  1. Well darn. @Leo Gura then if only you could duplicate yourself into millions of copies to appear to all the love/sex starved women in the world. It's a serious problem that nobody addresses.
  2. This explains why I faked orgasms most of the time. The motive was to make the man feel better. Where are these real men?! Not so sure they exist. @Leo Gura is surely an anomaly. I thought I'd found one of these real men but lo and behold I realized I had tried to dream a real one into existence! I dare you to write a message on here that would give all the women on this forum an orgasm. @Keyhole LOL! Great idea! Ok, I'm waiting...
  3. I've experienced it. It is the most wonderful thing to experience and it's profound. Don't let anyone discourage you from it. Don't listen to critics. My experience had supernatural dynamics to it and I truly believed he was my "twin flame". My story does not have a happy ending so I won't disclose it here. I want you to have and remain in the beautiful experience as long as possible.
  4. Yes thank you! That's exactly what I was thinking, exploring or intending - getting baseline up as much as possible prior to. I have a couple of meditation practices in place but don't think they are hardcore enough. So I am approaching the door of investigating and exploring other meditation practices such as self inquiry. So far I have Sudarshan Kriya which is more of breathwork practice and then I do a more in depth actual meditation - Sahaj Samadhi. I think these do make a difference, but there has got to be more I can do to build a baseline.
  5. @Leo Gura Thank you. I'm serious and will do it as soon as I can get it lined up.
  6. @Leo Gura What is the best direct way to cut through all the distractions in the way and get straight to the point of awakening? Psychedelics?
  7. @Mike Book Thank you for this positive appreciation! This work is a real rare Gem!
  8. Haven't been able to dig up visible content of Anurag Gupta. His content is embedded inside Bentinho Massaro's Civilization Upgraders program which I was a part of. But his insight on it is just so valuable. He highlights this society's obsession with consumerism rather than creation and finding your life purpose so you can start to create and move out of consumerism. Anurag originally focused on coaching large businesses to be successful, then moved into spirituality. Although was very financially successful, he does not care about materialism or intellectualism and this is very clear. He gave up all his materialism, pared down to a motorcycle and backpack and goes through life creating. Of course egos would criticize him and his methods all day long and miss the point. I mean he is indeed hard to swallow. But the point is that endless spiritual consumerism stops the process of moving into creating. I am still a student, but if I got to the point where I stopped seeing value and saw primarily errors, then I would take that as a cue to move onto the next stage and start creating something to contribute to the world. An informal old video of Anurag talking about business. His spiritual teachings alongside Bentinho Massaro is much more forceful and where he gets into highlighting the problem of spiritual consumerism that stops the process of creating solutions for the world or making the world a better place by manifesting the God-Self.
  9. Spiritual consumerism is a plague in spiritual groups. The consumer feels he cannot get enough of the correct information in the correct way & feels he knows more than the teacher. Criticizes, schools or degrades the teacher, loves to argue and challenge, no appreciation, yet hangs out on the forums rather than moving on and actually creating something of value for the world. Book for a process of disintegrating the ego: The Direct Means to Eternal Bliss by Michael Landford Using this book, one reads a section repeatedly and slowly and does not move on to next section until previous section is fully integrated. The ego is very resistant to being disassembled by repetition. Ego vehemently resists repetition - because it works. Giant egos hate repetition, gets bored easily, loves spiritual consumerism, loves to criticize, will not create.
  10. Exactly! Thank you @Moreira! This ingratitude, criticism and ego wanting to be fed all the time or in a particular way reminded me of a spiritual and self-development teacher who nailed this sort of thing to the wall ruthlessly. I used to think he was way too harsh and avoided him like the plague. Now, Just now, seeing this post and recalling others like it here recently, I now appreciate Anurag Gupta and his ruthless style. If I can find his videos or teaching I will post it here. He was a pit bull for chewing on ego flesh. Anurag used to talk endlessly about spiritual consumerism. I mean he used to drive it into the ground so much over and over that it felt like you were getting beat with it endlessly. I used to think - wow Anurag, isn't this excessive and downright brutal? We have heard this one million times! However, as many times as I heard about spiritual consumerism and thinking - ok yes, yes I got it. just now, oddly enough, it just clicked. Wow, Anurag, now your teachings come to life elsewhere and in seemingly a random way and now I finally appreciate it! Note: I never thought in a million years I would ever appreciate Anurag Gupta and sitting here now laughing about the realization of this. LOL!
  11. Intuition is key. Develop intuition which generates wisdom which would then enable you to sense the right course of action rather than defaulting to common tendencies to create dogma that dictates it should be followed exactly.
  12. Hey at least you are recognising it or becoming aware of it. That is HUGE! Understand where you are coming from and truly believe Self-Love is the answer.
  13. Well, I fell into into a very common trap that is programmed into women to fall into. Which is not having a life of your own and giving it up for men and/or family to serve them. What this programming does is leave women starving to death for real love and lacking in passionate purpose (for some their passion is children, but that was not the case with me - I just rolled with the programming). So passion or purpose was skipped in the name of prolific sacrifice. Ended up down dead end after dead end roads to find meaningful purpose, most of which were paths of religion.
  14. Folks, don't entertain this obvious OP troll's ego. These types really should not be allowed to vomit their vitriol here. Tap into the energy of something. Use your intuition. See what this energy is.
