WTH ?

Nice but the body is not only a TV. The body/reality is the channel. It is information. Only information makes the "body" break off. So if you program your mind to die, it will die but not in a physical sense. A body does not 'die', only information changes. So immortality is possible.

Mind, body, life force/energy are ONE and the same thing as they work as a whole. Furthermore, the Universe, the mind ruling time and future are ONE. There's no difference between your body/mind and the world around you. Dualism is when you say that the Universe or reality is a place where you are living, or the body is just a vessel where the soul lives temporary and will separate at the moment of your death. Physicalism is NOT nondual because it holds the idea that we're living in a temporary Universe and at the moment of our death, the mind will separate from the physical reality or will shut down which is nonsense.

You will never be able to think outside of this 3D reality with a 3D brain because perceiving yourself in the world rather than understanding that the world is a projection of your mind will not untangle yourself from this illusion and suffering ever. The entire Universe is a projection of your own mind PERIOD. You are not in the world and the mind is not finite as it creates an infinite world at this very moment. The world is your body, time is your mind that rules everything. Yes, it's more sci-fi than you can even imagine.

I've always been like that. You might just be introverted, or maybe have avoidant personality disorder (or both). It depends on what triggered your apathy towards social situations. If you feel that people are too mediocre and have nothing interesting to learn from them, then maybe you're introverted or a little bit too picky. That's fine as long as you're ok with it. Don't worry.

I would suggest you to include healthy fats such as avocado instead of butter, reduce the carbohydrates and remove bread, include only potatoes or rice cakes. Chickpeas are ok but you should eat more protein such as eggs, or chicken from time to time. As for the 3 meals per day, that's a myth! You need to make sure that your food is rich in nutrients and you have a balanced diet. Though you can eat more if you want to gain more weight, but that doesn't mean that it is more healthy.

Yes it is. Including "it is". The limits are set by your mind and your mind is able alter reality or any body ailments you might have. Leo actually doesn't believe that. Agreed, in the "The Life and Lost Art of Szukalski" Netflix documentary, Szukalski said that he used to stare into the sun as a kid which left him with a huge black spot. Sungazing is kinda a weird habit, I really can't understand these people.

@Keyhole how do you make the distinction between demons and positive entities? If you are haunted by alien dreams which seem neutral (there are no positive or negative feelings such as fear, only wonder), can that be an expression of something demonic? It is like the third or fourth time I'm dreaming about this alien thing coming out of my TV and I never have been a huge sci-fi fan. I wonder why the heck I'm seeing it...

Quality is more important than quantity. Simplicity (rather than complexity or chaos) leads to Pure Love. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, relative becomes absolute etc. etc. God/Life/Love is what you make of it. If you create an ugly monster and call it Love, it won't change the fact that it's still an ugly monster.

That's because God is Absolute and transcends the human understanding of right/wrong but that does not mean that evolution does not favor altruism, unity, love or compassion etc. And I don't agree that God "accepts" evil. God is impartial so that there can be free will/expression of Love/Life. It is the highest ideal that a human can pursue and evolution does take you closer to God. Being a depraved animal, nope.

Apparently, evolution favors altruism or compassion since belonging to a group increases the chances of survival, so it would be more accurate to say that God favors moral qualities. The question is why would someone want to be an animal instead of cultivating these qualities that lead to Love instead of separation (hate divides, love unites)...?
