  1. Just recently I started experimenting with nootropics and I'm really happy with my first day, I started off with 200mg caffeine + 100mg L-theanine on an empty stomach 1 hour after waking up, with incredible results. The first few seconds I was a little disoriented because I felt it turning up the intensity of existence by the second, I felt like someone took the outskirts of my vision and just started stretching it, blurring the sides and enhancing where I was looking at directly, It felt like a tunnel. I haven't noticed anything remotely close from diet improvement although some people probably could see a benefit. I'll be experimenting with Alpha GPC, Noopept, Phenibut, and Aniracetam in the coming days. These substances could make a surprising difference. Although I definitely don't see myself taking them constantly/every day because such states have their ups and downs, I can't put my finger on it but I feel like I would be less interested in things like socialization while I was on these two substances.
  2. Best topic created by @Carl-Richard Humans strive to create environments where they can have a sense of patriotism. Belonging is very clearly an important need for healthy existence, and starving people of their needs makes space for dysfunction, in some cases literal physical dysfunctions like ED.
  3. I've seen them, granted I am currently in the US and I jog a lot, you probably won't find anyone wearing this in the sane realms of the Old World!
  4. Reality is not consciousness, reality is Pro Vision Don't come to New York If you hate this thing. people wearing this in public literally have the same vibe as people high on Molly, clicking on air molecules and shit. In 10 years we'll have 2 kinds of individuals, people wearing Apple Vision Pro and people living with roommates in $1600 apartments working minimum-wage jobs.
  5. Look for on-terrain jobs, you'll never be home. But you'll make a lot of money; they are usually pretty wanted. As I said, working on powerlines is one of those, easily 6 maybe 10k a month but you'll probably be working worldwide, in Brazil, Europe, America, everywhere. I'm getting one of those jobs soon, like an indoor electrician type thing, It's not too difficult, I'm going to save up 20k and sign up with an EB-3 Visa agency and move to the United States. What's important is networking and persistence, If I were desperate for a job I'd literally go to every local business and ask them if they need work, I'd ask the same business 10 times until they fold. If that doesn't work out go to people high up in government businesses and ask them 10 times because those people are usually the lazy type since they know they'll have a safe salary and retirement for life. If that doesn't work knock on every door in your city/village asking for a job. Steve Jobs got his job (no pun intended) at a game studio Atari knowing almost nothing about video games and smelling like shit, he went to their HQ, he just stood there and told them "I'm not leaving until you give me a job" "There is a famous story about Steve Jobs' determination to land a job at Atari. The story goes that when Jobs was a teenager, he was interested in working at Atari, a pioneering video game company. He went to Atari's office and told the personnel manager, Al Alcorn, that he wouldn't leave until he got a job. Jobs was persistent and enthusiastic, and Alcorn eventually offered him a job testing and debugging games. This determination and bold approach are often cited as early examples of Jobs' passion and relentless pursuit of his goals." There's no such thing as shyness in business and survival, Scared Money don't make no Money Am I like shadowbanned or something I'm literally giving the best advice
  6. That begs the question...
  7. I don't think It's the money that makes people miserable, more so their minds. Making millions would probably result in more happiness given you don't spend it on cars, houses, yachts, and hookers. The truth is that these CEO positions that these people are in fuck with their lives way more than the money they make from it. That Jake Tran guy might have some points but his videos have such a distasteful degree of conspiracy and blaming stage orange that I dislike his channel entirely.
  8. In Eastern Europe, trucking pays pretty well, and working on powerlines is pretty luxuriously paid. I don't know about Indian salaries though. I hate the standards society places on people, but you could've been born in Afghanistan or Gaza or any country 500 years ago, Russia and most Soviet-Asian countries are also pretty bleak.
  9. It has been happening every day without exception for months now. For example today, I woke up at 10:00 am and now I'm crashing at 14:00 pm. I tried reducing my morning carbohydrates and it still happens, everyone I know seems to be experiencing this too because everyone is currently sleeping, even the outside noise has toned down a bit. I don't want to be put through this torture every day, do you have any ideas on how to prevent it? My current morning diet is - 190g Avocado - 30-45g Olive oil - 20g Collagen peptides - Cinnamon - 2g Ginger - 125g fresh blueberries - Juice from 1 lemon - 2-5g Matcha green tea After that, it's mostly ground beef, kefir and fruit. I also tried a vegetarian/vegan diet and saw no improvements. I don't mind being more relaxed in the afternoon but I hate being tired. I don't drink coffee or eat any processed foods ever, although I might start drinking or supplementing caffeine if this continues.
  10. That is very true, I can recall my healthiest days and they were in fact my horinest. Sun exposure, 8+ of sleep, and exercise have the biggest effect on this, diet plays a very tiny role. you can do it on a student mix diet (exactly what I did years ago) not to say that a student mix is optimal but again, diet doesn't play a huge role as long as sleep, exercise and sun exposure are adequate. The only benefits I've noticed from diet are less acne (primarily a result of less sugar/processed food) and cognitive improvements (lots of Broccoli mainly).
