I vape Bufo Alvarius regularly and end up in a space of peace and love. The medicine always feels pure: no body load and even the smell and taste is divine. Those videos you see are mostly like the result of an impure mixture or too high a dose. Some fake facilitators mix in DMT or even Datura to create entertainment. That’s why it is important to find a shamanic guide who is high consciousness and with serious intent.

Those are just symbols of a mind confused by hyper abstraction.

No I adjust the dose of the Bufo so it is the equivalent of 2 mg 5-meo.

Jordan Peterson’s core area of competence is clinical psychology. However, his lectures are all based on Jungian psychology, which the mainstream empirically driven psychology of his own field considers irrelevant. He became famous by filling a niche in the culture wars. He comes across to me as being someone who is deeply unhappy and full of repressed rage. His vast clinical knowledge doesn’t help his own situation. The takeaway for me is that Western psychotherapy is impotent (something I already figured out for myself) and it is best to look elsewhere for answers.

The Bufo is from 5% to 15% 5meo, but as a rule of thumb I assume 10%. The shaman tells me that the Bufo mixture is a natural complex that gives a deeper and nuanced experience. The important factor is to make sure the toads from which the Bufo is extracted are treated with respect and left with enough toxin to defend themselves. If the toads are under stress they can inject additional toxins into the substance. I have nothing against synthetic, because it is easier on the toad population.
-
I only take natural medicines, like Bufo Alvarius. I have never tried synthetic. Bufo has more chemicals than just the 5-meo-DMT. A shaman told me that there is a difference, but I can't directly verify it, and others claim there is no difference.

There are some things you can't unsee. And I also have a strong meditation practice. They are complementary.

The mind creates too much noise. The “philosophy” of “non duality” is part of the noise. I prefer the shamanic path which focuses on healing and connection with the medicine. If you vaporize Bufo, you will know what there is to know within the first minute. There is nothing to gain from talking about it.

I stopped a long time ago because it interfers with Ayahuasca. Ayahuasca doesn’t like cannabis. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-10976437/How-Californias-legal-cannabis-dream-public-health-nightmare.html

It is not only possible, but may be the only thing that saves humanity. Shinzen goes into detail in his book "The Science of Enlightenment". https://www.amazon.com/Science-Enlightenment-How-Meditation-Works-ebook/dp/B01KUGQYJO/ref=sr_1_1?crid=2BUNI5JNGVGWO&keywords=the+science+of+enlightenment&qid=1656884238&sprefix=the+science+of+englightenment%2Caps%2C131&sr=8-1

Shinzen was my meditation instructor and I had the chance to observe him over the long term, so I'll stick with Shinzen. Also, Ralston states on his webpage that he was involved in the development of EST and Lifespring, which both were kind of cultish, the antithesis of liberation.
-
Shinzen Young believes someday that Technology will be developed that makes enlightnment possible for everyone. And he is actively involved in the Science to make it possible. I trust Shinzen over Ralston, who talks about things he doesn’t understand. Also, microdosing Bufo can be used to teach the brain meditation, since the Bufo brings you right to the present moment.

Since being banned from Twitter is the archetypal equivalent of being kicked out of the Garden of Eden, it is fair to ask, is JP acting more like Abel, who sacrificed his highest quality fatted transsexual lamb to Jack Dorsey, or like Cain, who only sought petty vengeance? -

Since Twitter represents the mother – chaos - archetype of the unknown - the dragon queen, I am trying to figure out which archetype JP is assuming in that video to reestablish order out of chaos. -

It’s interesting that they never talk about the legacy of Puritanism in the anglosphere, which is the real source of the anti heterosexual male rhetoric in anglo feminism. They blame it on the fiction “cultural marxism”, but Marx was a Victorian Gentleman. Jordan Peterson boldly dives into history and culture but ignores the elephant in the room. -
This is why I am going to the jungle in a few months. There will be no signals for smart phones and Internet, no electricity, no toxic processed foods. I am going to detox my body and mind.

The Dalai Lama was a politician, the leader of a country, and a spiritual leader. For years, he maintained a rigorous spiritual practice while carrying out his duties as head of state. There are numerous examples of highly evolved spiritual people becoming involved in the business and politics of the world. In the Zen Ox story, after awakening you return to the marketplace.

I’m going to the Amazon in a few months to visit a shaman. To get to the place, you need to take a boat up the river and then walk 14 miles through the jungle. It took several years for them to clear a space and make it reasonably safe. But you still need someone to show you around for the first few days, so you don’t kill yourself. A city dweller wouldn’t survive in the jungle for one day by himself.

The hyper individuality in the spiritual community she refers to is a blind spot of Anglo culture, more than being a trait of any particular personality. My experience in Mexico has been much different. It is just assumed that healing is done in groups and within the tribe. For example, an Ayahuasca ceremony is a tribal healing and the mantra is “We are the medicine”.

I don't know. The article I linked to has some discussion on this. "In summary, it is hypothesized that the combined actions of β-carbolines and DMT present in ayahuasca may diminish tumor blood supply, activate apoptotic pathways, diminish cell proliferation, and change the energetic metabolic imbalance of cancer cells, which is known as the Warburg effect"
-
I have heard anecdotal stories from my shaman that he has seen cancer cures with Ayahausca. Apparently this has actually been researched by scientists. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4687784/

I have microdosed Bufo (5-meo) which drops me into the present moment where I can meditate in the silence for an hour. -
My shaman says that you are in potential danger above 15 mg. It affects your respiratory and cardiac systems. Bufo is even more complex because it is only from 5 to 15% 5-meo, and has other glucocorticoids that affect the heart. Also, be careful of some sources that mix DMT in with the 5-meo. I have learned to microdose Bufo. By combining a 2mg microdose with shamanic breathing, it is as powerful as a full dose. What is it that you want from the medicine and are you getting what you want? Treat it with respect and only enter within ceremony. First cleanse youself with palo santo or mapacho. Have an alter which is meaningful to you. I tell myself: "My purpose for taking this medicine is to go to the present moment to be in inner peace and love".
