  2. I like you bro, I hope we can meet IRL one day, and I don't think meat is unhealthy, I just don't believe in the linoleic acid thing, sure I try to keep my omega 6's below or the same as my omega 3's, and sure I agree that those vegetable oils look processed, but to say that something like walnuts or chia is unhealthy because it contains linoleic acid just doesn't make any sense to me. Vegetable oils were introduced with McDonalds burgers and french fries, to say that It's the linoleic acid in these foods that causes our health issues is like saying rat poison is poisonous because of its smell and taste. Maybe I'm wrong.
  3. This is my new Journal, I'll try my best to keep this one cleaner than my prior ones. It will be about the same things: Art & Technology. That's all. My name is Marko, I'm a kid from Europe and as of this day I am 19 years old. As this Journal continues I would like to see myself mature, hopefully more masterful and educated as well.
  4. I'm not an artist, the size, influence, and success of something (like a company) are a lot more appealing to me, for its own sake. It's definitely not a material thing, and that's fine. I'm a lot more excited about the future of technology than anything else.
  5. This squirrel would beat you in a fight pink city man
  6. I’m sure nuts and seeds are healthy but I’m slowly questioning grains and the food pyramid, it could just be propaganda.
  7. It’s probably more effective at that than food if done correctly Once you’ve got diabetes your risk of all other diseases (that are far more likely to kill you) is exponentially higher. another question you should ask yourself is, would you like to stand up from a chair once you’re 70? That requires muscle mass/strength, muscle mass is only built with exercise and good luck building up 20 pounds of muscle at that age.
  8. We had one, it was called nazi Germany. Great times.
  9. Based on customs imports to Croatia / Europe I've looked over, ramen noodles are getting imported like crazy. And It's not one of those versions that comes in a bag It's actually the boxy version, a box made of a plastic interior where you're supposed to pour boiling water in. I can expect microplastics in a food like this, I'm scared of traces of it in everyday vegetables/grains/seeds/meat. Just because It's broccoli doesn't mean its arsenic content is not through the roof.
  10. I think meat is fine not considering the ethical side of things, It’s much more important to keep your diet unprocessed and in energy balance than jumping from meat to plants and vice versa. Obesity will kill you much sooner than any food, whatever your opinion on that food is. Vegetables are probably the healthiest, my stomach has made that clear to me, that being said, you can’t just fill your entire day with vegetables no matter how many you consume, you need calories, you need protein now and you’ll need it even more in 20 years due to sarcopenia. I opted for a high-fat, moderately high-protein, and low-carb diet. Avocados, broccoli, radishes, real olive oil, chia seeds, oatmeal currently pausing eggs and beef. Protein powders are also ok if you can find one that you can actually consume that isn’t filled with shit. Again, vegetables over meat is not a power law of health, but unprocessed over processed is. Saturated fat found in meat will raise ApoB in most/many individuals. Higher ApoB = higher risk of heart disease. So choose lean meats preferably. Meat is not a processed food however, it has nutrients. Low visceral fat, strong grip strength, ideal weight/BMI, and muscle mass can all be ideal with or without it so don't let these YouTube gymbros fool you into thinking that animal-based or carnivore is somehow the only way, It's not. Paul Saldino's cholesterol is sky-high in his own words. The future of humanity is probably plant-based due to ethics. Truvani makes some expensive protein powders with minimal ingredients, I don't really know how they taste though, I wouldn't force myself to eat them. VivoLife, although expensive and higher than average quality, makes some pretty disgusting protein powders IMO, to each their own. Lean poultry seems to have fewer nutrients than red meat but is lower in saturated fat. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bq1R0QuBNfI
  11. Depending on the day I can feel horrible stomach acid, like a burning feeling in my stomach, although my acne is always present it's better or worse on some days. How healthy would it be to limit myself to only 3 foods per day, which are unlikely to cause any issues? and test from there slowly. I think milk definitely causes this burning feeling, however, I'm unsure about eggs, meat, nuts, etc... One food that I think relieves me of this pain is broccoli (this is all speculation based on prior experiences).
