) an identity 3) an ego but "you" as one single being (nondual being), so for everything there is, consciousness. And that's actually true. After having some awakenings and going deep into the spiritual studies you will discover that all there is out there is is both nothing (the emptyness) and something (consciousness). Simultaneously. This is then what is really meant by solipsism: the essence of oneness. "You", as such as your friends, your parents, animals and all people out there are simply imaginated. You don't materially exist. You perceive that you exist, but you cannot prove that you physically REALLY exist, because you cannot prove that your perceptions are true (saying: I perceive therefore I exist is an assumption and a dogma and proves absolutely nothing, because it's not based on any kind of proof) So "you" as a specific being (you, the one who is thinking he is reading my post) are not experiencing anything at all. Because you as the concept/believe you think to be don't actually exist! This is just a believe that's deepely rooted into you There is rather just one thing that experiences itself through active creation (molecules, atoms, energy, physical laws, energies, universes, frequencies, animals, humans, identities etc.) and that "look through" the lens of your ego (or of a something other living/not living being) to experience itself in many different forms and ways. What I still don't understand is what happen when you die. Leo says that everything (the entire universe) disappears and that noone will keep living here, proving then that there isn't any objective singular reality, but rather that's everything subjective. What I don't understand is: how can it be true, if there are/were many cases of reincarnation or people reborn in other bodies and have some remembering about their past lives (eg I saw long time ago that documentary of this child who discovered his old child body that was murdered, digged and never ever found)? If the previous reality just disappears, then you cannot go back to it. So this is a higly paradoxical and not so intuitive topic to understand -
Vittorio replied to Yannik's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Leo actually shows you how to prepare yourself to it (if you do a solo retreat) in this video In case you do a group retreat, prepare yourself by setting the intentions/objective for the retreat. The shamans and people there will guide you. Just follow them and let them guide you -

Hawkin was a very good scientist and a really brilliant person, but his ego wasn't so spiritually developed as it needed to be to accept and understand nonduality teachings and relativism. Don't confuse ego development, wisdom and consciousness for boldness, IQ or intelligence. These are separate metrics. You can have a low iq, but have much wisdom and consciousness (eg indian mystical, shamans and such) and viceversa. This topic is disscussed in Leo's latest video about ego development in depth -
Vittorio replied to Mosess's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Both. It's relative to many things (eg. if you have an ego and you are percieving, then it's happening), but the happening is at the end just a dream, an illusion. -
Vittorio replied to 4201's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Lol i had powerful spiritual experiences with 75-300 ug (my best friend too exactly as many other people). Stop spreading misinformation. If people followed you, they would have bad trips. You don't consider sensibility to that specific psychedelic, spiritual advancement, tolerance, if they did other trips or not (and how they went), their set of beliefs etc. 600 ug is a crazy high dosage. -

If you were alive 200 years ago or still today in some tribe in sud america, you wouldn't believe to the we are in our brain story, because you never studied brain, brain chemistry and such. Then we can say that this is a belief born after science did some scientific discovery (and misinterpreted them). At the same time, it seems that your brain plays a vital role in reality, but we cannot say that we are living in our brain and that everything is physical. How can you prove that you are physical and that there is a physical world around you? Through your senses. And what can you do with your senses? Perceive perceptions. We can conclude saying that we are percieving perceptions AND at the same time we cannot prove that our perceptions are true and that everything is solid (how could you do it?), but rather that there is a perception of solidity and aliveness only. On the top of that just remember how easily perceptions can be deceived (eg through alcohool, drugs, mood, psychedelics and such) to understand how much you cannot trust them blindly to understand reality. -
If we don't destroy each other further, maybe

I am 28 and became much more open minded, intelligent, empathetic, bold, creative, free etc. in the last 1.5 years through constant development work. I never was like that before, so to me brain age is actually not a problem at all
