Since your mind doesnt have an embedded growth-obligation, I dont think the Jevons Paradox applies to the mind From my experience with 2 months of N-back training it feels more like stuff that was once challenging becomes more effortless. It doesnt seem like that the "saved" energy will then be spend on compulsive-thinking or overanalyzing or something like that. Having an "less efficient" mind and getting challenged by lifes problems, where youre not up to the task cognitively seems to be way more likely to lead to something like burnout.

Wow, I had the exact same experience. I was travelling through such strange realities that at some point I concluded that my real body must lying dead somewhere and now im travelling forever in some strange alien-realms. When I was stronger located in my body and physical space again there was a strange feeling of distrust towards reality and it felt like an illusion. Happy that I recovered from that one and came back not mentally insane

This is crazy: https://mace.house.gov/sites/evo-subsites/mace.house.gov/files/evo-media-document/Cannon 212_20241113_154539.pdf Published a few days ago by the Department of Defense and a summarization of the investigations. There are 6 categories of UAPS described - next to the classic saucer, the "tictac", the craziest one the "organic" flying jellyfish types. -

I found this to be a quite reasonable critique of the errors of the democratic party and wokeism, without endorsing Trumpism. -

I heard some of Arcas tracks driving my car in the night, crazy vibes I might should dive into some more of her stuff.

Nice! Yes one of my favorite albums too, I love the energy of it. My sister recommanded it to me 2 summers ago and since then I heard it a lot, she has great taste

This was just meant as feedback. If you care to make it more interesting maybe more people get interested. You need to stand out. Make clear what is unique about your book and why we should read it.

Why should we be interested? With this lazy approach you wont reach anyone.

Saying Rupert Spira sounds like Blackpill 101 is quite hilarious.
