@DrewNows Man if you feel great I support you but make sure you're at least getting your blood tested for vitamins, minerals and hormones. You know more about your diet than I do but it seems unsustainable and could bring serious health issues if you're not careful.

I bought a pullup and dip bar for like $250, probably the best investment I've made so far. I recommend a superslow workout. You only do 1 rep for each body part but to complete failure. I do a pullup, dip and overhead squat. Works wonders and only takes around 10 minutes

I think the more often you eat, the more often you're spiking insulin and the worse for your health but it is certainly not a big deal at 19 and it's much better than undereating. It'd probably be optimal to restrict your eating window, the hunger would go away pretty fast but don't do it if it's unsustainable.

Salt is very difficult to understand cause you need to look at it in a context - the amount of water you drink matters, how much potassium you get matters, how much you sweat matters, the type of salt you're consuming matters, your body weight, body fat %, the amount of carbs you eat... I agree with you @Michael569 that most people don't need more but I'd say most of us health conscious people do need more and it shouldn't cause any harm unless we really overdo it or get it in a refined form.
-
@Heyyyyyy Almost every person has some nutrient deficiency and most of the time, it's really subtle. Even if you're deficient in salt, you're very unlikely to pass out, but you might have cramps and feel weak and stuff.
-
@Hansu I think you are getting enough potassium unless the rest of your diet is just bread and pasta.

Hi, I wanna incorporate Kriya Supreme Fire into my practice but I don't have Gamana's book yet. Could you please tell me how long 1 round takes and what I should focus on? Thanks a lot! -
I think if you eat carbs, you'll get away with 2g of sodium (or 6g of salt) a day and more thank 15g of salt is gonna cause some harm. If you're on keto/carnivore, you cannot hold onto that much sodium so you need to replenish it often and get more of it. If you sweat a lot, I'd eat 4g sodium at the very least. Salt should not be an issue if you're getting a lot of potassium as well.
-
@PlayTheGame I'm not on carnivore and I don't think it's an optimal diet for most people but it does make sense to do it, especially for people with autoimmune disorders and gut problems cause their body overreacts to many plant compounds. Gluconeogenesis is a real thing but it's only there if your body needs it (it needs carbs for brain function etc.) If your body knows how to burn ketones for energy, then it won't produce glucose from protein, it'll turn protein into niacin which you will pee out.

@Bazooka Jesus Maan that's really amazing, thanks for sharing!

He also helped me a ton at the beginning of my journey. I think the world needs people like that cause it's hard to imagine I'd ever start to work on myself if there only were guys like Matt Kahn talking about love. It's just hard to resonate so it's probably great that there are some aggressive teachers like Elliott. Without them, many of us would be just like the majority of people.

@remember Tbh I did have more fun partying when being sober but I think it's actually easier to socialize eithout alcohol cause you're more present. At least for me
-
And guys like that also make it to freak other men out to justify their approach anxiety. Tyler says this used to happen to him very often when he was doing pickup.
-
I'm sure everybody who has ever done pickup will agree with me that girls really appreciate when a guy is able to make a move. From what I've seen, most girls find it incredibely unattractive when a guy just waits for something to happen. And it's not even about us attracting them, they will have more fun too if you are willing to be sexual. I think these beta people who call others who have sex rapists actually put a ton of pressure on girls by that. Every sex deprived person I know of judges girls who have sex as sluts and that's why they're afraid to open up and enjoy life.

@Guillem12 I'm new to kriya but if many people (including Leo) see great results by doing kriya from books, it can't be useless right. -
@Roy I'm not saying RSD guys don't have a dark side but frow what you posted, it's clear that you didn't spend enough time researching to be a good judge. What girl are you talking about, the stripper? I'm pretty sure Owen never raped a stripper and it's clear that he was sarcastic when talking about it. His friend Julien Blanc had a huge media scandal in 2014 where he was accused of rape as well. If you spent maybe an hour or 2 watching his content before it happened, you'd find out he actually teaches to take it slow, be able to take a step back, not make a girl uncomfortable etc. What RSD did to Todd Valentine was questionable but trust me, they are not rapists. Tyler also recognizes that getting laid itself won't make you happy, he's been saying that since 2010. Same for Julien.
-
Exactly. From what I've read, it seems that 5G wasn't a cause but it makes your immune system weaker so people will be more likely to die from corona now that 5G is out.
-
@Roy Why do you say he's a rapist? He would never have sex with a girl that doesn't want it. If you actually watched his videos, you would find out he's not teaching to manipulate at all, he actually does the opposite. I think the judgement will backfire on you cause when you judge people for having sex, you'll subconsciously push women away.

Tyler's goal is actually to become the best public speaker in the world. I think there's a ton of amazing speakers but he has the biggest talent out of all of them imo.

Imagine pupper said he's not god on a different forum -
@IJB063 Just the fact that he's on this forum is a clue I think

Hey @Leo Gura and others who understand Kriya, do you still think this is a good routine or is it outdated? Would you change anything? -
@StarStruck Yeah I'm gonna do no nut november as well but I'm not sure if it actually boosts testosterone, it can actually cause a decrease it if you do it for 90+ days right.
-
@StarStruck Actually? I thought it's only a problem for older people
