I came across a video about body awareness work from a life-coach I am following for a while.
It is an inspirational video rather than a "how to", but it got me thinking of what is actually the right way to a healthy life. In the description and on his website he is giving some rules of thumb on how to know if something is good for your physical health or not. He is also famous figure in the horse world and has proven success with difficult horses. Here he is taking about the body work and general health as a fundament for this success.
I would be interested to hear what you think about this approach physical and mental health or the video in general.
