This is better -
Wtf is wrong with genuine heart-felt compliments? Hope you are not serious.

Being shy or being confident are just believes. Yes, you can work on yourself and change from being shy to being outgoing and confident. I did that personally as many other did. Don't add fuel to the fire by citing all the reasons why you are stuck and I direct lyrische building a story where you are a mess. Focus on active detachment through daily meditation (min 20 minutes), journaling and spiritual practice (watch last two Leo's videos) and start gradually taking action and to enlarge your comfort zone.

Thank you for your clarification, but I know really well that enlightenment is not a state intended as a temporary mood or something like that (your comment can be useful for newcomers to read). This is why I described it as a "state of enlightenment", aka a brief experience of being enlightened -

Thank you, Nahm, for your appreciation! I still enjoy mindfucks, but hey, if I am God, this is my reality in the end. Thus I can do everything I want, even don't breath anymore -

Thank you for your reply! What do you mean with "Absolute Freedom"? Freedom to do what? -
Congratulation bro! I am really happy for you! I liked your video May I ask you where/how you learned how to do intro/outros and generally filming? Do you have any suggestions for me?

Thank you Leo! I am listening your playlist and I notice we have really similar tastes of music. You have many Synthwave (love it!)/Chillstep/Chillout songs in there! Do you like deep ambient space too? P.S. Try listening to this. I discovered it randomly some days ago, I think you will like it

Well yeah. If you feel bad, it's actually a good thing. It means you are bringing out your shadows, so that you can see and dissolve them. -
I want to share one of the many insights I learned by doing integration work after I did my last skull cracking over the top violent brutal barbaric 400 ug 1cP-LSD trip. I made this trip because I have been in a totally uncompatible relationship for many years and I wanted to find a way to close it once and for all and moving on. I did other 2 trips before, with lower dosages and always on the same topic, but I was not ready to break up with her (I came back to her). For years I thought it was impossible to breakup with my gf. I felt myself being in a cage. I thought there was no way out for me and that I was condemned to stay in that deeply unsatisfying relationship forever and ever. I thought I could never have another life without her. I couldn't even imagine a different future without her. I felt stuck and I was frustrated about being stuck. After doing the trip and breaking up, I totally forgot about all the struggle and the fears I lived for such a long time (for years). I just dismissed everything as if nothing ever happened and accepted my new reality just like that. I beat myself up for such a long time and then, after I “solved” the issue, I immediately switched to the next task. Looking away from the fact you beat yourself up, speculated a lot and imagined all the sorts of negative outcomes, turns out to be a self-deception itself. If you don't notice it, you'll miss out the chance to become aware of the fact you practically wasted time before and of the time you wasted. This proves me that not only "everything" is possible and that we are self-deceiving and convincing ourselves that something is/isn't possible or is/works in a certain way, but that we are speculating a lot in these situations, where we feel stuck. Let’s say you have some really important university exam and that, passing this exam, is (metaphorically speaking) a matter of life or death. The days before the exam you eat your head by filling your mind with neurotic obsessive negative thoughts and scenarios, where you think about all the possible negative outcomes and you fear that you won't pass the exam or make it in time to study everything you need. This really hinders your ability to sleep, eat and study well for those days. And then, the day of your exam comes. You do the exam and then you’ll start eating your head again for days, while waiting for the result. Did I pass it? Oh no, I think I forgot that. Oh shit, I should have written that other thing. Finally, you discover you passed the exam. You breathe a sigh of relief and feel yourself happy about that. You go out with your friends celebrating your success and you completely forget about your neurotic behavior and all the fear, anxiety, and struggle you felt. This is a behavior and mind pattern we constantly repeat in our lives. This happens mainly because we are not present enough and we get in a descendent negative spiral, without being aware of that. The ultimate solutions to that are being present, stop worrying about things you cannot control and focus on the things you are doing NOW and you can do, IF that bad thing you fear, would ever happen instead. The rest is pure speculation. You have to stop speculating about things and see reality as a form of finite states, which has no meanings, e. G. instead of saying: “I still have to study that and that! I won’t make it” and fall in despair, reframe that to something like “I am actually at page x. Now I am studying the rest. If I do so and so and study so and so, I can make it in time”. Instead of saying: "Something is happening because", just say "Something is happening". Don't attach meaning to things and see them for what they are. Last thing: think deeply about the time and energy you wasted back then. Notice the giant self-deception you were living at that moment and see how you just shrugged off and moved to the next task and repeat that pattern in other situations. Hope it helps!

You deserved it, Leo. Gratz and thank you for everything you did for us!

This. Or better, swap rafined wheat with whole grain wheat. If you eat a lot at lunch, this is the problem. Avoid added sugar and processed food (they cause insuline peak and successive crush --> sleepiness). Eat more vegetable and less caloric food at lunch and more caloric food at dinner. Do more frequent meals, so that you don't overeat on one single meal. Include protein and fat in each meal. They'll help you to satiate you more and eat less in the successive meal. Go to the gym to improve your overall energy and increase your metabolic rate. Supplement with animal Omega 3 and coffeine pills (the ones which do not cause jitter). I eat 4-5 times/day and put the biggest part of the kcal on dinner, after going to the gym. This help me to stay awake during day. Hope it helps!

It depends from which standpoint you're looking at this. From the Master standpoint: he is having a no bullshit attitude and go then straight to the thing From the disciple/normal person standpoint: that guy is blunt, he doesn't explain well, he is not empathetic, he is outright insulting me etc. So the line between rudeness and being direct is not always clear as it seems. But don't confuse being rude, impolite and insulting with being direct. These are two VERY different things. This is especially true among people who justify their "direct" manners by saying they're just being direct. No, you're actually being an asshole.

