For the same reason that @Preety_India mentioned above: But I agree, there's always the option to ignore the toxic behavior and pretend that you haven't seen the replies. However, when someone insists on being an a-hole and don't respect you, then imo they ask for it. There's no reason why someone should accept poor treatment just for the sake of showing that they are cool with it.

Leo meant to say that those who don't think much are able to practice mindfulness more easily. This doesn't mean that meditation is for dumb people. Actually meditation helps to get rid of all the mental junk that prevents you from thinking more clearly and can rewire your brain. But it doesn't make you necessarily smarter or wiser.

Self-awareness doesn't get in the way of spiritual evolution. It actually helps you to become aware of your Higher Self. Humans are only self-aware as human bodies, which is still a low level of consciousness because the self is not only the body (this or that), but EVERYTHING your mind projects into the real world. For example, when you're looking in the mirror, you're aware of yourself as a body image instead of seeing yourself as the WHOLE image (your room or the trees outside etc.). This is higher than human self-awareness. Animals are not more conscious because they don't possess the same degree of self-awareness like humans. There is no Self outside of YOURSELF. Your ego thinks that the brain defines you which is self-delusion. Limiting EVERYTHING to this, that or it is an ego function.

Really? To me, they don't look like they're man made. Look up "foo fighters" and you'll see that these things appear for a very long time. And I said nothing about 5G or chemtrails, so please don't divagate from the subject.