  15. @Leo Gura Please share this info with us women who have no chance of getting this through a human. I'm an older female that came to the end of having a sexual partner and now having to swallow celibacy or asexuality out of necessity. This whole situation has been quite grievous. OR I need to transcend the concept of sexuality altogether. Which is the best route? But so far you'd say that 5-MeO-DMT is the best route for breakthroughs to enlightenment? What if you held psychedelic retreats someplace that was safe to do so? How may I assist you? This is a serious question.
  16. @Pouya Very interested in your experience and how you were able to achieve these states. Which actuality video are you referring to that you watched - Is it this one?
  17. @Chumbimba I'm trying to figure all this out with changing my diet. That's one of my biggest stumbling blocks is I fall back into terrible food choices. I'm not overweight at all, but petite, but these poor eating habits is dragging me down. What makes it much harder is that my partner I live with does not like to eat healthy food, loves sugar, etc and he wants me to be like him. What other foods are you incorporating? I have not tried the soup yet.
  18. Originally posted this in the regular forum, but this is a more appropriate place. Architecting a foundation to do the hard work presented here Making serious commitments to do this work. Not wasting time or efforts, as I've been searching for decades. Getting ready today to go pick up the Actualized.org Textbook from a print shop to put into a binder. It was $88 on a discount to get it printed! Worth every penny. Old enough with lots of experience and intuition to know when I've discovered a gold mine of value and truth. So extremely grateful to @Leo Gura more than I could ever express in words. To move forwards, I have a foundation of meditation practices that I do every day - Sudarshan Kriya and Sahaj Samadhi and I definitely notice that Sahaj Samadhi especially is a key to assisting in assimilating quickly what I am learning here, plus the practice seems to hone intuition. I can post about these meditation practices separately in case anyone is interested. I do plan to implement other meditation practices as well. So, I want to construct the foundation for self-actualization and move onwards into awakening & enlightenment journey. Want to be as laser focused as possible. I am dead serious. Currently I don't have any experience in psychedelics but definitely open minded to it and moving forwards in that direction. There are habits to kick like poor eating habits, but targeting one habit at a time. My current plan is to construct and implement a foundation for self-actualization and also include the life purpose work. Noticing that prior efforts with other valuable teachers with respect and gratitude is reaping benefits now. Looking for blocks that could be in the road to progress.
  19. I stayed in a relationship too long because I was such a people pleaser. I have had to work on putting a stop to it. Here's what helped me:
  20. Sudarshan Kriya was created by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of the Art of Living Foundation. I'm a volunteer in that foundation helping people learn the breathing practice (not a certified instructor, just teach some of the breathing techniques). In this Kriya, you take control of your breath, which positively affects your immune system, nerves, and psychological problems. I would say it is designed to be easy enough for anyone to practice and experience great results. It greatly reduces stress and relieves trauma. It's taught to military troops who have been in wartime environments and that's how I first got into it. This practice is also taught inside prisons by volunteers. It has to be taught by a certified instructor. The Sudarshan Kriya Technique: Ujjayi (Victorious Breath) Bhastrika (Bellows Breath) Om Chant Kriya (Purifying Breath) This breathing practice prepares you for further meditation practice. At the end of the breathing you are ready to go into deep meditation. The meditation I do is after Sudarshan Kirya is Sahaj Samadhi meditation which is a very deep meditation which can take you to a place of no thoughts. The practice takes about 20 minutes in the morning. I tag Sahaj Samadhi onto it which puts the combined practice at 40+ minutes and then another 20 minutes in the evening for another session of Sahaj meditation. The results of these meditation practices were so profound and obvious to me that I do not skip the meditations. I went through some severe domestic violence trauma in 2019 and the practices pulled me out of the fight or flight trauma state in less than 2 weeks so I could proceed into recovery. The workshops to learn Sudarshan Kirya is called the Happiness Program. I would say it's a great starting place for a breathing meditation practice. There are online courses now. Veterans, prisoners and other disadvantaged groups are taught the breathing meditation practice for free by volunteers. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar is really quite lovely and there's much more to him than appears on the surface.
  21. @March Not taught anywhere I bet. It's learning to tap into and channel the masculine energy, which is exceptionally powerful. Gee whiz, I'd like to transport myself to another planet where this manifestation of masculine energy is the rule rather than an exceptionally rare exception. Sigh. *Laments and looks up sexual hypnosis before forgetting about it and returning to business as usual* Sigh.
  22. Exactly! These forms take a lot more effort to sift through for anyone remotely serious if obvious trolls are allowed to just drone and and on in their ego. @FlowerNote this is Leo's work and forum. You are getting a free ride. I would imagine there are plenty of forums you could side with trolls that vomit their free speech in condensending attitudes and self-righteousness. Hopefully Leo or moderators will start to be ruthless and kick the obvious trolls off the forum altogether. And when these types start private messaging those in the community (that's what this guy did to me), really they should be reported by anyone it happens to. It's too disruptive to the community.
  23. @Nak Khid Are you even aware of your own ego and agenda that comes across clearly in private messaging? I am not here to have my time wasted in any way.
  24. Some of us here are very serious about the work and don't want to waste time sifting through BS. @FlowerNote also we have to practice honing or serving our intuition. Some may be spouting off something stupid, but then there are those with AGENDAS with a desire to detail serious seekers from progressing forwards.
  25. No. "openmindedness" can be used for huge egos to run things into shit. And that is exactly what would happen if Leo didn't maintain control.