I replied to a similar question in this topic Maybe it can help you!

I still want to add, that Leo talks about LP and enlightenment in many other of his videos. If you want, you can follow this thread too, where they are talking about this:
-
Why not? Leo's LP course explains in depth the importance of values. It helps you by giving you a set of positive values you can base your life upon and help you finding your own personal values. Always to stay in topic, I highly suggest you to watch this video: This will help you giving more insights about values and new perspective about things you never thought about

This is a really nice topic! I love these questions because I asked myself them too. These are the replies I can give it to you according to my actual degree of spiritual development. I hope they'll help you So, let's reply to your questions: Rephrase it with: "Do I want to be good just for goodness' sake itself?" instead. There is no reason to be good or bad. Good and bad are (as you intend them) relative and not absolute concepts. What seems good to me may seem bad for you and viceversa. Being "good" is not something you are. You'll do good as a result of your spiritual development. The more you evolve yourself and increase your awareness, knowledge and spiritual development, the more you'll be authentic and closer to the Source. You'll remove along the way your negative thought and behavior patterns, self-deceptions and false believes and live a more authentic and passionate life. What's left are things like empathy, goodness, authenticity, selflessness, respect, love and such. But especially because at the end nothing matters and because "you" are "alive", you have the choice between choosing to do "good" for yourself and for others and slacking off or doing "negative" stuff. If you feel it and you want to do it, do it. You have to understand that noone will dictate how to live properly. You are your own authority and you can decide between living heavenly or bringing hell. Leo did some videos about the topic I suggest you to watch. I'll link them here (the first one has the most priority to you atm, because it tackles many things about "What should I do, if everything is illusory" and how to balance enlightenment with a life purpose): You're right. All is one. It's one thing perceiving itself in many different forms. Everything is illusory. But as I said, expecially because everything is illusory and nothing matters, you can treat everything as an enormous Legoland park, where you can experiment and do all what you want. So, What do you really want? What do you think it's best to you and to humanity? How do you want to live your life? What kind of changes do you want to bring? How do you want to leave other people after you'll die? How do you want to be remembered? Hope it helps! P.S. on a higher level, all is Love, so you cannot do anything else than love The entire creation is an act of Love. I still not have experienced it directly, but only conceptually. Leo talks about that in depth in at least 3 videos of him.

Well, you're technically not entering a new world. Think about yourself as a giant radio antenna which is tuned on specific frequences. By taking psychedelics, you are tuning yourself on other frequences. This means you'll get access to other aspects of the same reality, exactly as if you were changing frequences on your radio. Each psychedelic tune you in differences frequencies. On the top of that there are many other things to consider, e.g.: - Tolerance and sensibility to that specific psychedelic/psychedelic class - Your current mindsets - How many trips you did in the past - Your current awareness level - Your level of spiritual preparation - Your level of evolution - Your kind of mind structure (e.g. many people have no visions during LSD trips) I, at your opposite, find psychedelics to be giant "unlockers" which allowed me to improve my life situation, turbocharge my spiritual development in incredible ways, improve my baseline awareness and diminish brutally the amount of self-deceptions, monkey mind and constant distractions/multitasking in very little time (paired with contemplation/journaling, meditation and taking action) ofc.

It's his style of teaching. He's not the kind of motivational speaker high energy Tony Robbins style. He approach his teachings under the role of the sage instead of the motivator. He uses a pacate tone and prefer to explain everything through. On the top of that remember that real motivation should be intrinsec and therefore come within yourself. You don't need anyone to "pump you up" to do stuff. Let your passion, desires and successes lead and motivate you through life -
I could go on an essay, but I will give you a relatively brief answer. You have to separe sport as a way of getting a fit body (e.g. powerlifting or crossfit) from a way of getting distracted/entertained from a way of exerting superiority on others. Watching football matches, F1 racings and such is at the end a form of entertainment/low level distraction. Often, a bad one. You will find that many of those sports are filled with negative, dogmatic or hatred-filled people who uses sport to excert violence on other people (e.g. Ultras, hooligans, passional fans). Many people create an ego around their favorite football club/player and start debating and insulting other people on the internet because they don't share their idea (e. g. debate about who is better, Messi or CR7?). This is in most part due to the "primitivesness" existing in sport itself (this is mostly a physical activity). There are sports more "intellectual" than other, such e-sports or chess, but they'll involve at the end some form of "becoming so good so that I can beat other people and excerting my superiority over them". This kind of behavior is indeed a low consciousness behavior. So, to sum it up: sport isn't bad itself. You should absolutely do some sport where you can train your body to experience a better and longer life. But, at the same time, I suggest you to vaoid at least that kind of egotistical superiority behavior and debating about who is better or such. You can indeed enjoy watching sport. There is nothing bad about watching a football match, as long as you don't turn it in a distraction or use it to express negative emotions/behaviors. It's a game, in the end

Not everyone has visual under LSD. Many other people (you included) get their insights from other kinds of feelings. It's totally ok, you're note "strange", just different than "normal"
-
As Joseph said, you wouldn't be alive, if you hadn't an ego/an identity. You can become more conscious of your true nature (enlightenment) and understand how ego works and deceive itself and the others.

It's not about thinking, but perceiving

Meditation is something you do in block(s) once (or more) each day. Outside of meditation you should try to stay as much mindful and present as you can in what you are doing at the moment and thus use your mind as less as possible. This will help you to avoid over burdening yourself with useless (or negative) thoughts, mind patterns and emotions. Write your mind patterns down in the area where you encounter most difficulty in your spare time and analyze them. Once you analyze and understand them, they will start melting under your eyes. Awareness is curative
