Simple, focus on love, in everything that you do. The more you immerse yourself in the frequency of love, the more you will experience such. This is simply how reality works, where your energy goes most, is where and what you will experience most. Whatever arises, Love it grandly! Love everything as if it your newborn baby, if you can do this for everything that pops in your life, you will be amazed by what unfolds naturally. You get, what you put out. - The Universe.

Always. The entire Creation is a grand communication, a grand dance of sorts, with itself. If you find more stillness in your being, you will notice everything is always, always communicating with you in every possible way. All of this you see and experience is Your Universe. Your reflection. You are Creator playing the illusory game of being a Co-creator. Ultimately, there are no others.

Trip when you feel good or better, when you feel great! so your trip will reach highs you never reached before, and then bring up things that make you feel down so you see them through a more god-like perspective and 'poof', they dissolve into the illusions they are, because now that you are operating at a higher state of consciousness, you see all these things, as they are, illusions.. thoughts, beliefs, suppressed emotions, triggers, mind plays and things you hold onto consciously or unconsciously ect.. This is how you perform energetic surgery on yourself. This is the shamans way and how you truly grow and heal from things, using these tools and teachers to your advantage. I personally find distortions in the consciousness structure of most synthetics, and find natural teachers of the land far more potent and permanent realignment tools, but at the end of the day, you do what feels and works best for you Just A Perspective ~

That's why is far more important to realize more of yourself through meditation, yoga, mindfulness and similar more "balanced" approaches that take time and space to build up gradually, so you have a strong foundation to which you cannot be shaken by such experiences and always have that inner-knowing of Truth, so illusions cant play tricks on you. First find God within, then you can be a True Shaman. Then you will do great service for this world.

I see it slightly differently because (ALL Is One) and so its not that forces are against you, its that your greater or grander Self sends you a test every time you make a sudden shift in consciousness to see if you get 'triggered' or respond intelligently, to see if you are worthy to embody your new state of consciousness. And so if you get triggered you fail and have to repeat the cycle. I experienced this with Cannabis in my earlier years. Ultimately, we hold ourselves back from enlightenment because we do not truly believe we are worthy. Ramana Maharshi said it best: Remember, there are no others.

Yes but what if he is actually not faking it, then what? I would assume a highly evolved or more enlightened beings would know best for themselves. Why does his method of delivery bother you so much? The whole virus ordeal comes down to Love & Fear. In a frequency of Fear: The virus exists and you are susceptible to it. In a frequency of Love: There is no virus whatsoever. The one you choose or the energy you 'feed' is the reality you will gravitate towards. You are the Creator, the U'niverse is your projection/playground.

On the contrary, sex is one of the most powerful things for spirituality, especially when acted upon with love and passion and done with spirit and intent from one another. The merge and union of two parts become One. Spirituality is God Essence, Sexuality is God Essence Expressed in physicality. Remember, All Is One. So by merging with another, you allow All-That-Is to 'fuse', embody, know and become more of itself. There are no right or wrongs, but tell me a higher practice of service to creation than literally making love to yourself? Enjoy yourselves!

Enlightenment is finding the 'stability' in the knowingness of who you truly are.

It cannot be reached, that task will never end. It can only be discovered. You are already enlightened, you are just not Aware enough.

An Enlightened master will not be 'concerned' nor can 'judge'. Sadhguru is not an enlightened master. Enlightened compared to most people, maybe so, but still quite young compared to true masters that have total control over reality. Very few actually embody total mastery AKA 'supreme being'. They can literally do anything at will. A true master is beyond doing and non-doing, beyond being and non-being. He can embody all things at will and leave when and how he wishes. He allows things to play themselves out without any interference or judgment for such concepts are technically 'impossibilities' from supreme consciousness perspective. Realize when you become an enlightened master, you fully realize the true self, which is not confined to any body, you literally become god and can detach/attach at will and remain as the supreme observer through any and all forms of life.

Movement is Stillness Embodied Action is Knowledge Applied. We need opposites to make use of each others true quality.

Yes that is part of what i meant in general, the less things/sensations/interactions with the 'physical world' in general, the more profound the effect because you are not engaging in any stimuli or anything physical, all that is left is engaging with who and what you truly are beyond the physical nature.

Mushrooms are amazing for microdosing 2 to 3 times a week 0.1 - 0.2g.