  11. I believe in the power of scary decisions, so I'll start, honestly, I'm considering doing something that shakes me up out of my bed even when I'm completely sleep-deprived with the worst cold imaginable (actually true right now). I'm considering moving to Canada and leaving my comfortable above average job/life here in Europe, I have 3 average size houses here, a high-paying income compared to other residents, a car that was given to me for free, and another newer one If I want it. And yeah, actually I'm not just considering, but I have already decided, it scares me to death, I have no one in Canada to support me and no one supporting me in doing this, and yet this life here feels mediocre at best even when it's highly above average on paper. I'm only 20 years old and I see the advantage in that, being young means that I can tolerate just about anything, I can tolerate sleeping on a blanket on the floor because I don't have money for a bed, and I can tolerate not having a desk, a chair, In other words, I can adapt to just about anything. I feel like decisions like these are necessary and have a curing/healing effect on the mind. Every inspiring person I've met has been able to tell stories about his or her hardship, adventures, life-changing events, and really irrational decisions. I like this example from Steve Jobs, at the age of 19, in 1974 Steve traveled to India for 7 months seeking spiritual enlightenment, this was a place in time without phones, no Google Maps, no directions and he went to a place that had little to no roads! What was wrong with this guy? Some members of this forum go to India today for a short while and they get lost and attacked by bison, what about getting lost In India in 1974, 8000 miles away from home? what about getting robbed? murdered? swindled? injured? Steve did it anyway. When he returned "he was almost unrecognizable" and 2 years later, Apple was born. We should follow the maps inspiring and successful people left for us, Steve was a genius, and most people struggle to build companies when they're 40 to 50 years old with decades of experience, Steve built a 2 trillion dollar company at 21 years old. His mind was nothing short of a genius, But I digress. Based on watching Jordan Peterson I would say that his whole thing is advocating and at the same time discouraging for exactly these types of decisions. Share your story if you have one or if you're planning on doing something!
  12. Although I like Canada It's 1 step closer to my eternal love New York, America is tough on Immigrants, but Canada (Toronto) is the opposite. Extremely easy to move, not much harder than moving to Spain or Germany if you're a European citizen. There is nothing I feel more passionate about than the United States, I'm kind of a patriot, so I decided to follow that passion to see where it leads me. The Journey is everything in the journey of life, I've been to the US countless times since I was a kid and I'll tell you that the grass is definitely greener for me. I'll knock on every door in Toronto for a job If I need to, It's not like It's forbidden. It pays to be stubborn sometimes. I'm leaving late this year or early next year, or as soon as I feel like it. Although other countries are also pretty good in their own way nothing hits closer to home than NY. I never managed to lose the home-alone 2 magic. There's nothing particularly good about the US or Canada compared to Europe, actually, It's pretty irrational to move when you can move to Switzerland or Norway and be 100x better off financially, health-wise, be a million times safer, and probably better off in every way imaginable, but It's just that feeling I can't describe, I love it and I really don't care about healthy Switzerland chilling right next door, where the grass is quite literally greener.
  13. Every 2-3 days, It's not exercise and probably not the lack of it. It's just sleep, I can't seem to figure it out for the life of me so I'm looking for ways to decrease my need for it and work on other things, but It just doesn't work. It's that stupid night shift job that keeps messing things up for me.
  14. I just recently started jump rope first thing in the morning, lifting in the evening (not really consistent because of sleep/work)
  15. That could be something to try out, I am sitting 99% of my waking time either in the car, or home or at work Milk
  16. hypersalivate over my meals scrub
  17. Call it what you want, friends are people to have fun with.
  18. I've been telling this to people for years. Never tell a seal to pull up to your hood.
  19. Getting a girlfriend is pretty easy if you have some friends to go out with. You don't need a support group, don't make an identity out of being an incel.
  20. That's unscientific, to say the least.
  21. Have you measured your VO2, grip strength, and Apo-B??
  22. That’s the 2020 M1 Pro macbook pro, I wouldn’t recommend it because the OS is too confined and inflexible, + I really miss being able to play games on my pc. I’m definitely going with a big and powerful windows laptop next time. I really miss windows. how do you have 1000ng/dL testosterone with insomnia it just doesn’t make sense, what should I do to get a similar result? I don’t have insomnia but the next worst thing: a nightshift job, so pretty much insomnia.
  23. Visiting my favorite place, I have a child-born love for New York City and NY music - The creative expression of the City - The Diversity - Skateboards and bike life - The madness - Full of color and life - I feel like I'm in the center of the world I even like the rats in the subway, they add a certain cyberpunk-ish vibe. I'm going again this spring, this time fully alone cuz nobody else has the bucks On the other side, I also like US Deserts and national parks.
  24. That's not the basis for judging somebody, most people figure this shit out in middle school. So what if most of his guests are Jewish, I sure haven't heard anything bad come from that, Lex's podcast has the most atheistic topics ever, it doesn't get less religious than discussing technology, robots, and aliens. Chances are these ranty reaction YouTubers you linked to are way more full of shit than Lex.
  25. Maybe it’s the difference between countries because mine is probably poorer therefore more social than yours, It might also be that I’m ignorant of the city life in developed nations, but that still seems unrealistically high. I don't really believe it. Every man is a vessel for attraction, which means, no matter how he looks, what and who he is, if he says and does the right things he can be attractive to women.
