  1. France is bound to become the leading country in Europe because of demographics, the Germans are not reproducing anymore. Are you really planning on moving out of the UK?
  2. All I've done is solo traveling, although not willingly, the key is to meet people on your trip, the more the merrier. My opinion of each country has largely been shaped by the people I met, even if the people I met weren't native to that country. To fall in and out of love, make tangible and intangible friendships, get a little hurt, get lost, learn something, and experience something new. That's the perfect trip. Additionally, If I was to design a perfect trip for myself, I would do a few more things: 1. Hitchhiking - This is how people traveled in the past, a highly structured trip almost takes away from the experience, In an ideal world I wouldn't even book an apartment or room, I would look for one once I'm there, or sleep somewhere else, maybe in a tent or someone's truck. You'd be surprised. 2. Make it multiple weeks (hopefully months) long, visit more places/more countries 3. Buy or rent a very old car for cheap, this is how I'm planning on doing a road trip across Australia and Tasmania soon. It's the best tip I have. 4. Go to festivals, events, beaches, parties 5. Hostels are cheap and you can potentially win the jackpot by meeting great people right off the bat, especially if they're young. However, they are also exhausting sometimes because you can't get proper sleep (at least I couldn't most times). 6. Don't tell anyone you're going and just leave (Don't do this) I wouldn't recommend these 6 things to most people, It would probably leave you exhausted at the end rather than rejuvenated, I hate resting on vacation. In general, the more idiotic and reckless the more memorable. The worst way to spend traveling is to do what everyone else does, eat at expensive restaurants and take pictures of yourself next to famous monuments. Total Waste, most people I know travel somewhere just to sleep and get a tan. Proper traveling is not for the weak-willed. Don't wear any accessories while traveling alone, in dangerous areas, try not to stall too much, and look like a local instead of a tourist.
  3. I don’t think Leo would like me, I don’t usually get along with grumps, he seems very grumpy. He said his biggest pet peeve is humans! Of course he’s a grump! My still kicking 98 year old grandpa said the same thing.
  4. If you wanna call it "leeching" then the country leeches off me too, patriotism is not something everyone is born with. I'm certainly glad that you don't share my perspective because somebody has to fight for the people. What I said Is something I'd say to my daughter or someone I loved, not to everyone.
  5. That's actually the first thing I'd do, It's much better to live without some crappy concept of pride because I fought against the bad guys, and stay alive. Then be dead because of human pettiness. The lands, are not worth it. Every war is forgotten about, including all your efforts. This is the perfect opportunity to move to a 1st world democracy for Israelis, It's clear that you won't be accepted where you are for a long time, there's no winning this war or any future attacks made on Israel. These people literally want you dead, they won't take such drastic measures as starting wars and then completely change their minds in the next 50 years. I'm not super-educated on the Middle East, or it's politics, or whatever. But this is just obvious.
  6. Nice, the Japs lost their sex drives but not their passion for quality
  7. Smoking and obesity are by far the biggest drivers of cancer, with plenty of kids smoking out there, based on how many times I've been asked to buy cigarettes and vapes outside of gas stations/stores. additionally, pretty much every chronic disease will increase cancer possibility, e.g. diabetes. By smoking you are increasing your chance of lung cancer by a massive amount, and it just so happens that the chances of surviving lung cancer specifically are pretty low compared to skin cancer for example which you are more likely to survive than not. It's ludicrous that we are still struggling with cancer in 2024, the solution is not chemical, all we have to do is invent a universal scanner that finds cancer the same way a doctor would, and basically scan yourself once/twice a month, It wouldn't get rid of cancer 100% but it would drop the chances of dying from most cancers significantly. Here we are, arguing about which food is healthier, indigestion and phytic acid won't increase your chances of cancer or any disease, ever. Hilariously enough, phytic acid helps cancers die instead of spread. Welcome to nutrition science. If you're a kid, and you just want to be cool, tattoos are a much safer option
  8. Holy crap, everyone in the middle east just needs to leave at this point
  9. 3-4 sleepless nights per week is insane, I’ve been getting 4-6 hours with an occasional sleepless night here and there, for 2 years and my sperm quantity and horniness have dropped significantly, it seems like just disrupting your circadian rhythm will have negative consequences on sleep quality Life in general is weirdly intertwined with oxygen, which is probably why exercise and sleep are so crucial compared to food. People really don’t know how bad chronic sleep deprivation / insomnia is. Luckily I don’t think it takes too long to heal from it. I’m working on it myself. Your diet can be 0 all the while your sleep and exercise are on point and feel great, but not visa versa.
  10. At what point does it hit you “oh shit, this actually makes 0 difference in my life” She was in love with the hustle
  11. Just how do you even determine that fluoride gives you brainfog, or anything specific for that matter? Unless it’s instant and really strong
  12. And what helped you you the most in that ?
  13. And that’s how we caught him ladies and gentleman, the biggest pedophile in France.
  14. Does anyone know of any websites that independently test products from different brands? for things like heavy metals, toxins, endocrine disruptors, polyphenols, flavanols etc...? It's hard to find brands to trust these days, I was actually looking into buying cocoa flavanols / dark chocolate and wasn't sure which brand to buy from given the heavy metal risk and variations in flavanol content in these products. I found one called https://www.consumerlab.com/ but they only seem to have a yearly subscription.
