@Leo Gura when you say you are taken out of the picture, will you only realize this happened after you come back? I understand that experience is the happening no ones watching. But what is the actually ego experience like when this happens.

@Leo Gura if when I look at my hand it just looks like the crazy thing it is and not my hand . Is this what the goal of the hand exercise was? Been trying to learn to do it with walls and furniture now.

It might make u feel sick tbh tho but if u can imagine that u don’t have sickness ever at that point. I’ve gotten pretty good at controlling physical feeling by just saying it’s not real and it goes away .

@Leo Gura from my awakenings so far it seems that there are infinite versions of my ego character alive right now (of course this is a very micro level example, everything is doing this, all possibilities.) is this correct or is this delusion and it’s just this story line.

This is what fucks with me most from what I’ve seen I’m trapped forever cuz I’m insane in my own mind. But that’s heaven it just depends how u wanna feel about it . It’s the imagination of bad experiences even though life is perfect rn . Realizing the dark realms of reality and going into schizophrenia for short periods of time really make u appreciate the gift of a “normal” mindset. I don’t think hell realms are anything like the Christian hell there prob infinite of those but hell to me is like time loops you can’t escape , extreme physical pain, and crazy demonic realms u can visit on dmt and salvia and datura and kilindi iyi levels of mush.

ALL DAY I BEEN HAVING SHIT HAPPEN: Earlier thinking about Kabbalah I look up in target and a magazine of Jesus is looking at me that says “who do you say I am” and then next to it a magazine about secret societies. Bruhhhhhh im trolling myself sooo hard I looove it. But yess distance is not real all places are the same place. This is why on psychs roads can become suuuuuuuper long and take forever to drive down.

From my own personal experience so far my intuition is pointing towards an infinite journey of lives and none of them are the same . I don’t think I will ever be human again if this individual I keeps on into another existence. It’s infinity so I think I will be on infinitlt different journeys each level more powerful than the next until I reach the all power All at the end and then start over again. Like since your awake this life when you die you’ll be some cosmic super being in a different dream. Of course the true I is all beings .

I had the benefit of first having satori when I was 16-17 years old. I cannot express how much different your life will be if you realize what’s going on. The game changes completely . You realize it’s a game .

People use the term meditation so loosely . What is mediation? Contemplation? Sitting doing nothing? You can do nothing or contemplate all day you don’t have to sit to do it. Realize this . Meditation is a trap learn to always be “meditating” and no your not gonna be depressed more than you already will be it could even make life better . Just don’t think you have to sit in place to become enlightened that’s dumb

idk how much he really knew , a lot of things he said I can’t confirm I’ve found the most truth in Leo’s teaching. Leo doesn’t use flowery words he shows u exactly how to explain these insights. As best as possible . And ego death can come in many forms you probably had the ego death where All meaning and concept disappeared . The ego death I’m speaking of or satori is realizing the ego is a character it’s super fake you made up your entire back story and your in charge of all of it Cause you are god . And this is ur purposeful dream. Heaven
