  1. You’re wasting your time, people don’t just fall in and out of love like that, if she wanted to be with you she would never leave you. It’s over
  2. It's different for women, it's probably worth it for her. I do, and I'm generalizing cuz It's true. Do you actually think that these immature teenagers with perfect health will go out of their own way just to be even more healthier? they don't, they're doing it because they have body dysmorphia, most of them. I'll give it to you for the old people in the gym, they probably started going because they noticed their health declining.
  3. 99% of people do it for aesthetic reasons, and they lie to themselves. The same shit goes for people who want weed to be legal, a pothead will talk about the benefits of weed for hours but in reality, he just wants to get high.
  4. It does get harder after school, but I think you just need to find the right friends, the one’s who aren’t so career focused, after all, there are many many people who piss their life away partying, going out etc… I basically gave up living in America, there’s too much grind / hustle & thug culture, which I surprisingly didn’t even notice until I got there, I don’t like seeing people living in lifeless neighborhoods with lifeless wooden houses that they probably don’t even own because they’re broke. These lifeless suburbs I’m talking about exist everywhere in the US, east & west, I’m guessing it’s even worse for states in the middle. I’m going through a slight change of character because of that, but I digress. It left a sour taste in my mouth. Meanwhile, if I continue living in Europe, I can move around pretty fast, one moment I’m in France, and half an hour later I’m in Berlin, or Belgrade, I can even live in Dubai because It’s pretty close.
  5. Damn, a slap on the cheek alright but a punch? Something’s not right with the women in your country
  6. A girl once told me she doesn’t know why she likes me so much given how scrawny I am, and she said the scrawny part. Pretty sure I said this before to a similar thread about physical insecurity.
  7. Recently I finally decided and succeeded in getting sober, sober from social media, sober from all the brainwashing in several areas of my life that I got from it, including nutrition. I've been buying organic food for a long time now, and I am considering reverting back to normal foods to save money for a project. Now that I look at my fridge, I question it, how can milk even be organic? what does that even mean? It's probably not worth my money now that I think about it. I unfollowed most bullshit YouTube channels and decided only to follow credible ones like Mike Israetel, Layne Norton, and Peter Attia, although I don't even watch them these days. I opened Youtube for a minute and saw Mike talking about organic food being bullshit, I largely agree with his stances, but I decided to double-check with you guys.
  8. Been wondering this all my life bro, it could be genetic, I went on an extremely high fat & low fiber diet to gain weight and I did, I “gained” 5kg in 3 weeks, and I lost it very soon after because I just couldn’t keep eating so much. I have reduced my diet to a big vegetable shake, with plenty of green, red and orange vegetables, shit loads of oats (like 200g per day), any and all fruits, liquid egg whites and rice cream to reach 3k calories and 400g or carbs. If I could only live of fruit and milk, that would be ideal.
  9. Where’s the “short 18 year old introverted brunette who likes to travel, go on roadtrips, cuddle and fuck every 48 hours, with a higher BMI but still healthy” aesthetic
  10. I counted exactly 54 daily supplements + 9-11 more that he sometimes takes including things like Testosterone, olive oil, aspirin et cetera... I don't want to automatically discard his approach to health, his diet mostly consists of vegetables, legumes, nuts and a lot of powders (flavorings) and supplements. He looks alright, a little pale but hey... we don't really know what an Ideal human body looks like. He might end up extending his life but he's probably not going to reverse aging. That seems Impossible to me without some assistance from technology like gene editing. What do you think about his diet? It's far from ordinary. It also says that he has these meals pretty much daily 24/7 all year round. his diet: https://blueprint.bryanjohnson.co/Step-1-Step-2-Step-3 Video:
  11. Probably taking a decade off your life, likely even more. My guess is around ~ 13 years
  12. This must be the secret to low cholesterol, banana water.
  13. I feel like some things just don’t need explaining At 20 you have plenty of time to improve and fix yourself
  14. Nice, I’m not sure how you deal with eating only vegan foods. I wouldn’t be able to tolerate it. Or consuming less than 2000 calories.
  15. What do you mean?
  16. Time to move that ugly ass trump tower from New York City to Toronto. I'm very happy about this.
  17. An activity you enjoy doing
  18. These diets are fads man, keep away from social media and people without years of research and knowledge All restrictive diets, including only fruit, only plants, only meat, or plant based / animal based are fads. Avoiding seed oils is especially popular on Instagram today, It’s a fad, these people are looking for an unfair advantage over everyone else while such a thing doesn’t exist. In nutrition, you won’t find anything that will significantly improve your health past eating less processed foods. So stop looking. There’s a number of problems with eating just fruit. You’ll probably end up accelerating sarcopenia by a large amount. Thinking you’ve got the best diet in the world.
  19. 1. Thetan: Central to Scientology is the belief in the “thetan,” an immortal spiritual being that is the true identity of a person, distinct from their body and mind. Thetans are believed to have lived through multiple past lives. I just stopped reading right there
  20. Aniracetam + Alpha-GPC has been great recently, It's very subtle and barely noticeable at times, It's great for socializing and social activities. It's made me realize that your "social success" depends a lot on your desire to socialize in the first place. I've been more talkative recently which is the primary effect it has on me. Phenibut has also been nice with some minor annoyances like not being able to read properly and wonky vision on 2.2g+, definitely closer to a real drug than a nootropic. I'll be looking for things like Aniracetam to add to my stack.
  21. We should eat more gators, since they started this war first.
  22. Sounds like you’ve been going in a circle for years, letting the gay stuff go will probably make life easier.
  23. It’s kinda whore-y, ain’t it? I’d rather spend my cash on crispy grilled cheese on sourdough, tastes better than any OF model.