  12. Idk, but the only outcomes I’ll accept are either meditating in the jungle or trying to build the next Nintendo and Sony.
  13. As far as I’m concerned, the whole universe explodes once I’m dead anyway.
  14. I’m going through a confusing period of choosing the city I’ll probably spend the rest of my life in, I wanted something big, as I’m quite entrepreneurial, energetic, adventurous/culturally curious and maybe even a bit autistic & naive. I find that my dopamine and sex drive shoots through the roof in these big cities, which makes me feel great amongst other things. London and New York City are by far the biggest cities in the western world, and honestly I was dead set on New York for a while but I started questioning my European roots while listening to a song called Eurostar by Central Cee and now it breaks my heart that I have to choose, I have a nearly native American accent, but England seems so familiar and close by. Even though I’m sensing further instability, big political and structural change here in Europe, It’s not an influencing factor. I’m more concerned about survivability and sustainability in these mega cities, I’m only 20 and I’m ready to put my pride aside and sleep on a mattress as I scrape by in the beginning. It might sound silly but I’ve never been to London, I’m probably going in the next month or two, I’m afraid it might not be enough experience to firmly decide between it and NYC. I think that moving to the biggest city possible is probably the best decision anyone can make with their development, It’s as real and scary as it gets and not as easily deluded and fluffy as the spiritual stuff. Any advice is appreciated.
  15. I could give you a million reasons, every guy in his 20s should look to move the the biggest city possible, as fast as possible. It doesn’t matter how shit your life is at the beginning of it all. For example, every guy, should probably look for free coaching from the best people he can find. Not the modern curriculum taught in schools or over zoom, literal mentorship from people who are not even looking to teach. And all you have to do is ask, ask a million times.
  16. Now everyone can be a little bit calmer while they watch capitalism run Germany into the ground.
  17. I think this is because men like being horny, it gives you a certain kind of energy. I like having a porn video on while I eat, oddly enough it increases my appetite.
  18. Or you could go the natural way, the way humans have been getting laid for thousands of years. Think about it, thousands of your ancestors got laid and you're here struggling with it, what changed? we replaced our outdoor hobbies with indoor ones, sitting at home playing video games and chess is not going to get you many tangible friends. You don't have an outdoor interest/hobby -> you don't have friends -> It's hard for you to get laid and you're missing out on all the fulfillment that comes from genuine human relationships. It's deceptively simple; all it takes for a girl to become interested in you is seeing you smile and laugh while talking to a friend at a random café. Once you start receiving obvious looks and hair flips, you're golden, because she's obviously the one who caught interest first you have the upper hand, she's shy and horny now. Not talking about you specifically, I'm just talking in the second person. Socialization shouldn't be scary, that's so backwards, It's supposed to be fun! Find what you enjoy, like skating or rollerblading in NYC, that's fun.
  19. Oh, It's Mister I don't care about grip strength advising about exactly what grip strength is for, you rascal. To the OP, grip strength and muscle mass are the most important things for being a healthy old person, old people fall, and if you fall and break your E.g hip bone in your 70s, there's about a 15-30% chance that you'll be dead within just 12 months.
  20. The biggest problem with Europe is exactly what makes it special to tourists, it’s very fragmented and split by its languages and cultures, if Europe was to operate as a single country with different states like the US it would be much more prosperous. It’s a very fast and cold life here. Although any country can be fun, you just gotta find yourself some rockstar friends, even North Korea can feel welcoming if you do this.
  21. Although it looks like a pretty big list of various nutrients It's still just a big multivitamin so nothing extraordinary. The rest of the program looks more interesting. I trust Bryan because he speaks like a genuine person speaks, and there's nothing that would make me question his integrity ⎯ yet. I definitely wouldn't shape my life around living the longest given all the sacrifices like he did. Hell, Just recently I thought of giving up eating in a special way and just sticking to whatever processed shit I was eating before, because it takes a lot of time to prep and eat this food It's almost like I'm better off just going straight into work after waking up instead of cooking, cleaning and moving food around for an hour. Kudos to him for the effort.