  15. What's so special about him
  16. A brilliant businessman Daniel Priestley (more brilliant than most "business book" authors, especially those who talk about investing, useless bastards) Anyways, he has a brilliant way of testing business ideas, simply try to sell a service or product without having it in your hands or possessing the necessary skills to perform the service (or even having the money to invest in your product or service), you want to test for interest most importantly, in other words, you're testing for leads. The business world practically runs on leads, a lead is everyone who is a potential customer. How tangible is that? forget about making that website or investing thousands to get something started, first, test your idea for free, and see if there's a market for what you're offering. If you've been running your business for years without success, as much as people might appreciate your hard work It's probably not going to work out. Most businesses that make money long term and survive long term, make money within their first few months or weeks. Including most technology giants we know today. (for these companies It's a little more complicated because they take on a lot of loss and debt, but either way they were making money, profitable or not within a relatively short amount of time, this approach should be applied to a company of any size) If you read Steve Jobs' biography you might remember that him and Woz first made computers for themselves, and then for their friend group / neighbors. This is exactly the same thing! so In all honestly they could've been profitable with their first computer sold if they wanted (I don't remember if they sold it for profit or just gave it away) I recommend watching every interview Daniel's done recently. Starting a business is not for the comfort seeking, stress free people, It's for people who are willing to take on stress and keep 1000 things in check. If you don't feel some sense of uselessness and lack of respect with a standard life or 9-5 this is probably not for you. The corporate ladder is probably a better option in that case. Steve talked about a similar concept back in his days, I'm sure he would agree with this fast-testing method too.
  17. Every time I try to do it, I look at something I'm not as good at or some domain where I feel like I'm lagging behind, I give it a shot and try to accept myself as is, and to some degree I do but a new argument always arises in my mind, something along the lines of "It's a dog-eat-dog world" or "I will be judged by what I'm made of no matter how I feel about myself" or "People don't care about my self-acceptance" or even something like "The fact that I have to accept myself or offer myself pity or support, shows me I'm weak". These are the same thoughts I had in the shower earlier today. I feel like it doesn't matter how much self-acceptance I have for myself, the world is a cruel place and it doesn't care about my self-acceptance, I'm like a Buddhist monk in a war, I'll get shot no matter how I feel about myself. I feel like I've had these feelings under a blanket for a long time, trying to act tough to suppress them. Any thoughts?
  18. When I look back, in the last 5 years, my health has been a rollercoaster, I've been through the highest of highs and lowest of lows, but when I was at those high points of health, basically perfect health in terms of how I felt (energy mostly), high libido, no acne, I felt like my testosterone was at it's highest based on just how much energy I had, even though, and this is just my personal habit, I was consuming a sub-1000 calorie diet of only fruit and nuts, basically a fruitarianism (It's just something that I naturally gravitate to because I hate cooking), this period of my health was characterized by high UVA/UVB/high sun exposure, sure many things were also better back then, but this is something that I did back then, to a high degree, that I also don't do any of now. Now I'm lucky if I get 5 minutes of outdoor sunlight a week, and even though I've been supplementing with 2000 IU of vitamin D3 every day consistently, I feel awful, I've been at my worst health in decades recently, and my acne is at Its peak, I have work-induced insomnia that I just can't get rid of unless I find another job, which sounds easy to people living in first world countries. It's come to a point where my sex drive is gone, and I mean 0. If I could realistically rate it from 0-10 I would give it a 2/10. I'm only 20, with 0 sex drive and my life is a fucking joke at this point. Based on how I used to feel and how I feel now, I can say with certainty that It's never been a dietary issue, which is the thing I've been trying to improve all this time, diet. This is the thing everyone on social media is talking about, with such dogma and certainty. I'm going back to things that made me feel great, which includes high sunlight exposure no matter the time of day. Is there any way I can mitigate my risk of skin cancer while doing this?

  20. Great How much time would you recommend at solar noon? Also, as someone who doesn't tolerate dairy that well, what would be your alternative to milk? (to meet your caloric needs)
  21. I would be more concerned about sub-1000 calorie diets these vegans are advocating for these days, your test is bound to drop even at 1900 especially if you exercise regularly, that's why Bryan Johnson does TRT. I don't really think a single chemical like Mint can have a meaningful impact on any hormone, to be honest.
  22. Surprised this hasn’t happened sooner at higher volumes I thought ISIS only hated the west though.
  23. 1. Pomegranates & Avocados (I eat 7oz a day of each) 2. blueberries I would say raspberries but they're expensive and last a day max and watermelons to honor the kid I used to be, now he's dead.
  24. Products so far: Hamburgers, soda, fries & chocolate https://www.mrbeastburger.com/ https://feastables.com/ MrBeast launched a McDonalds competitor with his altruism
