  1. hi every Body what would you think, say or do if you found a message from your boyfriend, telling a woman you don't know, that he his in Germany next month.. Knowing that she has a german Name and a german tel number.. and we are living in Germany and just leave it for vacation..? So I think he's lying to another Woman, but what for? Dating? Testing his attraction?? How would you react? PS: I watch his phone after he reacted strangely as I wanted to download something to mine (Things we often do normaly)

  5. @Ether don't know but even if it's so I would like to know the Raison, at the Moment I feel like in my own detective Story.. I just would like to understand Why.. ANd I ask it in this Forum because maybe it's a typical men behavior.. and someone could exlain.. But maybe I waste my time?
  6. @Ether we are living together for years and in many aspects we are really happy and and do a lot together. In many occasions he's also a challenge for me (and I suppose he feels the same) I even like the arguments we have because afterwards I have the feeling that we both transcend and grow.. So it isn't an easy relationship but somehow always exciting in different ways..
  7. @Spiral At the Moment, he would surely accept if he can manage it with his job. We are Living together and on the one side he really seems to care about me and this is exactly what is so strange. So maybe he wouldn't see her than but it wouldn't exclude that he dates her (or try to) a few days or weeks later.. Should I always try to controle him? Seems silly..
  8. @Ether I would if I thought he would tell me the truth, but he often tells "people in general can't cope with the truth".. I mean he's telling stories all the time. And so I'm afraid it would take me the last chance to know what's going on..
  9. Why not give it a trial like you already do (without buying anything).. I think the error would be to give your life (so to speak) in Leo's Hand, like one would do with a guru.. Just keep the responsibility for your doing and try the things which feel good for you. Finally you have to find your own pad, nobody can do it for you.. there's no short cut for nothing if you want to do it well.

I start to make exercises to practice foreign languages writing them down with my left Hand (I'm normally a right hander..), just because it always seems to be so boring to write all this things with the only objective to learn the vocabulary better ..and now it's really fun :-) so I can also apply here the fact that: "the journey is the reward"
  11. @Friend interesting idea .. Somehow it reminds me Einstein who always wore the same things so he didn't waste time by choosing.. However, this way, one has just to make sure he/she gets all the vital stuff for the Body.. (vitamins, mineral nutrients, protein...) .. maybe just a little boring after a while?
  12. @Toby I primery refered to : I don't mind if you eat animals or not.. maybe it's possible to be aware of what you're doing and accept it.. Don't know.. for me it doesn't work.. What I meant was: I think it's incredible to pretend that they have to be happy for their life !! Or are all this reportages faked where you can observe how they are treated until..?
  13. @kieranperez What about the rest of the day, do only "bad things" happen to you or are you just more fixated on them ? Could you perhaps give little good things more importance and give them your attention and your gratitude ? Forget what other people say, conscient and intelligent persons would never call someone an asshole.. It's just stupid, no need to think about it..

  15. @haai14 I also think you can't stop judging, you can't stop thinking either (at least for a Long time..) but you don't have to believe the judgements and the thoughts which pass through your mind you can sort of pat them on their head (figuratively speaking) and tell them it's just irrelevant you'll see it lessen them a lot
  16. @Pure Imagination It's surely not the american way of life, but as the quote goes :" the way is the goal (Confusius)" if you're just looking for the possible achievement, you'll probabliy miss it all. To achieve something isn't bad.. but it's just ego stoff.. and the ego will tell you all the time that this Meditation thing will get you nowhere, that you're just wasting your time..
  17. @Wicked according to Paul Ekman who researches for years everything about emotions: -they are per se neither good nor bad.. - they never last for a long time (just a few minutes) - every single one is necessary for our human survival, it is absolutly impossible to get rid of them even if you want to.. But.. what do you think is happiness? Do you think you can reach it running after some emotions and avoiding the others? Wouldn't it favor suffering more than ever?
  18. @YaNanNallari I also am (or was?) some one who has/had an opinion and a position about everythings: funny or sad, but also good or bad, relevant irrelevant, there were the situations I liked or disliked etc.. Maybe it's important to go through all this to be able to transcend it ? Maybe it's a good idea to play with it, just to see how subjective it is? I mean looking at the same situation as a sad one, and then, as a funny one or perhaps as an inacceptable or desirable one... And later letting all this go.. letting go because you know that you can feel and deal with it and without any damage and finally be freed of it, a little lighter on your path.. ? At least it's how I feel each time I am aware of the fact that I just can let go.. Breathing in and out and accepting how the things are..
  19. @Psyche_92 if I understand you well.. you want to go to the gym to improve your fitness and feel good..? Why do you try to force yourself with the gym..? I think the most important is to move your body and there are so many ways to do so!! Dance with your favorite music, go jogging or swimming, learn how to practice martial arts, or try it with a team Sport.. what ever.. You'll surely find something that is good for you.. Just move
  20. @MiracleMan here a few ideas how I learned to practice forgiveness and even got rid of the effort of it 1) especially for childhood experiences: going into meditation with the story that hurt me and letting it end otherwise, perhaps like I want(ed) it to be. It seems to me that it neutralize it.. Somehow you still remember what happened but it doesn't hurt that much anymore 2) knowing that evereybody just does it best for him or herself (most rarely in order to damage you), according to their level of consciousness. So after a while you can actually feel compassionate 3) remembering that you only have your limited point of you.. Maybe the Things are sometime different than they seem to you? 4) maybe a so called bad experience can help grow..? Wouldn't that beat everything if you could be thankfull for what happened because it helped you to be who you are now?
  21. the belief that -as a responsible adult- I have to have an opinion about all the things that happen.. Is it good or bad, do I like it or not, do I agree or not..? And, of course that I have to defend my Position.. It is such a relief to make a step aside and to just let flow
