Putting sharp objects in your nose or mouth is less dangerous than polluting your mind with stupid ideas. -

@Tim R Call it the Mind then. There is a difference between the mind and the Mind. -

Not sure if you've heard of it but there is also this concept of a light body or Merkabah that can be activated to transcend this physical dimension. It is a spiritual vehicle similar to our physical body except that it is more subtle. I hope that someone here is more knowledgeable on these topics because I'm not so familiar with all these mystical/esoteric concepts... maybe it would help us connecting the dots better ? -

From my perspective, the 4th dimension isn't a spacial dimension, it is a dimension of the mind. That's why I like to think it is a spiritual realm where only an enlightened mind belongs to because a normal human cannot access it from a 3D perspective. From humans to transcend it, there has to be a switch where you perceive reality as you/there is no separation between you and the manifested reality. -

@Fran11 Lol, I don't care talking to clueless people either. And I was talking about a certain type of people that you seem to belong to, I never said that everyone thinks this way. -

Stop pretending that you know that nobody said that meditation = enlightenment. From the number of your posts and your most recent activity, I can clearly see that you have missed some content and have no idea where I'm pointing at. If you're fine with people claiming that babies are in a mindfulness state and are enlightened, then stay stupid and stop bothering others with your ignorance. -

Nothingness isn't some absurd existence that just is. It is everything. I would advice you to let go this concept that nothing happens because your mind creates reality, so it is everything - not just Galyna but all of your past experiences and everything that you will create from now on. It serves to a purpose and that's to discover your True Self and to recognize the godly image in the mirror that is YOU. Btw, this guy explains what's the True Self pretty well, so you may want to check it out: -

@Fran11 I didn't say that meditation is bad, just that it doesn't equal to enlightenment and many confuse it with being some higher truth. If my/his observations bother you so much, then maybe it's your problem that you have this attachment to meditation. From my pov, clinging to a no-state and saying that's enlightenment, will not make you an enlightened Buddha, just an average Joe resting his mind after a stressful day lol. -
Yeah, let's stop eating meat, avocados and everything that grows and survive just with air and sun rays.

People often choose this representation of what a mindful mind is. It's either a dog or a child. And there have been users on this forum saying that babies are enlightened which is silly. Being mindful is not some higher truth or perspective and does not equal to enlightenment. I am sure that they still have their own biases and aren't really that detached after all. Also, associating 'enlightened' with 'person' aka individual mind, doesn't sound like no-mind to me. My brain can be on autopilot and think automatically most of the time but this isn't a higher-consciousness state to experience. This guy isn't saying that mindfulness meditation is bad just that people confuse it with some higher truth which is obviously a trap. Agreed but saying that "the mind" or "self" is something that needs to be annihilated is also moral judgement when you equate it with the ego self, thing that most of the people on this forum do. -

@Fran11 This isn't what I've got from his clip. He just said that people value mindfulness meditation like it's the ultimate truth or reality. And that many of them have this idea that thoughts are bad and need to be annihilated. I can see why there's a problem with this view. Being present in the moment is ok but if you think that meditation alone will make you enlightened and you will know what reality is, that is just a limited view that won't get you anywhere. Just like a dog seeing everything for what is. No one says that the dog isn't more content and stress free but you have to ask yourself, is that a higher-consciousness perspective? What are you trying to achieve with this mindfulness meditation? -

Thanks for sharing. Regarding the spiritworld, I don't think it is separate from the "physical-bodied planetary life"... we are already living in the spiritworld and confuse it for being a solid and limited planetary life because we're trapped like ghosts in a web of thoughts. To transcend this limitation, a "solid body" doesn't have to die, but enter the 4th dimension (you call it 5th which is the 4th for me but apparently they mean the same thing) of mind... which is not physical IT IS the spiritual realm because it has always been this way. The delusion is that the spiritual and physical realm are different but they are one and the same thing. I guess that the more advanced spirits you mentioned above have already figured this out... that's why they can create a solid body with the power of the mind = they know that there's no separation between any of these worlds, so there's no need for them to "reincarnate". -

God is interested in keeping you alive and fine, so don't force yourself into anything that harm yourself. If it doesn't feel fine, then simply let it go. The ego does not equal to the human body and it's in your best interest to live a healthy life. -

If the many worlds theory is true, then you're fucked. -

Once I dreamed that the entire universe dissolved with me and before I vanished there was darkness and a sublime peace. I surrendered fully and consciously because I knew that it was me dreaming the entire thing. However I wasn't aware that I was sleeping in my bed, so it wasn't really a lucid dream. In another dream, I was in trapped in a room with no light at all and it scared the hell out of me because I thought I will spend an eternity there. I've literally felt like a ghost trapped between two worlds... which was scary as fuck. The funny thing is that when I yelled "mom", I woke up ? And this one wasn't really like a dream, it was something like an OBE but I have no idea what the heck happened then.
