  1. Friends! I've started doing SDS cause there's not a lot to do in quarantine. I'm obviously new to this and typically can't go for longer than 1h crossed legged, but today I managed to do it for 2:10. In the last 15 minutes, there came a guy in my imagination that looked like something between Willy Wonka and Joker and he was standing next to a bottle of pain. I didn't like the guy that much and I thought he hates me but he taught me everything I tried to describe on the picture. But he's the one who was causing me pain! If it all was true, SDS and other things that cause pain would actually be the best things (if you're aware of the pain), other than dissolving the ego, right? Is it possible that SDS takes away your ego's power and makes life with ego better, while for example self-inquiry dissolves the ego? Cause the Wonka guy was the ego but it wasn't me, I was watching him and talking with him. Maan I have do many insights but they're not gonna stick with me And maybe it's all BS and my brain is just fucked up. Am I on a right path or is this just me conceptualizing to avoid the pain? Thanks ❤️
  2. He clearly is enlightened, he realized he'e a god in 2013. In Rap God, Em also said he's immortal. He definitely meant it in the same way spiritual masters do. In Forget about Dre, he sets a house on fire. Shows how little he cares about the materialistic paradigm.
  3. @LfcCharlie4 The articles you've mentioned immediately came on my mind when I've read the question! Like I'm not kidding, exactly the 2 articles Ben Greenfield is perhaps the most knowledgable guy on fitness. He's a big fan of lifting and tabatas and stuff but what he stresses the most is low-level physical activity throughout the day, at least for longevity.
  4. @JonasVE12 Hi, I've read the numbers and if I was you, I'd probably include liver/liver capsules to your diet and go for a high-quality fish oil. These alone will fix most your deficiencies. I think your vitamin D status is fine, actually pretty close to optimal in my opinion. But if you're gonna raise your vitamin A intake, that might cause your body to need more D3 as well. Though fish oil also has vitamin D in it. As far as magnesium, supplementing is definitely worth it but beware that most brands sell magnesium oxide, which absorbs quite poorly. I personally take Mg Citrate cause it's cheap and effective, but Mg Glycinate appears to be the best. As far as folate, supplementing with it isn't harmful either if you go for methyl folate but you'll get enough just by eating a little bit of liver/green veggies every day. Hope this helps
  5. Hi, fixing the root cause is the way to go but I think mouth taping is the best short-cut. I've been taping my mouth for like a year and works wonders, it also prevents you from mouth breathing when you're asleep.
  6. @Galyna Exactly. The problems with too much vitamin D occur when a person is not getting enough vitamin A and K2. If someone was to eat liver daily, he'd be deficient in D3 even if he took 10000 IUs a day but I'd say the sweet spot for most people is 2500-5000 IUs. More should be fine if a person takes vitamin K2 as well but it's usually completely unnecessary. I guess the best way to go about this is to get blood tests for 25-hydroxyvitamin D which I think should be 40-60 ng/ml.
