Chewing in general is believed to make your teeth stronger but aspartame or other artificial seweeteners are suboptimal. I'd say xylitol or stevia gums are much safer than regular ones.

I agree with everything @Michael569 said. I know it doesn't apply to every supplement but I'd say most nutrients, herbs and adaptogens are safe to take daily but beware of other synthetic supps. We don't know a lot about the human body yet and they might have some weird long term effects.

I'm in! The video you posted in another thread really motivated me @LfcCharlie4 :)

@Leo Gura <3 @AlphaAbundance Actually I don't know about YTB but I used to run an Instagram account and anyone can charge you over $2000 if they find out you're using their content so just making sure

Hi Roy, I'd reconsider calcium supplements. If you take them for a specific reason, just make sure it's calcium citrate and not carbonate. I think the most important ones to take are fish oil (but choose a good brand), creatine, d3, vitamin k2, and iodine. Magnesium is also a must for most people but I don't think you need it if you eat a lot of leafy greens and legumes. If you're almost vegetarian, It's also a good idea to get tested for zinc, b12 and iron. B12 is probably a must for you, I recommend methylcobalamin.

@Pacific Sage I think VO2 max plays a huge role. It's highly genetic but you can probably double it in a single year if you're very active. 3 breaths per minute is nice if you can breathe like that outside kriya cause most people take like 16 breaths per minute Do you also struggle with KSF or am I the only one? I've heard you're supposed to hold it for 2 minutes and most days I'm happy if I can do 90 seconds. -
Hey, I agree low carb is the best for most people as far as fat loss but high carb like vegan is not bad either if you're active. High protein is necessary as @Consilience said. I'd go with 1g/lb but on vegan you might need more cause of the aminoacid structure. I'm by no means a fitness expert but from my research, bulking and then losing fat is better if your goal is getting muscular and lean at the same time. Good luck man!

Hey Max, do you also get these side effects when you eat grains or drink white tea? These contain exogenous GABA. L-Theanine doesn't but I think it would explain a lot. Never heard of the gene defect you mentioned but if it's not because your body tries to regulate GABA, it's probably the gene.

Love it, good luck! Maybe consider a fast for the 1st week or a few days.

@Pacific Sage Thank you man I didn't know it's supposed to be hard, I'm probably doing something wrong then I think you were right about the core strength, I've added some more planks and stuff into my routine, hope it'll help -

I started doing supreme fire before kriya pranayama, right after maha mudra. Pranayama's typically 24-36 rounds, 50s each round. Thanks for the tips by the way, I think my core is strong but I might be wrong, will incorporate more core exercises. -

How do you guys deal with shakiness and involuntary movements while doing kriya? It gets really intense during and after Kriya Supreme Fire for me -
I know it's long but if you're deciding between a vegan and non-vegan diet, this video is a must I'd say. It's also a great example of stage yellow imo, Chris Masterjohn is arguably the most openminded nutrition guy.

Hi sir, there are many but I think the reason you're looking for resources is to avoid actually exercising. All you really need are pullups and burpees. Just make every muscle group hurt. Micromanaging will bring more results but the difference is tiny I think so I wouldn't really spend too much time worrying about what the best workout is.

I don't know how much the trees helped cause there's already like 3 trillion of them but it has 40 mil views so I think Mr. Beast made a ton of people greener by doing this. He said he'll try to do something similar every year, which I think will make the world a better place

@TrynaBeTurquoise Actually I think right before sleep is great for many people, my deep sleep % increases when I do it

Honestly I don't know shit about politics in the US and Steven Crowder but the concept of the show is cool. I think it could make people more openminded, it sure got me to question some of my beliefs.

@Carl-Richard The guy behind the channel
-
Found this guy today but he seems really openminded, most episodes look to me like yellow vs blue.
-
@Virgo I agree Owen is yellow. He's actually one of the least materialistic people I know of now. He also studied spiral dynamics a couple years back.

Hi, I'm new to kriya but from everything I've researched, you only need a few techniques. I do 3x Maha Mudra, 48 or so Kriya Pranayams, 5x Kriya Supreme Fire and then just concentrate on the 3rd eye. No clue if this is the best technique but these seem to be the most powerful exercises. I think you can learn them all on the internet, here are some resources I highly recommend: SUPREME FIRE https://www.drjoedispenza.net/forum/index.php/topic,2635.msg11687.html#msg11687 MAHA MUDRA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_SxErXAZO88 PRANAYAMA https://realyoga.info/2018/08/kriya-pranayama/ -

@byjjr93 Hi sir, I'm new to kriya but I think we should keep the exhale when switching legs. I have the same problem but you don't have to hold the exhale for a long time, you can just switch the legs rapidly, that's what I do. -
Well if you do it correctly, you can only do one rep There are some guys getting really shredded doing this. Look up 10x workout from Mindvalley, really cool
